Parking is easy due to the neighboring parking structure. Do keep in mind that parking is validated for a few hours- just make sure you make your way to the information desk to input your license plate info. Seating is comfortable- allowing patrons to recline and heat up your chairs. Best of all, each seat has its own table- great for kids and for huge snackers! CineArts is well kept and always clean during my visits. The concession stand offers alcoholic drinks, hot foods, popcorn, candies, and sugary beverages. Hot dogs, popcorn, and the pizzas are great- chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks are trash. Don't bother getting the tenders or mozz sticks unless you like it dry and hard. 5/5 stars overall. Tickets are pricey but i guess everything is nowadays. Idk about you but I'd rather spend my money on a place that guarantees comfortability and cleanliness.

I also want to mention Alexander, who was working at the time. I had misplaced an item and he stepped in to help without hesitation. He stayed patient, moved quickly, and made sure we actually found it instead of just brushing it off. That kind of attention and effort doesn't go unnoticed. Overall, great service and a smooth visit from start to finish. Definitely coming back.

Hadn't come to this cinema for quite a few years and it was still as nice as we remembered with big recliner seats. Parking was always easy at Oakridge, and there're a lot of dining/snack options before and after the movies. Even though the movie didn't have great reviews, it's still a very watchable movie with pretty good acting.

I took her to the theater near her house and she immediately hated it because "the seating feels uncomfortable." I don't even know what that means, but okay. So I took a chance and brought her to Oakridge, and I'm glad I did. I took her and her friend to see Five Nights at Freddy's. They sat a few rows away from me, which was perfect because it meant I could scroll in peace like the responsible adult I am. Popcorn prices weren't terrible (a small miracle these days), the seats were comfy, and it was just really nice to have a day out with my two girls without anyone melting down over ceilings. Honestly, this theater is way better than the one near her house and definitely better than roasting at home.

Their seats are actually well maintained and comfortable unlike some other theaters. They have sturdy swivel tables to enjoy your food and drinks. Lots of space so you're not too close to anyone in front of or behind you. Only drawbacks would be no heated seats and they don't recline fully. Their TBD Tuesdays are an amazing deal with $9 tickets. So if you don't get food and drinks this is quite the steal. And yes, concessions are pricey, but they're actually pretty good. Well made cocktails. And those chicken tenders are generously sized, come with multiple run and sauce options, and come with fries. They also have great pizzas and even have vegan cheese substitutions which some people can appreciate.

The chairs did not recline all the way (I'd just been to AMC MERCADO and was pleased at the upgrades in this theater). We ordered popcorn and drinks. Only one drink was delivered, and it took a long time for the popcorn to show up. We ordered another drink, hoping to get it delivered. Another 35 minutes go by. My partner tries to track down a server to ask about the forgotten drink: it's delivered while he's still gone. Then, at the near end of the movie the second drink order arrives. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. This used to be my favorite spot to catch a movie, now I'd only suggest coming for the Tuesday specials, and avoiding concessions all together. You also must go to the counter to validate parking. Under the old movie theater, it was conveniently located on the wall as you exited the theater. And the woman's bathroom was flooded and had half the stalls out of order when I tried to use the restroom. The mucky water in the restroom was less than desirable. I probably should have used the gender inclusive restroom. I chose the Santana Row theater or the AMC Mercado before heading to this hectic location.

I brought my wife here last night, on our 30 yrs university, to remember back then when she was still my girlfriend, in my old truck, one we have spend so many times here with. Thirty minute into the movie, we needed to exchange our vehicle for an other one which my kids brought by and waited for me outside the gate. I exited the gate after inform the girl at the ticket boot of my intension that I would change the vehicle then go back in. I pull mine along the other about 300 ft away from the ticket boot. I know the distance since it was about the length of my property and I used to be an architect so I am good at that. I was hurry to take chairs, blankets, pillows, drinks... from one to the other. As soon as I start doing that a guy approached and shouted from his car that I cannot park there. - Sir, we are not park here, we just try to exchange the car - No, you have to move, I am security guy. - Sir, I have asked and inform the girl in the ticket boot to replace my car - No, you did not, because I was seating right there. This really upset me. He is implying I was lying for one. Two, how long my vehicle transfer would take? Did he see what I was doing and hear my explanation? I understood I might have stopped not in a right zone. I know they don't want anyone park there to watch movie for free. But it was Monday night, at 9:35 pm all (though very few) were inside. The parking was huge, no one around us, no car waiting at the boot, no car was coming or going. Our action would take no more than 2 minutes with engine car running and driving light on. If he paused a little bit to observe us, not come straight at us right a way, we would be gone in no time. Nothing would happen. But he decide to give us a hard time instead. I think he try to show his "POWER", his "AUTHORITY" - his bull****? Jason
