I was so happy with the customer service from the first day that I came in to order my party rentals. The sales rep was friendly and she knew about all of their equipment. The prices were reasonable. On the day of my event, they delivered earlier than promised, which was a good thing for my kids. They set up everything (water slide, tables, and chairs). All things were clean. The delivery guys were really nice as well. They made sure that my husband knew how to get the water flowing through the slide. My scheduled pick up time was 9:00 pm and that was the time they came to get the rentals. I have been renting jumpers and party supplies from Cindy's Jumpers for over two years. It's quick and easy to order from their website. They have plenty of inventory, so getting a jumper is never an issue. My rentals have always arrived on time, clean, and in good working order. I have only had one problem, which was quickly resolved. On one occasion I rented a popcorn machine and its accompanying cart. The popcorn machine arrived, but the cart did not. I called about it the next day and was issued a credit for my next rental. Cindy's Jumpers has excellent customer service, too. I always get a friendly voice when I call. We had a phenomenal experience with Cindy's Jumpers. I ordered the 50' obstacle for Super Bowl. I then got an email from Cindy's jumpers notifying me that Super Bowl day had a 25% discount. Even though I had previously ordered my jumper they still provided me with the discount. Super Bowl 2019 was raining and Cindy's jumpers confirmed with me multiple times that I still wanted the jumper or they would reimburse my money. I told them as long as they don't mind the jumper getting wet we would still like it. They were right on time at 8 AM and they picked it up at 8 PM. The two delivery gentlemen were very polite and the jumper was set up and taken down in less than 15 minutes. The kids had a ball on the obstacle jumper which turned into a waterslide at times. 5-star vendor! I had an idea for a game-time kickback graduation party for my son. I began searching for arcade games. Since I'm not one that prefers to sit on the phone calling and asking questions and prefer to just read, after a few Google searches, I stumbled upon Cindy's Jumpers. I was impressed beginning with the layout of the website. The ability to enter my event date and time to find item availability speaks volumes to the professionalism of how the overall business is managed. I rented an arcade, pizza warmer, and the best soft serve ice cream machine ever. It was a hit for guest of all ages. The best part is the ice cream machine came with easy to follow instructions and the ice cream mix, mixing bucket, and wisk. The item descriptions were very detailed and some even had video tutorials. I event watched the tutorials for items I had no plan of ordering. The contract was well written and very clear. I called a the day before my event to pay the balance and the person I spoke to was so kind and professional. They called me 4 days before my event to confirm, on the day of the event they called me in the morning to offer earlier delivery (which was great). I throw lots of parties and have worked with many vendors. But this is the first and the last time that I will hire this company. Not only did they crash into my next door neighbor's car (which by the way, was in plain site parked in our shared driveway) but the driver was unapologetic about it. I noticed before the bounce house was fully inflated that it was not going fit height wise because of the electrical wires above. I asked if we could move it to the front yard instead. I recognize that this was not their fault but charging me 200 for this seems high. I want to clarify that the process of them moving the bounce house from my back yard to the front yard took 5 minutes IF that. A 200 charge for this?? I consider myself to be a fair person and would have not been upset with a reasonable moving fee or would have compensated with a big fat tip for good service. But after you crash into my neighbor's car and cause us all an inconvenience (I have to live with my neighbors for the years to come) you have the audacity to charge 200 for a 5 minute bounce house move?? I own a business myself. Professionalism and non greediness keeps customers coming back. When there are so many bounce house rentals around no need to rent from here again. read more

The delivery guys were in the area earlier than expected so they kindly called and asked if they could drop off the slide early, we happily agreed and loved the extra time. Jumper came damaged with a hole in the side. It was wrinkled and looked terrible in the pictures. Company offered $10.00 off which was not a satisfactory offer and I declined. All I wanted was a good product. Their contact is very strict and I followed all their guidelines, the least they could have done was provide a good product. I have ordered from other companies and never had a problem like this before. Beware! **SAVE YOUR MONEY, OR LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!** This past weekend my husband rented a margarita machine. Turned out that the machine wasn't working after paying $215. We called the office to advise them that the machine wasn't working and they said that one of their drivers/employees will come and take a look at it. Once the employe confirmed that it wasn't working, he called the so called owner "Edgar," (who quite frankly don't know how he became a owner) and advised us that they will replace the machine and in regards to the Alcohol & margarita mix that was already in the machine they would empty it out from the front and we would have to catch it with a bucket. (At this point we already had guest over) We decided to contact the owner to see if we would at least get reimbursed ($80 bucks) for the alcohol that we've already put in the machine since it wasn't our fault that his machine wasn't working. "Edgar," refused to reimburse us for the alcohol, and insisted for us to use the previous mix after it being poorly pored out. "Edgar," stated that he would rather lose a customer and give us our $215 back then reimbursed us for the mix we've previously put. After going back and forth with the so called owner, my husband hand to find a better way to poor out the mix since his own employe did not know how to. We swapped the margarita machine thinking it was gonna work and again it didn't work, wasn't blending nor was the mix coming out cold. We spent $215 on a non working margarita machine. Might as well should of had margarita on the rocks and it would of been a lot cheaper. You would think that Mr. Edgar would keep his equipment update to date and running since he charges a pretty penny. read more

I rented a margarita machine and popcorn machine for a party over Labor Day weekend. They arrived on time, but I'd ordered online and received the discount for paying cash on the day of. The delivery guys had no change AT ALL (even though they knew I was supposed to be paying cash)... So much for the discount. Also, the margarita machine comes on a stand. The bottom of the stand is quite ugly, and there is velcro around the cart so a "skirt" can be attached to cover the storage area underneath. There was no skirt supplied so I fashioned one to cover the unsightly cart. Also, no cups or straws were supplied, and there were ants on the machine and cart... I guess I've been spoiled by South Bay Margaritas who comes, helps set up your machines, makes sure you know how everything works, supplies clean, good looking carts for your parties, straws, cups, and extra margarita mix in case you need to make a second batch - they only charge if you use it - but you're prepared in case your party is rockin'... Also, their price is comparable. I'll be calling South Bay Margaritas again next time. read more
