We came to the movies to see Marty Supreme. The CineArts movie theater is located at Santana Row. We parked in the parking garage right next to it. We made sure to get our parking validated at the movie theater. We walked into the theater and got scanned in with our online purchases tickets. They give you a QR code that you can take a picture of for validated parking for 4 hours. When you go to the exit, in your car, at the parking garage, it will give you your total parking price. Then you scan the photo of the QR code. We saved $6. The theater was not busy yet. They were having a popcorn special. You bring your own container, any size and they fill it with popcorn for $5.00. It was a great deal. I later saw some people bring a huge home depot bucket and they actually filled it for $5. We found our theater and went in to find our seats. The chairs were very comfortable and the seats were heated. You gave the option to have the heat on or off. I kept it on and it was so cozy and comfortable. You also have can control how much you want to recline your chair. Each seat had its own table for your food and drinks. The theater was very clean and looked new inside. We enjoyed our popcorn and the movie. We will definitely be back to see other movies in the future.

Always an enjoyable experience! As a movie lover, I visit almost every week and have never had a negative experience. The building is located on the far end of Santana Row, and parking validation is offered. Just make sure to take a photo of the QR code at the front desk before you leave. Since this building is located within Santana Row, it can be difficult to find parking during peak times. The interior is decorated with new movie posters and a majestic tribute to famous movies. I'm a huge fan of the concession stand, with so many options for candy, soda, popcorn, ice cream, chips, and more. The employees are always friendly and helpful with any questions. There are quite a few theaters, and I love the reclining chairs in every theater. They're so comfortable, and you can tilt the seat back to get a better view of the screen. No problems with the audio and screen too. This is such a solid, elevated movie experience!

CineArts Santa Row is conveniently located off of Olin Avenue. The staff are friendly here. The size of the theaters are nice with recliner loungers with heat! The Accountant 2 was funny and entertaining. I'd watch it again!

I watched the scream movie. The seat recline with heated seat. I will definitely comeback here for any new movie needs. I didn't order any snacks, so I am unable to comment of services

This was my first time coming here. Its smaller than I thought but they are nice theaters. Seats were comfortable but it can be a little cold in the theatre. Overall I will come here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed the new movie Crime 101 here. The staff is always friendly and I love the heated recliners.

In terms of amenities and grandeur, it's easily the second-best AMC theater in the South Bay. The parking lot is huge and can get busy during peak hours, but you won't have any issues on weekdays or late at night since there's really not much else to do in the plaza besides going to In-N-Out. The concessions area is centrally located but pretty small. The A-List priority line is about half the size of the regular line, though it's pretty clear the staff doesn't really prioritize one over the other. Most of the auditoriums have been renovated, and in my experience, even the standard-format theaters have reclining seats. Not really much else to say. It's comfortable, convenient, and dependable. This is and will probably always be my go-to movie theater.

You can purchase tickets in front or through the kiosk they have. Just walk in and they scan your ticket. It was like 1 line and 1 person scanning, but I'm sure they amp this up on other more busier nights. I do love the open outdoor ceiling with the circular area with some small trees and greenery. It's nice. Concession is sort of self serve I think? I got a large popcorn hot off the press and walked over to pay for it, but I wonder if it gets too busy that some people just grab things and walk through. They do have a Coca Cola Freestyle machine that does limited movie themed drinks which is nice. Seats are the newer reclining ones and screen is resolution is crisp, sound is good with no contamination from other theater rooms. Bathrooms are a bit aged and back rooms looking (lol), but no issue. But I did see when I tossed trash away into the trash pit, there were clean paper towels stored next to it. Overall a decent AMC.

It was a nightmare and before I get into why let me first say I absolutely LOVED seeing the Odyssey in a normal theater. From the start with the Tech's Dome there were issues. We arrived 33 minutes early and already it seemed that there were 3/4 of the people the theater could fit in line. We waited for about 20 minutes in the summer heat to get in. They let us in before the movie started. Went to get seats first since they aren't assigned and they were the worst movie theater seats I've seen in years! Crammed like sardines. I fly often for work and am more comfortable riding coach on a plane. Then I went to get popcorn and water and the line was so long with just one register. By the time I got into the theater the movie was nearly 10 minutes in ... and they had a bunch of people still in line behind me. Now the worst of it... You can't see a damn thing in the Dome. Forget about sitting high up - that wasn't even the issue. It was that the movie was blurry and especially blurry if there was quick movement - and this is an action movie! I knew what was coming and how it was supposed to look since I had seen it a few weeks previously and I could barely make out what was happening. I felt bad for my friend I invited who hadn't yet seen the movie. He had the line of the night as we walked out: "Well.. it seemed like it was a dope movie"... You see a movie like this at the Dome and you'll get robbed of actually SEEING the movie. Just don't do it. Oh and when it was over they let the first credit of directed by Christopher Nolan come on screen then abruptly cut the music and announced on the PA system how to exit the theater

Parking was easy, and the theatre didn't look too busy around 1pm. Concession was expensive as you would have expected. I was a bit disappointed that Screen 1 didn't have reclining seats, just traditional seats. It was a smaller and older auditorium, but still clean. AC was good. Not sure if it's the standard now or just this movie, but for a 1:15pm showing, the movie didn't actually start until 1:45pm; a full 30 minutes of previews and advertisements before that!

Screen 14 has one entry & one set of stairs only. It def doesn't make me feel super safe, even if there is an emergency exit door in the front. The first thing you realize when you step into the room is the smell... like old dirty carpets. The seats felt like them too!! The seats were uncomfortable & literally 90 degrees, no recline whatsoever. I could feel the sleeves of the person sitting next to me kind of close, & I'm on the slender side. Usually I bring a blanket when I watch movies in the theatre because it gets cold. No, I wish I wore tanks & shorts inside. It was already pretty warm before the movie started, & when it ended, I was sweating like I was in a sauna, & I run cold! It was so hot that it felt cooler outside, & it was a +80°F day with a breeze. It's as if the theatre is being cheap with using AC! The side lights were still slightly on when the movie started as well. Sometimes the volume was so loud I had to plug my ears. The popcorn was kinda stale. The bathrooms were outdated & unkempt. The one bright side is they have the kind of soda machines that have a lot of options to pick flavors, even if one of them wasn't working. Def the worst theatre experience I've had in recent memory.
