A $5 movie program they have here where each week they spotlight a movie for limited run with one or two showings, a chance to see a hit movie before it leaves theater. I got lucky ! Great not to have to spend a fortune as you can at the movies. They also give you a coupon when you buy your ticket for a popcorn and drink combo at discount price. Everything is done by self check out for tickets, with a person there to tell you where your theater is. They have a lot of concessions here too. Bathrooms clean, and the theater was pretty empty for my show. They have all the newest movies here and imax available. Lots of parking, and easy to navigate. This was a nice break in my rainy day, I'll be sure to see what's on their Final Cut showings in future.

One was a dead pixel I think or something in the projector, I don't know but it looked like it wasn't maintained. There was a fly flying around the whole time I'm watching and the air conditioning was extremely loud and noticeable during the film. But yet drinks and popcorn are extremely expensive. Also they don't have apple pay which is not good. A lot of people use Apple Pay. This has become the worst movie theater in Winston. In the last year, I've had better experiences at Marketplace and AMC.

My issue first tis that the staff really seems like they dont want to be there. They are rude and they do not have any communication skills. They had 2 lines when we got there and didnt communicate if one was tickets and 1 was concessions. It looked like 2 likes were open so when the customer in front of me got their items and left I moved up. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes with workers all over and no one coming over to me or asking me to move to the other like all the while the other line is moving and a ton of people behind me got their items before me. After the 5 mins I said something to a worker and they were very rude to me and said there was only 1 line open. I decided not to buy any concessions. The prices are the other issue. You used to get an unlimited refill popcorn bucket for $9 which already is a lot considering it cost them like 10 cents for that amount of popcorn but they aren't profiting enough already so they got rid of the bucket for a bag and now you get 1 refill. It was an annoying and bad experience.

It was almost $70 bucks for two people and I used my veteran discount on the tickets or it would of been more like eighty. The theater itself was nice enough, but nothing fancy. It actually looked a little dated and dirty. Okay sound and a fair screen, my tv at home has a better picture in my opinion. It used to be an inexpensive way to go out, going to the movies. No more. I've never had a complaint about my movie experience with the exception of the snacks. About half the time when I get the popcorn, there's no seasoning on it. Don't expect a lot of seasoning because they want people to be able to choose how their popcorn tastes by seasoning it as needed, but there needs to be at least a little bit when it's cooked for basic flavor. I recommend you check your popcorn as soon as you get it to see if it needs seasoning, especially if you're getting it to go.

Customer service was great upon arrival. We purchased tickets at concession for Moana live action. The stadium zero gravity seating was very comfortable and the sound system was impressive. We've been living in WS for over two years and we just discovered this theater!…read more I was checking movie showtimes when Marketplace Cinema popped up as the closest one. I was like, "Where is this???" We drive down that road all the time and had no idea it was even there! What we loved about it is that it's not one of those fancy theaters. It's an independent local theater that's definitely a little outdated, in the best vintage way! We don't need reclining seats or 3D to enjoy every movie. Sometimes all you want is a big screen and theaters like Marketplace Cinema are getting harder to find these days. The best part? Tickets were only $9 for us and just $7 for my college son! We'll definitely be back. I love finding and supporting local places like this.

With…read more$7 shows, a wide variety of refreshments sold (from beer and wine to popcorn and assorted candies) and an all-male comedian roster, this was truly a treat that left its sold-out crowd guffawing and gagging, literally, over the deliverances of jokes that ranged from raunchy adult to downright childish and silly! These groups of comedians did not come to disappoint as they approached everything from crowd interactions to tongue-in-cheek monologues performed. Marriage, modern day behaviors and protruding manholes were just a boisterous bit of memorable subjects discussed, leaving the crowd both stunned and stuck in their seats, doubling over with laughter. Myself (and my friends that I brought along) arrived just 15 minutes before the sold-out show only to enter a jam-packed theater house full of comedy-lovers. Seated directly in the front row (because there were absolutely no other available seats), I confess to feeling a tad bit anxiety over the possibility of becoming one of the comedians' targets to tease... but as the show commenced, I/we was/were left more than thrilled to have the best seats in the entire house!
