I think these are supposed to be the hot dogs I ordered

I continue to be disappointed about the quality of the food from this so called place of business. I received overcooked, rubbery hot dogs that even a homeless pet would reject. it's very unfortunate that this establishment no longer cares about its customers or in my case a former customer. a picture is worth a thousand words. so see for yourself what I received via delivery.

The theatre has multiple screens, so it is able to show many first run, current films at once. You can buy a ticket at a window outside or inside on a machine. There's a lot of available parking both in front and behind the theatre. The sound system in the individual theaters is terrific,  and the seats are very comfortable. Overall, this is a solid movie venue.

Online booking is very simplistic. You can select seats. As far as I can tell, if you purchased online, you can go in and scan the barcode that's located in the confirmation email with one of the people at the concession stand. For theater setup, it's not stadium seating. But there is a subtle slope downwards. Lighting is a bit dark. Identifying your seat requires you to look at the small unilluminated letter on the side of the seat next to the aisle, and then to look for the number printed part way down the arm rest. The screen is slightly elevated, views seem to be fine no matter where you sit. The seats recline. I was a bit confused at first about the controls, but the controls for your seat are on your right, two sets of "open" and "close". Sound and visuals were totally fine, and tickets are affordable. They also seem to host film festival events here.

The recliner seats in the theatre barely had any fabric left on them from years of use. There was definitely an ick factor about sitting in those seats and the whole establishment had an air of being rundown. On the bright side they serve beer and wine at the snack counter! I would not choose to come back here unless the movie I wanted to see was sold out at nicer places.

The new seating is a huge improvement too. The recliners are comfortable, and the tables work well for food and drinks. The online ordering system is also nice because it makes it easy to order exactly what you want, though I do wish there were a few more customization options. Small things like extra ice in a drink, light queso on the fries, or swapping sauces on sandwiches and wraps would go a long way. The fries themselves were great, but the queso made them soggy pretty quickly. I understand keeping the menu streamlined for the kitchen, but at these prices, a little more flexibility would be appreciated. The food overall was good. I was disappointed to learn the cauliflower dish has heat built into the dredge because I had really liked it before, but the wrap I tried this visit was very good. I also miss the rotating special dishes they used to offer since those were always fun to try. The movie experience itself was excellent. Picture and sound quality were great, seating was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was enjoyable. One thing worth mentioning is that we often debate between coming here or going to Cinemark. Cinemark's membership program is honestly hard to beat because it includes tickets and concession discounts, and we've been members for years. We do not live close enough to really benefit from this theater's subscription program, otherwise we would probably join because we genuinely enjoy the experience here. Overall, we had a great night and will definitely be back.

I am concerned about everything I mention). I've checked out all of their competitors, and none of them have the variety of films that Alamo offers and their movie pass benefits are poor comparisons to what Alamo offers you. Nowhere else can you find Terror Tuesday or Weird Wednesday, or thematic movie series. These things are uniquely Alamo. These things, while I'm sure they must be nationwide, are very much Austin. Also, management with the Austin chain is very responsive when customers reach out with questions/concerns/complaints. This is unique customer service nowadays.

The restrooms are easy to find and very clean. And parking to the event was also convenient with a general price of $15 with a small walk to the main entrance or if you want closer parking there's a $40 option. Families and friends groups of all ages were cheering the teams on as they fought for victory. The HEB center is such a well organized facility to host various sport and entertainment events. If you are here for a basketball or volleyball game make sure you bring your jacket. The whole center is cold since the hokey team also uses this facility and be prepared to walk through security as you enter. The team members of the center are very friendly and help guide you to where you need to go. I really enjoyed watching a volleyball game here with friends. It includes two tickets in a semi private area, a parking pass, two alcoholic drinks each, unlimited non alcoholic beverages, and a full buffet. The view was unobstructed and excellent. There is an elevator that takes you directly to the correct level, which makes access easy. The bathrooms were clean, close by, and had no lines. The dedicated area for food and drinks meant we avoided the long bar lines, which was a big plus. The buffet included salad, vegetables, mashed potatoes, chicken, carved beef, rolls, and desserts. The line moved quickly and the food was enjoyable. The Good While the food was solid, the seating area does not include tables to place your food or drinks. The seats did not appear to be larger than standard seating and there is no additional legroom. (I'm 5'10") That was a bit surprising for a premium package. Although the view was unobstructed, the venue could benefit from additional jumbo screens placed around the arena. The main screen could also be zoomed in more to enhance the experience. The Bad The sound quality was the most disappointing part of the night. The music was too loud and at times you could not hear the artists clearly. Both Anthony Hamilton and Fantasia are powerhouse vocalists who do not need heavy production. Instead of clear, crisp voice isolation, they sounded muffled. After multiple audience complaints, the sound improved, but it was distracting and took away from the experience. The package also advertised dedicated guest services and event staff support. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. We could not find anyone to help us locate our seats or answer questions. The only visible staff were those managing the buffet and the check in area. For a premium experience, that was frustrating. Overall Despite the issues, I had a great time with my friend and we truly enjoyed the concert. I would consider using the All In Premium Loge Package again, but with adjusted expectations. Tips * Avoid the main entrance and use a secondary entrance for quicker entry. * If you do not have a bag, use the express line. (We had small clear bags and were allowed to use th express lane) * Download your tickets to your wallet before you get to the event. * The highway exit for the event can feel chaotic with heavy traffic and aggressive drivers. Consider driving past the first entrance and heading to the second exit. * Take your time after the event to avoid the traffic jam. All in all, it was a fun night. With a few operational improvements, especially around sound quality and guest services, the experience could move from good to great.

Then several hours later we were notified that our party needed to be pushed back to 2:30pm because of a buyout, ok sure. Main Event coordinator apologized and offered items to make up for the mistake and booking issue. Then I noticed on the contact a 12% service fee ($46 and some change), I asked the event coordinator and she explained that the 12% goes to the event host/server. This was not the case it was a 12% booking fee that goes to the front office staff. WOW! 12% to book online?!?! Seriously?! The server was the one who explained it to me. When I asked the manager on duty she gave me attitude and basically said "you signed the contract so you have to pay it". The day of the party it didn't seem like everyone was on the same page, our host/server did the best he could and apologized several times but it was out of his hands. The pizza came out late and the wings arrived 40 minutes after the pizza. The pizza was not hot and the wing platter turned out to be wings, tenders and nuggets. We ate the wings and tried to return the tenders and nuggets but no manager came to the table. We took care of the host/server with cash tip but we definitely don't recommend this place for birthday parties or gatherings.
