We ordered an ice coffee, but it came with chocolate syrup and whipped cream. I'm not sure if it was wrong of me to expect a black iced coffee with a side of cream or milk... the iced coffee was extremely sweet. It tasted like chocolate milk. The waitress said they don't have plain ice coffee so I had to stick with hot coffee. The skillets were delicious! I liked how they overcooked the hash browns. I love them crunchy. So, aside from getting the senior menu upon my arrival (I'm 47) - they've also taken the liberty of including gratuity on the bill for two people. If you read it, it says for parties of 5 or larger, but there were only 2 of us. Also, not to mention, we waited 38 minutes for our breakfast to be delivered to our table after ordering it . I know exactly how long it was as I took a snap as soon as we arrived. We visited on a Sunday in the early afternoon by chance, and I think this is our new breakfast place! I ordered all gluten-free. My partner had the Azteca omelet, which had avacado slices on top. I had the eggs and hashbrowns, and both came with pancakes with fruit. In addition to their incredibly delicious gluten-free pancakes, they also have gf waffles and toast. If you come here, be prepared to wait a while for your food. A sign in the front states this, so it did not come as a surprise. The servers are kind, and the interior looks relatively updated. Their coffee is basic diner coffee, so that is a negative for me. I had the Meat Lovers' omelet and would not recommend it. The rest of my party liked their food: Monte Cristo, chocolate crepes, and BLT. Their chicken tortilla soup was also a bit with those that had it. The restaurant was very clean and bright. The prices for the quality and quantity of food was definitely worth it (not bad at all). I tried the steak and cheese wrap and the veggies tasted very fresh and the southwest sauce was yummy! I tried a bite of the cinnabun pancakes and they were delicious!! The fresh fruit on top was a great addition. I liked the fact that they also have bloody Marys on the menu along with other breakfast cocktails and specialty coffee. We will definitely be back and hopefully make this our new go to brunch spot since it's so close and the menu seems to have a lot of good options on it for both myself (liking more savory/lunch) and my BF (prefers sweet/breakfast). Saw this place and thought I check it out. It nice inside and has a little bar area and and couple tables and booths. The place is clean. We got seated and it took a while before we where recognized by the waitress. There wasn't very many people. We got our drinks and we had order a strawberry banana smoothie and it came out with our meal. The ordered the Aztec omelette and it was good except for my aguacate was all brown might of been from the heat of the omelette. My son ordered coconut French toast, when he received his order it looked more like strawberry banana glazed French toast nothing to do with coconut. He didn't even eat them. I also had switched my pancakes that came with my meal for coconut French toast expecting coconut French toast and then the side order is the same size as the meal size. My wife got oatmeal and said it was good. My son had chicken and waffle and the chicken was okay but the waffle had a weird taste and hard. The service is poor, the girls working as waiters have a face like they just woke up and don't want nothing to do here. They take forever honestly. Staff were wearing masks, plexiglass is between every booth, and customers were distanced. This was place was dramatically remodeled when it re-opened as Cinnamon, and it shows. Clean, well lit, and comfortable! Staff were friendly and attentive. The menu is ambitious with a great variety of breakfast specialties. It was hard to decide where to start, since this was my first visit. I ordered the plain crepes with blueberries. They arrived quickly, hot, and were tasty. My husband and I were both very pleased with our choices, and felt there was a more than enough food in their portions. Plenty of parking and we got seated right away, partly because the weather was so nice, everybody was outside. The service was terrific - friendly and attentive. The food was delicious with good sized portions. My friend had an omelette with french fries and the fries were great (fries and hash browns are often the "make or break" for me). I had the pumpkin swirl French toast, which was delicious, but really sweet, more like a dessert (and I'd get it again). Basic pancakes were fluffy and good. The only reason it's not five stars is the ambience is pretty basic, and there was a large TV screen next to our heads that had a soccer game blasting so next time we will be sure to sit away from that. We had a lovely weekday breakfast at Cinnamon Pancake House- they still had many Covid safety protocols in place including masked staff and plexiglass between the tables, plus distanced seating. My husband and I both had gravy based dishes- I went with the gravy based eggs benedict and it was delicious and a very large serving (I did not even finish half of it). My husband got the traditional biscuits and gravy and really enjoyed his meal. Our server was very friendly and attentive, and we felt the price was right.
