They've completely turned it around here! I frequent this location and they've got all new staff. They are kind and seem to enjoy being there! The pizza here is so good! Soda nice and crisp! Great salad bar too but they need to wash them grapes a little more. Dipping dots and cotton candy are a must! They just installed a trampoline jumping area it's $1 and for kids under a certain height. My 10 year old was too big.

    Me, enjoying an event.

I had a great time , at a private table w/ pizza & chocolate cake. There was a coordinator as well as Chuck E walking to the center stage. I stood up for a picture w/ him.

yall are aware a whole bag of potatoes is 5 bucks right? ordered a "basket" of fries and this is what we were given. when we asked about it the stated each order comes with 8 oz of fries . maybe yall shouldn't be selling "baskets" of fries then...

We held our granddaughter's third birthday there, as well as her second and even though it was in a different location, the results were about the same. This is a little kids, paradise, so it will always be a place that we will hold your deer and visit even when it's not due to a birthday party for her.

If it wasn't for my boys I would never ever come here! Even if invited... for a party.. if not for them I would NEVER COME HERE! My boys School holds fund raising events here every year and I wish they would find another venue. However my boys love it here because of the games and the games... and more games. I refuse to eat the food here! Not enough beer in their taps to make me want to eat here! We walk in and the tables are dirty, dirt, dirty. We got here early because last year everything was dirty... garbage piled up everywhere... so this year we came before 5 to try and avoid that. I figured it would not be "hellions on wheels" yet if we got here early and we might escape with out the several sicknesses we would surly get if we were here late.... however upon walking in the tables are already not being cleared (old food sitting there, discarded plates, used napkins, old cups and not a soul to be seen cleaning! The 6 or more table stayed like this for a long time), the salad bar was starting to look disheveled (last year by 7 it was a disaster and disgusting), and the floor.. my goodness the floor... yikes it was already beginning to capture that sticky feeling of complete disgust! If they keep the front of the place like this can you imagine what the kitchen is like? And the over all feeling here is no one cares!! There is no way I would eat here.... hold a party here.. or come here if not for the school and my boys. I pray that if we are still in this same school next year they will find a different location for this fundraiser... PLEASE! I swear I'll work on it! So all we did was buy the game cards and let the boys play... then got out of here and ate at a different location.

First time i came on a Saturday...big mistake, i don't think i have seen 1 adult staff member, they are ALL teenagers, i have seen 2 customers already upset because the pizza was cold a took so long. As for us, i ordered my daughter the kids nuggets and it's been 47 minutes and still haven't received the food. This is the last time we come on a Saturday, we'll just keep it to during the week

    Had some fun!

Lol! To people who commented, you are really spoiled. Nothing to complaint about but you will definitely find out something. Well this location is clean enough, pizza tastes good, lots of joy for kiddos and just nice young people working there. Just be appreciative and say thank you.

    Its almost salad...

There isn't a whole lot that can be said for Chuck E Cheese.. I mean, honestly. The tables are always filthy, so it makes it hard to grab one...and once you do you'll have to clean it, and if you get up you best be done and not wanting to return to it. As soon as you do other kids/families are plowing over it. fine. No big deal, I suppose. It is less crowded than the one on Mopac in the Arbor Walk. Well, it was the 2 times we went there, anyhow. The salad is highly over priced for the nasty room temp quality of it all. But it's whatever. I dont suppose this place is in the business for salad, clean tables and decent eating :) Let's talk about what this place IS for.. The kids. The rides The games The indoor fun that is perfect for bad weather days! Everything is $.25 which makes for a perfectly "cheap" playtime. It is always crowded, sometimes more than you would like. There are always unruly kids running about smashing into everyone and everything, knocking the smaller ones over. There are always parents who believe this place is nothing more than a sitter. Kids are rambunctious. It doesn't help when they are left to venture all on their own with virtually no supervision. Did my kids have a good time? YES Did I have a good time? depends on how you look at it. My salad sucked, I had to clean my table, I was ran into multiple times, I had to pull a kid off my daughter and find her parents...but my kids had fun.. so I guess that was OK... after all, I was there for them not me. Will I go back? Unfortunately, I will. Thats the name of the game when you have kids! Did the place serve its purpose? Yes, I suppose it did, whether I liked it or not.

