This theater is definitely a bang for the buck in comparison to all other movie theaters and since the remodel it has much nicer amenities and food and drink options. The only thing I didn't understand is that even though there are two sides still, they only have food and drinks on one side. We were in movie theater 8 for when our food was ready to be picked up, we had to leave the building we were in to go to the other side to get it. I do like that they text you when your order is ready though. We decided to wait for our food since we had assigned seating anyways but it would have been nice if we didn't have to. My one other complaint was that someone had to leave the theater and tell them to turn off the lights after the movie started, so they weren't on top of that. read more

Came here to see Hoppers with my daughter on Saturday. Since it's a relatively new movie, I bought our tickets online even though there's a service fee. Cinelux tickets were a lot more affordable compared to other theaters. Parking at this location was always easy. We checked in right before a big crowd, so it's just a very short wait. It's not a very big theater. Seats were decent and comfortable. Like other Cinelux locations, the seats only reclined a bit when you leaned back, and they're not heated real recliners liked the ones at AMC/Century. The staff did a pretty good job cleaning up after each movie. For movies which wouldn't require super large screens nor special effects to enjoy, this theater wasn't a bad choice. read more

I came here to see Odyssey and it was amazing! These are by far the cheapest tickets in my area, but the theatre is still very nice. It doesn't have reclining seats or anything, but the sound and picture quality is good. I will definitely be coming back to this theatre for movies! read more

Used to frequent this theater but not so much recently. Most recently visited to watch Superman. It was a great flick but what's with the seats? Lol The rows are super crunched front to back with little wall space. I'm sitting in a 2+ hour movie and need to adjust from time to time. Tell me why the seats go CREAAAAK lmao I was so embarrassed. And of course I decided to readjust my sitting position during the quiet moments of the movie. Popcorn does not taste fresh here. Icee will always prevail though! read more

Affordable theater! My family and I came here to watch a new horror movie that came out the same week. First time coming here and the experience was a positive one. Employees are friendly, there's a variety of snack foods, and they offer alcohol. There are 2 sides to the theater, looking at it from the street the left side is where you go for tickets and the small bar, the right side has a snack booth with limited options and more screens. Tickets are about $10 per adult on a Friday night, but I know they offer matinee tickets for about $6.50. Snacks were decently priced in comparison to other theaters $14 for a small popcorn, nachos, and a gatorade. Seats in the theater are comfortable but not recliners. read more

"Popular, you are going to be popular" - Ariana Grande. Visited this theatre to watch Wicked on Christmas and I must say I had a very good time here. After living in the area for many years I am glad I got to stop by. Best decision I ever made. Good popcorn, sweet movie and friendly staff, what more can I ask for. They seem to do a really good job of making sure this theatre is run in a proper manner. I am not big on theatres but I am very happy to be here. Seats are very nice, not too hard not too soft. It's a total win win. They really stepped up their game from the past few years. I will come here again. Note: If you want to come here please be aware they have rooms on both sides. We recently watched Crime 101 here, and overall, it was an above average experience -- especially for the price. The ticket prices are very affordable, and that's really the main reason to come here. Just keep in mind that the lower cost does show a bit in the overall experience. The sound quality was decent -- not outstanding or immersive, but perfectly acceptable. The screen was also on the smaller side compared to larger, modern theaters. If you're looking for a full premium cinema experience, this probably isn't the place. The seating is leather (not old cloth seats), which is a nice touch, but they're definitely dated. They lean back slightly but are not recliners, and they feel narrow. As a taller person, I found them a bit uncomfortable. The row spacing is also tight -- similar to older stadium seating -- so people can't easily walk by without others having to really scrunch up. Unfortunately, that led to some seat kicking behind us, whether intentional or not. The parking lot felt a little sketchy, especially toward the back. There were groups hanging around cars smoking weed and going in and out frequently, which didn't feel great. I'd recommend parking closer to the entrance or avoiding late-night showings if possible. The layout inside is somewhat confusing. It appears there are two theater buildings across from each other in the same lot, which can be disorienting. Picking up online tickets was also not very straightforward. There's a kiosk option, but it's kind of hidden, and our phone barcode wouldn't scan -- we had to manually enter the confirmation number. A more visible, user-friendly setup near the entrance would help. The snack area layout is also a bit awkward when it gets busy. It's also a smaller theater overall -- I believe only around 5 screens -- so don't expect a huge multiplex experience. That said, if you're just looking to catch a quick, inexpensive movie and don't need luxury seating or a premium setup, this theater gets the job done. For the price, it's hard to complain too much. But if you're looking for a high-end cinema experience with spacious recliners and top-tier sound, you'll probably want to look elsewhere. read more

