There was a line but it didn't take long to get our minibons. They were delicious & warm. As well as fresh & not overpriced. Service was welcoming. It seemed cleaned, a bit cramped. I wanna try the pecan one & my son wants to try the oreo one. Recommended.

Came here at 1230, almost at closing, just to browse Citiwalk, and came to Cinnabon because it's been YEARS since I had one. I was surprised to find that the batch they had out was pretty fresh, even for this time of night. Service was quick and friendly and the Cinnabon was to die for.

We love stopping at this Cinnabon when we're at Universal's CityWalk and feel like having something sweet. Our family always gets the small Cinnabon bites and they're always delicious! The staff is always friendly and the store is usually pretty clean. From what we saw yesterday there are 2 tables inside and about 4 outside, we've never had an issue about being able to sit down quickly to enjoy our food.

Never disappoints. We stopped by to pickup some breakfast on our way to the park. The line was long, but moved fast. The buns were warm, fresh and delicious! We got the OG, pecan and minis - all were cin-fully tasty!

Upstate NY has very few Cinnabon locations and walking out of Universal City Walk we caught a wiff of fresh cinnamon rolls and were drawn in. The staff was quiet but friendly. We picked up a fresh original cinnabon with excellent cream cheese glaze on top of a gooey fresh cinnamon bun. We also got the caramel pecan cinnamon bun which was their traditional fresh, gooey cinnamon bun with cream cheese glaze, caramel glaze and plenty of roasted pecans on top. They placed each cinnamon roll in a nice to-go container/bag and we placed them in microwave for a few seconds the next morning for a reasonably priced, tasty breakfast. Each of the larger cinnamon rolls can be easily shared, They also offer mini cinnabon options. Prices were reasonable for City Walk and it's hard to pass up that wonderful fresh baking cinnamon bun aroma - so don't, bring one home!

    Dry cinnamon roll. SUCKED!!

This visit to Cinnabon was horrible. You pay an extra premium because this place is on the walk but their product downright sucks. No creamy frosting, the cinnamon roll was dry. How does a place called Cinnabon put out a subpar product? How do you mess up a cinnamon roll when you're supposed to be known for your cinnamon rolls? Plus the girl at the register shorted me $20 bucks. Luckily for me I caught this. Was this a mere accident or on purpose? I don't know but she knew exactly what my change was supposed to be because her register showed her the amount I was supposed to get back. This should be a lesson. Always count your money before you walk away. I bet this happens quite a bit.

This Cinnabon location hit the spot. We decided to stop and grab an original Cinnabon and Pecan Carmel Cinnabon, after a long day at the park, both Cinnabons were warm and delicious. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, I highly recommend this Cinnabon location.

Waaaaw I was lured in by that cinnamon roll and freshly baked scent ... I had to come in to give this place a try. It's located right at the entrance of univerals studios city walkway which is like a prime location and super appealing. I entered here by myself and couldn't resist the bunssss ! Service was exceptional and friendly! The gentleman was very sweet and cheerful. I was able to charge my order to the room which was superb. Food: Melted away in my mouth down my throat towards my bellyyy. Waaw this was amazing! Their buns are fresh, delicious and so worth it! I also had their Moccha ice coffee which was delicious by itself ok yeaa I might have totally upset my stomach before dinner but it was so delicious to pass up. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for something sweet and extraaaaa. Cheers!

Standard Cinnabon offerings. Overpriced, undercooked, gooey cinnamon and frosted buns that my son fell in love with on our trip to Universal. Stop in and introduce your child to this addictive sugar rush if you're ever at Universal.

My Cinnabon could have been a little warmer and saucier. The wait was pretty ok. Hey have 5 tables outside making it a nice stop as you make your way out of the parks and city walk!

We walked into a clean and welcoming space with a wide display of pastries, buns, and savory options, making it feel like a place where you can stop for a quick snack, grab a drink, or sit down for a longer visit. The display cases are well organized, and the variety of items on offer immediately gives the sense that this is more than just a standard bakery. The biggest highlight is the variety of baked goods. Bakery 1908 offers a mix of sweet and savory pastries, including buns, rolls, egg tarts, and specialty creations that go beyond a typical bakery selection. The pastries we tried were fresh, and there was a good balance between traditional flavors and more modern options. Items like the taro bun, chicken curry bun, and other filled pastries stood out because they offered more flavor variety than standard bakery items. The taro bun had a smooth, lightly sweet filling that paired well with the soft bread, while the chicken curry bun offered a savory, aromatic contrast. The egg tarts were also worth ordering, with a flaky crust and a custard center that stayed smooth and well set. Beyond pastries, the menu also includes dim sum-style items, dumplings, steamed buns, and other small bites, which makes the bakery feel more like a café and casual restaurant. We ordered a few savory options and found they helped balance out the sweeter items, making it a better choice if you want something more filling. The dumplings came out hot and well made, and the steamed buns had a light, fluffy texture that held up well against the fillings. The drink menu is another strong point, with options like bubble tea, fruit teas, and coffee that pair well with the food. We tried a couple of drinks and found them well prepared, with the fruit teas offering a refreshing contrast to the richer pastries. The atmosphere is one of the reasons the bakery works well as a hangout spot. The space is clean, comfortable, and has both indoor and outdoor seating. We noticed a mix of people working, meeting friends, and taking a break, and the energy of the room stayed relaxed throughout our visit. The seating is spread out enough that it does not feel crowded, and the natural light from the windows adds to the welcoming feel. Service is also a positive part of the experience, with staff being generally friendly and helpful. They were patient with questions about the menu and offered recommendations without being pushy. The main thing to consider is that the popularity can mean a steady flow of customers, especially during busy times. Some items may also sell out depending on the time of day, so visiting earlier can give you the best selection. We noticed that the display cases were fullest in the morning, and a few items were gone by the afternoon. Bakery 1908 is a great option for anyone looking for more than just a traditional bakery. The combination of fresh pastries, dim sum, drinks, and a comfortable café environment makes it a versatile spot for breakfast, a snack, or a casual meal. It stands out because it offers both familiar favorites and more unique Asian-inspired bakery items in one place, making it a destination that rewards exploration and repeat visits.

Bright, clean, and dialed in with pastries that actually look as good as they photograph. You walk in thinking you'll make a quick, responsible choice. Two minutes later you're staring at the case like you're drafting a fantasy team. We went with the cream puff and that was the right move. Light, airy, not overly sweet, and gone in about three bites flat. No notes. Tried the crème brûlée pastry too. Points for creativity all day. It's a cool concept and well executed, just didn't hit the same level as the cream puff. Still good, just not the headliner. And the iced tea deserves a mention. Strong. Like, actually strong. Not the watered-down afterthought you get at most spots. This one shows up with purpose. Overall, easy four stars. Fun stop, great vibe, and a menu that keeps things interesting without trying too hard. Just don't kid yourself into thinking you're only ordering one thing. That plan falls apart immediately.
