I'd rate it 0 if I could. Went in to go watch Black Phone with my brother and his friends, and was stopped by Mario, a 'manager' asking to see our IDs. I pulled out my ID, I'm over 21 and he proceeded to ask for everyone else's IDs; I've never had this experience and have brought them with me numerous times. I identified myself as their legal guardian, which is within policy, however it would seem Mario may have been on a little power trip. The manager told me a parent needed to be present and stated this was 'policy', yet numerous groups of people who did not look of age much less accompanied by a parent to watch the movie were not treated the same way. He also stated that the attendant at the front asked to see IDs, yet she did not ask a single one of us for our IDs. She didn't even scan 3 of our tickets! You can't just enforce policy on a certain group of people, you need to do it for everybody. Such a horrible experience overall.

Exciting! Advance movie screening for Valet!

The facility is clean and large. It's closest to home so I love to use this location. At the concessions, there are so many more options nowadays. I see people getting pizza's, alcoholic beverages, and popcorn in the most gigantic bags! And even Starbucks. Starbucks has some options for a coffee fix. My Latte was more than 75% of ice and milk, so that was disappointing. There were NO straws that come with their 2 size options. The regular small water cup straw was drowning inside. And this is the 2nd time I made the same mistake...and the last time it gave me so much tummy troubles because it had even more milk. So I won't be choosing Starbucks at the movie theatre anymore. The last time, I was impressed by their Ev charging stations outside. Never paid attention to that and ofhow many cars are actually using these. This is a Friday evening. The theatre was full with the newest Jurassic Park out. And so was parking too. But with my most recent visit watching Moana 2, everything seemed perfectly clean, maintained. There was a 20 minutes on previews, so that ladder to the showing time. Other than that, it's still my favorite theatre.

Plenty of parking, pretty clean theater and DBOX seats are a plus. This is not going to be a high end theater where everything is spotless it's more like a nice community theater where you take your kids and get a beer. Had a nice experience with hot salty popcorn and an icy cold drink. I would gladly come back and enjoy another movie but on DBOX seats!

Please tell me Cinemark plans on fixing this annoying green light on the XD screen.

The theater was felt nice and service was excellent at the counter. The XD screen had an annoying green light emitting from it during the whole film. It was a dark film which made it worse! I hope Cinemark fixes this since they charge a premium for XD. Today was a rare miss...

Like an airplane recline, nothing like Moviehouse recliners
    Kayla I.

If they could just uninstall the recliners, move them up 5 inches and reinstall this theatre wouod be SO much more comfortable. It's super frustrating, especially in the close rows. Plenty of room to walk in front of the chairs, truly no reason not other than clueless installers for these chairs being so close to the wall. We have a movie club membership, I keep forgetting to cancel. Everytime we come here I get mad at myself for coming here and it's truly the recliners. Sounds like such a karen complaint but they should call them chairs with lifting footstools, not recliners. Even the legs don't go up like they should, but anyways... if you can get into another theatre GO.

Came here for The Queen herself...Beyonce's Renaissance film. Everything was quick and easy. Tickets were pre-bought so we just walked on in. We got the special edition popcorn bucket and cup but they were out of the free promotional poster. In the theater there wasn't a lot of people and nobody really danced or anything like my small group wanted. We weren't sure if that was the vibe for this theater like we'd seen in others. But overall, a normal movie theater experience.

It's a standard Cinemark. Tickets are scanned before entering the main part of the theater. Side concessions often have shorter lines than the main one. The reclining chairs are a bit short in my opinion. Bathrooms are often missing paper towels in at least one container.

This movie theater is great! It gets very packed so come a little early if you want snacks and pictures with the movie displays. They do have DBox seats which I always opt for when I'm with my kid. They're very fun seats, I definitely recommend the upgrade. Go ahead and become a member to the club you get way better pricing on snacks and other discounts. I've never had a problem here and have been at least 20 times. Just remember the concession lines gets ping and move slow so come 10 minutes early. Enjoy!

Having called MANY other venues before I found Lucas Event Center it was REALLY FRUSTRATING how every single venue that I called & even went to look at in person would NOT budge on the fee at all..NO negotiation..like really!!! Do these venues not know negotiation equals great customer service!!! BUT the owner(Gloria) of Lucas Event Center must know this since she was totally open to negotiation because yes, I want my kids to have an awesome & of course bad-a$$ graduation party BUT I am on a budget & senior year is costly so having Gloria be open to negotiating on the cost is 5+++++++++Stars in my book all day, every day!!! I hope this info is helpful to you the next time you're needing to plan an event because believe me I know the stress of looking for a venue that is nice & pretty but also doesn't cost a whole arm, leg, & even some toes ;)!! So to sum it up I 100%%%%%% recommend Lucas Event Center & can't wait to party like a rockstar come 6/16/2018! -Rebecca out

Our family of five did have a boatload of fun though at 8, 11, 14 and 42. Lots of skills levels so it was good to be able to pick a variety of games. Note to anyone with shorter kids - maybe skip the basketball room as our 8 year old took a rebounding ball right to the face because he was the perfect height. Also, sometimes the rooms don't work. They have lots of options in the mini bar, whether you are wanting an adult drink or just something cold and fizzy. When we arrived, they did give us a complementary bottle of water as well as a cold beer that I sat out on our little porch and enjoyed as the rain started to come down. I love all of the detail put into these rooms, it is such an amazing property, but I'll be honest there were way more kids than I expected, but it was Easter weekend so I guess a lot of families were traveling. I really wanted to get into the pool, but it was massively crowded. They also had a great event space where they hosted our group. The Water Trough bar and restaurant provided a breakfast and dinner dining experience. They also had an indoor bar area with live music for entertainment. Only issue was they did run out of food at dinner. The location in the Domain is also a positive. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance, so there was always something to do between retreat activities. If I had to point out a downside, it would be that the social atmosphere can get a bit noisy at times, especially if you're looking for a quiet stay. But for a group event or weekend getaway, it actually adds to the charm. We contributed to the noise with our outdoor kareoke set-up. Overall, Lone Star Court is a great choice if you're looking for something comfortable, stylish, and built for connection. Perfect for group retreats or anyone wanting a more lively, communal hotel experience.