We had my son's 12th birthday party here -- renting a private theater for him and his friends to see the Minecraft movie. In booking the theater, Peter was super responsive and helpful. I ended up needing to move the party to the weekend after the original request and they were able to accommodate the change without any extra cost. My son had a blast and was so happy with his party. I think they really got a kick out of having the entire theater to themselves. I was also able to order concessions the day of the party without any hassle and it helped a lot because I was able to order just the right amount for the kids who came. Contributing to the rate: the seats are very worn, the toilet doesn't flush well, and the soap dispenser doesn't work at all, but $5 for a movie! I am happy things are opening up more and more since shelter in place has been lifting, but I really liked being able to rent out a private theater for my teenage son's birthday! It's nice just to have our group of people together, laughing and hanging out. As I called around to at least four different theaters this year, no one's doing private theater rentals at a decent price, except for this theater!!! The manager was incredibly helpful via email, and actually even remembered my son's name and came out to greet him as we entered to say, "happy birthday!!" Incredibly thoughtful and sweet!! We bought at least six of the large popcorn's and had to refill them because teenagers eat way too much, but everybody had a great time and we saw the super Mario brothers movie! The theater fit us perfectly with 30 seats and we could all laugh and joke around together in the theater itself. The parking lot is pretty quiet and secluded so parking was easy and I will definitely be back next year as long as they have this option!! Perfect for any family to privately rent or even a weekday movie with family and friends! Inside the theater, everything is as usual, popcorn, machine, ice cream bars, and candy. I was actually very surprised to see they actually had a full blown out bar to the far right also!! A couple of the adults got some beer, and they even offered wine!! Very nice set up!! I'm going to let the local daycare, I work for know about this place so we can start coming here as well since we only get about 30 summer camp children. Such a nice theater tucked away in Campbell. Our son produced a movie, and we rented time for a private showing for our friends. Such a great experience, the staff were all helpful and friendly. The seats are comfortable and the sound was great. If you would like to have a special event with friends, I highly recommend this. Or if you just want to catch a current movie in a nice comfortable theater at a better price than other places you can't beat this place. If you get a chance to see "Do Us Part", its a very funny RomCom, but not out for distribution yet, hopefully soon. read more

It's not the top, most premium movie experience however, that does not take away from the thrill of going to see a movie at the theaters at all. + The rooms are small, but I don't mind that! + They have assigned seating! That is the norm these days, thankfully. Gone are the days where you have to go in the theater to save seats. (am I showing my age? Lol) * One of the "luxuries" that are not here are the reclined or heated seats, but that's what you pay the premium $$$ for in other theaters. + The tickets are less than $10!! Went to see Deadpool here and had a great experience. This was the first time I've been here since they remodeled and it looks outstanding! The theaters were nice and clean but my favorite part about this theater is the seats. They're so comfortable and the arm rests are nice and wide no elbowing your neighbor anymore! They have great deals on their popcorn their plastic bucket is $25 and refills all year are $2! That's such a good deal! I saw my showing at 11am on a Sunday and paid $7.50 a ticket. There is a $1.50 fee per ticket for buying them online. Overall great experience will probably be coming here more often! read more

Love coming here for movies. It's cheaper in price and in concessions and the staff is always friendly. It's our go to movie spot. Last movie we saw was Land Before time, I wanted my son to see it just like I did when I was 6. He loved it and he loves the kids box. Perfect amount of snacks for a kid. read more

Wasn't expecting too much from the looks of the outside, but this theatre is great! I bought tickets for Wonka the night before on their website. The $6.50 before 6pm deal is amazing! Visited CIneLux Plaza Theatre last Friday to watch the thriller, Beast. It's an old school (but updated) theatre, which has a few awkward characteristics, but is still charming in its simplicity. It has two buildings, one clearly labeled for tickets (main building), but there are auditoriums in both buildings. They only have an alcohol license for one of their buildings, so if you order alcoholic beverages in the main building (which has a bar), they will walk it over across the parking lot and deliver it to you on the other side. They have a waiting/sitting area right outside theater 7 in the 2nd building, so that was fine. But if you want more alcoholic beverages, you'll have to go back to the main building to order. The workers were really nice in explaining this though. In fact they even offered to bring our pizzas over, so we wouldn't have to wait. The pizzas were delicious (Uno Express), crispy crust and a good amount of delicious pepperoni, melted cheese, and sauce on each personal sized pie. And the drinks were decent (we got a margarita and a beer). Inside the auditorium, the seats were comfortable even though not reclining, and everything looked fairly new. I also liked that the armrests go up and were quite wide, so we were able to use them as "tables" for our food, since they don't have swivel tables here. But the seats were squeaky, so when people move in or out of their seats, you can definitely hear some noise. Also, not sure about the others, but in this particular auditorium (theater 7), there was no aisle on one side of the theatre. So if you are seated on the right side when facing the screen, you'll have to walk over 8 or so people to get to your seat (if the row is full). Not the most appealing situation. The employees here were really nice, this place has great customer service overall, and it's clean and not crowded. But because of the small inconveniences, this wouldn't be one of my top choices of theaters to see a movie. In terms of value, I'd give them 4 stars (they don't charge as much as other places). read more
