I rented a margarita machine and and out door portable bathroom with sink,soap and towel dispenser. Both came and they were exceptionally clean especially the bathroom set up. The margarita machine everyone loved the frozen kind. I originally ordered 2 batches changed to 1 at the last minute. Wish I didn't cause it ran out in the hour of my party. So buy 2 batches minimum. I use to rent from Cindy's jumpers all the time. I always recommended them but after our recent experience, I can no longer use this company. We rented a jumper from them. Any time you do a rental you set and agree on the hours which you will be renting. Near the end of our rental (an hr before) their driver shows up early doesnt see kids inside and just takes it down. At the time we were all taking a break to eat cake, regardless, if we have a set time, you should NOT take down a jumper if we agree on a time even if kids aren't in there. Im paying you for the time not for whether a jumper is being used or not. The kids came out and were so upset to see it gone. Honestly can't even justify 5-10 min early. There is a contract in place that isnt being honored. Never again. read more

The photo booth was such a great hit! I rented a photo booth, 7 tables, 60 chairs, a jumper and a port a potty. Pricing wasn't too bad (under 600) however delivery drivers were 45 minutes late for dropping off the initial tables and chairs. They did however allow us to keep the photo booth an extra hour to make it up the woman helping me with the photo design was very knowledgeable and tech savvy which made it easier to communicate. I have rented from Cindy's for as long as I can remember. I typically rent 4-5 water slides throughout the summer each year. They are always very informative, helpful and friendly. This place has degraded over the years terribly. I don't know if they hired new people but i have never been a customer to place for over 4 years for them to turn around and treat me like shit. The staff yelled at me and caught an attitude because they could not receive my emails. However EVERYONE ELSE has the capacity to receive my emails.
