The theatre has multiple screens, so it is able to show many first run, current films at once. You can buy a ticket at a window outside or inside on a machine. There's a lot of available parking both in front and behind the theatre. The sound system in the individual theaters is terrific,  and the seats are very comfortable. Overall, this is a solid movie venue.

Get yourself advertisements in check! Movie time was 4:45 and at 5:15 we were still watching ads and previews. Same preview twice!

The new seats are awesome. We were in Theater #6, best row is second from top; this will put you at middle of screen.

It includes two tickets in a semi private area, a parking pass, two alcoholic drinks each, unlimited non alcoholic beverages, and a full buffet. The view was unobstructed and excellent. There is an elevator that takes you directly to the correct level, which makes access easy. The bathrooms were clean, close by, and had no lines. The dedicated area for food and drinks meant we avoided the long bar lines, which was a big plus. The buffet included salad, vegetables, mashed potatoes, chicken, carved beef, rolls, and desserts. The line moved quickly and the food was enjoyable. The Good While the food was solid, the seating area does not include tables to place your food or drinks. The seats did not appear to be larger than standard seating and there is no additional legroom. (I'm 5'10") That was a bit surprising for a premium package. Although the view was unobstructed, the venue could benefit from additional jumbo screens placed around the arena. The main screen could also be zoomed in more to enhance the experience. The Bad The sound quality was the most disappointing part of the night. The music was too loud and at times you could not hear the artists clearly. Both Anthony Hamilton and Fantasia are powerhouse vocalists who do not need heavy production. Instead of clear, crisp voice isolation, they sounded muffled. After multiple audience complaints, the sound improved, but it was distracting and took away from the experience. The package also advertised dedicated guest services and event staff support. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. We could not find anyone to help us locate our seats or answer questions. The only visible staff were those managing the buffet and the check in area. For a premium experience, that was frustrating. Overall Despite the issues, I had a great time with my friend and we truly enjoyed the concert. I would consider using the All In Premium Loge Package again, but with adjusted expectations. Tips * Avoid the main entrance and use a secondary entrance for quicker entry. * If you do not have a bag, use the express line. (We had small clear bags and were allowed to use th express lane) * Download your tickets to your wallet before you get to the event. * The highway exit for the event can feel chaotic with heavy traffic and aggressive drivers. Consider driving past the first entrance and heading to the second exit. * Take your time after the event to avoid the traffic jam. All in all, it was a fun night. With a few operational improvements, especially around sound quality and guest services, the experience could move from good to great.

It's a little tricky to review an entire venue, because what are you really judging, the arena…read moreitself, the food, the parking, the bathrooms, the overall experience? But the H-E-B Center does a lot of things right. First and most pleasantly surprising, parking was free and plentiful! That alone puts this place ahead of a lot of similar venues. Lots of food options with a mix of recognizable chains like Chick-fil-A and Tim Hortons, along with standard stadium food stands. With so many options, quality and price will vary, but overall prices felt reasonable for a venue like this. It didn't feel like an aggressive cash grab. Bathrooms were about what you'd expect for an arena. You're not getting Buc-ee's quality, but everything was working and functional. I went for a Texas Stars game, which is the AHL affiliate of the Dallas Stars. It was the Star Wars themed night so my experience may have been a bit unique in terms of atmosphere and activities, but these games are worth going to any time, even without a themed or specialty event. I love that the crowd shouts 'STARS!' when the word comes up during the national anthem, and everyone says 'Thank you!' when the announcer gives the one-minute warning to the end of the period. My biggest complaint was around getting food from the stands that are built into the arena wall (as opposed to the freestanding carts). Some items like hot dogs and nachos are ready to hand over immediately, but many items at these locations are prepared to order, which is great in theory, but in practice it means waiting anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes after ordering. The problem is there's no designated place to wait. Once you step out of line, you're basically standing right in front of the stairways leading into the seating area. As game time approaches, this becomes a crowded bottleneck with people constantly trying to get past you. I wish there was a dedicated pickup spot for made-to-order food, or a more streamlined system so people aren't awkwardly hovering in high-traffic areas. While the H-E-B Center is more intimate than venues like Q2 Stadium or DKR, it still delivers on the energy of a major sporting event, and I recommend checking out a Texas Stars game.

She was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me find exactly what I needed for our event. Her professionalism, flexibility, and willingness to help made the planning process seamless, and I truly appreciated how easy she was to work with. What really sets Freedom Fun apart, however, is the quality of their people. While setting up for our event, I suffered a very serious accident that resulted in a significant injury and severe bleeding. In those frightening moments, Isaac, DJ, and Adam immediately sprang into action. They did not hesitate for a second. Remaining remarkably calm under pressure, they took control of the situation, did everything they could to stop the bleeding, and stayed focused until emergency responders arrived. Their quick thinking, composure, and genuine concern for my well-being made all the difference during one of the scariest moments of my life. What impressed me most was not only how capable they were, but how compassionate and caring they were throughout the entire ordeal. They stayed with me, reassured me, and handled an incredibly stressful situation with maturity and professionalism far beyond their years. Freedom Fun should be extremely proud to have employees like Isaac, DJ, and Adam representing their company. Their actions demonstrated outstanding character, teamwork, selflessness, and a level of care that I will never forget. Thank you, Nina, for being so wonderful to work with, and thank you to Isaac, DJ, and Adam for stepping up when I needed help the most. We opted for a package that included an hour of bowling, food & drinks for the kids, and a $10 arcade game gift card per child. This package was pretty affordable at $18 per child. They have add one such as goody bags and food/drink options for adults. We added a couple food platters for adults and the goody bags. Pros: - Affordable and convenient - low stress - kids had an absolute blast Cons: - Overall service was very average and slow. Inexperienced party host staff. - Room wasn't set up / ready until bowling was nearly done. - Upon arriving at the venue we learned that they didn't have goody bags available that day. This was disappointing because I would've expected a heads up at least one day in advance so that we can make other arrangements. They did provide an extra $10 on each child's game card to make up for it, which was nice.

Our food came in 15 min increments. So we started off with one pizza then the second and third pizza came out 15 min apart. This meant no one got to eat all at once which is really weird . The staff was then late to take us to Lazer tag and told us we might have to skip it all together because our party host arrived 3 min late to the game even though it was part of the package we paid for and not our fault our party host was dragging her butt. After hearing every excuse in the world including having a "manager" basically shush me and act like I was being unreasonable for demanding they stick to the party plan and stop being late to everything. After all this we ended up having to stay an hour and a half later than we had planned to experience everything we paid for and half the kids had to leave by that time which was really upsetting. They have no respect for your time they just want your money and once they have it you're no longer important. They had the nerve to give us a 1 hour of bowling for free gift card (to make it up ) while they gave us a $475 bill and wanted a tip. As if we are ever going back. This is after hearing "we have other people besides you to attend to what do you expect us to do we can't fix everything". Like I'm supposed to pay for a party package and not expect to get everything I paid for because they have more than one party . Just lazy !!! They have ZERO accountability, not one person really gave a damn. It was more like a burden to have to work. The whole place is going down hill and the restrooms are beyond filthy. The food is atrocious and even when we had to wait came out cold. Never had such a trashy worthless waste of money experience in my life as I did at this place. This isn't an opinion it's what happened.