    Gifts all bagged up...dang!

When I pulled up, the parking lot was packed, and while I was able to get a spot that just opened up, lots of people seemed to be walking up from street spots. The hostesses have a fast system and take your phone number, so the line moves pretty quickly. From what I could tell, HSP is a favorite among families, date night goers, college boys, girls night, you name it! I ordered a slice of pizza and garlic knots, admittedly, I wasn't starving. Make note of their hours as well because they are closed in middle of day. 4-8pm I'm the afternoon does not give a big window to choose your dining time. But the restaurant checks all the boxes. Great ambience. Fun indoor and outdoor seating. Tasty food. Big outdoor space for little ones to play. Convenient location. Decent pricing. The salads are served on big trays which makes sharing easy (even when I didn't really want to share my yummy tossed salad with toasted garbanzo beans and Chunks of fresh mozzarella and a super yummy dressing. The pasta and pizza tasted really good. From an owner of a few pizza places in Houston, I was disappointed in the crispness of the dough. I don't care for pizza that can hold its shape when being held. But if I just told myself it was bread instead- I enjoyed it. It was really the pasta and salad for me. We didn't try too much because we were actually surprised it was open. Many friends mentioned the desserts were to die for. Even Guy on DDD mentioned the caramel rolls were what cinnamon rolls wish they could be. He also LOVED the pastrami sandwiches. So I'd i could do a 1-10 scale I'd give it a 9 for the extra work we had to put in to align with their limited open hours and for the soggy crust. But highest marks on the rest. They also have a room you can rent out in the back or the restaurant and good parking. Next time you want pie- Give pieous a try

I've spent my life chasing the perfect crust, comparing everything from the legendary pie shops in Manhattan to the pristine corner slices in Pittsburgh. I didn't think Austin could pull off truly authentic pizza. I was dead wrong. Baldinucci is absolute sorcery. The moment I took a bite of their Roman-style pizza, I was instantly thrown back to the tiny, narrow pizzerias I stumbled into in Italy. It has that exact, hyper-specific airy crunch that is so incredibly hard to replicate outside of Europe. The dough is clearly fermented with patience. It's light, shatteringly crisp on the bottom, and has those beautiful, irregular air pockets that give it a pillowy structure without ever feeling heavy. Let's talk about the sauce, because that's where most places fail. It isn't that sugary, paste-heavy stuff you find at standard joints. It is vibrant, bright, and tastes intensely of sun-ripened tomatoes and clean olive oil. It is remarkably fresco; striking that perfect balance where the acidity cuts through the richness of the cheese without overwhelming the palate. The vibe inside the West Lake spot is casual and unpretentious, but they take their craft seriously. Food service is streamlined and efficient; you order at the counter, and they pop the slices back into the oven so they land at your table screaming hot. The staff is genuinely proud of what they're slinging, and they should be. If you are an East Coast transplant drowning in a sea of mediocre pies, do yourself a favor and get over to West Lake. It's the real deal. PS: The gelato flavors are also sorcery. However, a review of their gelato is for another time. I must continue to savor the pie for now.

They're especially known for their Roman-style pizza so I highly recommend giving it a try. As for flavors, you really can't go wrong but the standouts for me were the Potato, Chicken Parm and Lasagna slices. They also serve calzones, New York-style pizza, gelato and wine, so there's truly something for everyone. The pizza is priced by the slice, which makes it easy to mix and match like I did, though you can also order a full pie. I will say this definitely isn't cheap pizza, but you're absolutely paying for quality ingredients and incredible flavor.
