    Not-a-roll

Brought a vegan friend in who had never heard of Cinnaholic and he couldn't believe it was all vegan. His excitement was palpable. I ordered a not-a-roll with strawberries, and cream cheese icing, by the server's suggestion. With chocolate sauce and sprinkles. It was amazing, and was only $4! The staff was very kind even though we came just a few minutes before closing. They put rolls fresh in the oven for us, even!

Absolutely fantastic!!! Went for opening day so yes there was a wait but we got to try cookie samples while we waited. So many options of you are looking for a sugar rush and you want plant-based. I went with Ole Skool which is a cinnamon roll with vanilla frosting, chocolate chip cookie, peppermint chocolate cookies, cookie dough, brownies and baby buns. My plan was only for the cinnamon roll but it all tasted SO GOOD! Pretty easy location to get in and out. Had a few tables with seating for two. Cute decorations in purple and fast service. You can't beat that!! So stop reading and GO!!! My cinnamon roll even sat for about 8 hours before I could eat it because I had a busy day and it was still good. So the picture does not do it justice.

I really came for the cinnamon bun rolls but the wait time for your pick up was not ideal to wait. Workers just looked overwhelmed. So got something else that would be quicker. I got ice cream that's supposedly expected Soft serve Dole whipped ice cream. This is more like water down sorbet ice cream. The taste of pineapple was there. definitely don't expect a Hawaiian type of ice cream as the picture on the menu. Not sure if the machine was working properly but this is far from soft serve ice cream. Cookie dough looked wet so it was salty not sure from salted butter or maybe too much salt. Hard to say when I'll return just for cinnamon buns.

The case with several gourmet cinnamon rolls on display.

Delicious gourmet cinnamon rolls! You can now eat cinnamon rolls all day long as they're not just for breakfast anymore. Menu includes cinnamon rolls with frostings & toppings. We tried the Very Berry and it was the perfect combination of gooey, warm, sweet, and satisfying. They also have cookie dough, soft service cream, and other treats. It feels like an ice cream shop when you walk in, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I would recommend Cinnaholoc anytime your sweet tooth craves a cinnamon roll!

Great customer service. The people that I saw walking out of the Cinnaholic were smiling and holding their bags looking inside as if they were so excited to try the cinnamon rolls. The seating area is cozy with a nice view of the shoppers going about in The Avenue. I'm impressed! I spent more because they all looked tasty and the service was impeccable.

    Original cinnamon roll

Had the original and it was good! I loved the roll, but the frosting tasted like a slab of butter and the presentation was not exactly yummy looking. Service was quick the workers were friendly.

We ordered mini buns with original and chocolate frosting. The mini buns were cold and dry. The frosting was good.

We ordered a Thai Tea with boba, a Dubai cheesecake, and strawberries and cream waffle ice cream combo. Because it was so packed we had to wait a bit before our order was ready. The Thai Tea was great tasting, the strawberry waffle combo was good but the Dubai chocolate cheesecake was phenomenal! Utterly disappointing…read more Stopped in because we saw a reel hyping this place... it did not live up to the hype. They did not have the Dubai chocolate one available today. No big deal, we got the strawberry shortcake instead. Though they probably should've taken the Dubai one out of the display case. The fruit tea and Boba was fine though maybe a bit small for the price. The strawberry shortcake cheesecake was unpleasant at best. Don't get me wrong the flavor was fine, however eating it was a very unpleasant experience. The cheesecake was frozen solid onto a stick. They then dipped it into warm white chocolate coating and then into the crumble coating, and then syrups were drizzled onto it and a strawberry slice was put on top. The cheesecake was too frozen to bite into. The coating broke off and slopped syrup everywhere and left your mouth feeling oily. Plus the strawberry on top was not ripe so it was not pleasant either. The service was extremely slow even though we saw four people behind the counter. The dining room was under construction and they had weirdly aggressive signs on the window telling you to not touch the plants. Plus there was not a garbage in the lobby or outside to throw away your Boba straw wrapper. We would not go back again.

It's tucked away in a shopping plaza between a Mexican restaurant and a barbershop, making it easy to miss if you're not looking for it. The shop itself is on the smaller side, so it can feel a bit crowded during busy times. But the ice cream is well worth it. There's a great selection of flavors to choose from, and once you pick your favorite (or two!), you can customize it with mix-ins like sprinkles, chocolate chips, coconut flakes, and more. Everything is blended together and served however you prefer--whether that's in a cup, waffle cone, or waffle bowl. They also offer chocolate-dipped waffle cones and bowls for an extra treat. Another highlight is their giant cookie cakes, which looked delicious and perfect for celebrations. The prices are reasonable for the generous portion sizes, and there's plenty of parking available right outside. Overall, it's a great spot to satisfy an ice cream craving on a hot day.
