Good place to start the morning

This theater is pretty consistent for me as I visit throughout the year. There's always more than enough parking (on three sides of the building). The food is always good. I've yet to order anything that was less than expected and the stands are always fully stocked. Bathrooms are always clean which is a big plus for me. Staff is always very helpful and polite. I'm happy it's close to me.

Decided to enjoy a solo date night and treat myself to a movie. I hadn't been to a movie theatre in God knows how long, so I decided why not. Walked in and the concession/lobby area was extremely clean and welcoming. I thought that because it was 10pm and pretty late that the building would be full of people cleaning and preparing for closing, I was wrong which is a good thing. I'm not a huge fan of watching places close and maintenance with a full house of people. The young lady at the concession stand was amazing, very friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed my evening.

Cinemark bares a great name in quality movie theaters around the country,I've been in a few and they're always clean the employees are polite and helpful if you have any questions about the movie times and where you movie is located. This particular establishment has a nice arcade area when you first walk in the main entrance on the left hand side and if you're paying for your tickets in person the registers are to your right, the snack area is so directly in front of you with seats for your convenience. We purchased our tickets on line and reserved our seats so when you do it that way we just went to the indoor kiosks and retrieved our tickets by putting in your purchase code or scanning the barcode. The seats are comfortable and you have plenty of leg room so you can relax and enjoy the movie comfortably,so if you're in the mood to catch a movie try out your local Cinemark theater. The reason to not give 5 stars is because the food and snack prices are overpriced but what movie theater food prices aren't pricey!..

Mom, my sister and I went to the 7p.m. movie last minute. Loved it. Mom loved the seating, cushiony with armrests that hold her drink but allow her arms to actually rest. Ahhhhh... Great service. We will be doing girls night again soon.

I will not be coming here again. Just watched shaft with my mom and stepfather for Father's Day it was nice until .. we was getting bit by something . The movie ended an we used our ( this is not sponsored) lol iPhones flashlight an they had spider webs under the seats. Told the manager an said thank you .... not I'm sorry to hear that ...nothing ...but thank you an he walked away fast . I'll be calling the district manger !!!! Never again an the seat didn't even recline and smelling like a boy !

I'm so glad that this movie theater was totally rebuilt from the ground up at Chesapeake square. This is one of the best theaters in the Hampton Roads area in my opinion. One great perk is that ticket prices here are great. 8$ for an adult after 5PM on the weekend? You typically don't see that too much nowadays. Kids tickets are only $5. Concession prices, however, will rip a hole in your pocket. Mostly everything is overpriced. But this theater does offer a wide array of snacks to enjoy during your movie. I would suggest getting to your movie 30 minutes prior to showtime during an opening weekend, as seats can fill up fast. This theater also seems to like putting some big hits in smaller theaters for whatever reason, which can definitely be a nuisance. Overall, a great theater that's going to play just about every movie that rolls out.

It's a fun way to spend the afternoon or an evening out. This location is clean and not as overrun and crazy busy as some other locations. I prefer it over going to VB or chesapeake.

Having never screened Lost on a big screen, I jumped at the chance to finally check out Suffolk's Regal while seeing one of (imo) cinema's great films about love, loneliness, and longing. I grabbed a ticket via the Regal app - a simple process that takes little time to complete. For me, the toughest part about driving out to Regal Harbour View is it's far... real far... with tolls (I'm coming from Norfolk). At the same time, I got stuck at the Downtown Tunnel (bridge lift), which almost kept me from arriving on time. Harbour View may be the nicest Regal in the area. It originally opened in November 2000 as a part of the Consolidated Theaters company and didn't officially become a Regal until 2008 (Regal acquired Consolidated Theaters). Based on that timeline, you can tell by glancing at the lobby that its design and architecture is not a Regal concept. That's actually a good thing because the lobby, despite being a little cramped, looks cozy and welcoming. I was greeted quickly upon entering - the ticket taker scanned my ticket on my phone and informed me which theater to go and where it was located. I decided to pick up some snacks and the employee there was just as pleasant and friendly. The theater where I saw Lost looked exactly like a theater at the Regal Strawbridge. I'm assuming there were some renovations made to the theaters themselves, because this specific theater looked brand new. There were 3 other moviegoers in the theater with me. I absolutely loved seeing Lost in Translation on a big screen and enjoyed this experience at this Regal. I hope to visit again soon, despite this location being quite the trip. Thank you, Regal Harbour View! JV

It is a huge venue, ample snacks area, kiosk ticket purchasing and roomy restrooms. There is online ticket purchasing and seat selection. One time though I misunderstood the seats I chose and embarrassingly thought someone was in my seats. Anyway, is the actual theatres that are epic. The seats almost fully recline, with an attached swivel table and cup holders. There is no one's head blocking the view in front of you. The screen is a good size to enjoy the film. I guess they have HD screenings I haven't checked out. If you are on a date you can move the arm rest to get cozy, or if the film is a giant yawn you can fall asleep and not bother anyone! One time I had to sit closer to the screen than I prefer, but even that seat was fine for enjoying the flick. If you still like going out to movies, taking a stroll after around the fountain or hitting up one of quite a few nearby eateries, you can make quite an event of it! Or you can just pig out on a large popcorn and enjoy the film before heading home. Some theatres can't complete with home viewing these days, so if you do venture out to the movies, make it worthwhile with this movie watching experience.

As always, I would purchase tickets via Cinemark's website which is quick and easy. With each check-in, you can use the QR code from email or via Cinemark's website. For some showings, they have point offers based on showtime dates, mostly during opening weekends. And for quite a few, they only allow 24 hours until the point deadline was over. Thanks to such, I was able to save enough points to get 6 months of Cinemark Movie Club membership for free. Definitely looking forward to more discounts for the new year. Again, 2025 in the books. He even bought the one that they were selling up near the popcorn machines. I go outside and get told I'll see you at the comic book shop. Only $55. That's a $25 up charge. On something they know is wanted and rushed for. Good investment, really crummy move. It was supposed to be an anniversary gift with a set of tickets sitting in it. It was nice to see actual food offered, other play cafes we've been to in the area just offer things like bags of chips and goldfish crackers. They had 2 or 3 sandwich options for lunch too! Love the ambiance of the cafe's sitting area. Also lots of parking which I appreciated. The staff were very nice and the play area was clean! I also appreciated getting our full 2 hours that we paid for because a different play cafe we've been to had us start cleaning up at 12 'til when I booked an hour play session and it was more expensive too. I like Little Bean better :) One suggestion I would say is to have more seating for parents in the play area itself. There were only 2 benches in there for the adults that were right next to each other, so most of the parents kept sitting on the floor in various spots around the room. Wouldn't normally have a problem with this, but since I'm pregnant it's a little harder to get up and down from the floor so much to chase around my toddler through the different areas. I've noticed this at other places too though, so maybe it's just a play cafe thing lol. Just a thought! Otherwise definitely worth a 5 star rating today that justified the 30 minute drive for me and we will be back sometime soon! Thanks for a wonderful morning!!
