    Raspberry pancakes with diced potatoes

Really nice they have some parking right out front and the parking garage is really close. Got seated right away. Our waitress didn't come by for a while and apologized as she wasn't aware of us being sat in a spot that wasn't usually hers I think. Well she was very kind and made sure we have got everything we needed and checked up on us multiple times to make up for it. I had coffee and asked for hot water, which I was offered option of lemon and honey. Coffee was really good and wasn't too strong and was really smooth. I ordered the veggie omelette added cheddar cheese. There were lots of veggies and had perfect amount of cheese added. If you want extra cheese then I would suggest to just ask. Very large portion. Came with choice of diced pototoes and fruit, but chose the hash browns. Waitress suggested to cook a bit little longer for the crispiness, which was really good suggestion and was delicious. Also came with a choice of toast or pancakes, so I choose pancakes with blueberries. Very fresh and delicious blueberries. My friend had the raspberry Gluten free pancakes and it was huge. Also had the diced potatoes and cooked longer to be extra crispy. Definitely had leftovers and recommend trying breakfast/brunch.

Met a friend here for breakfast. They do not have a separate GF menu but do offer some options on the regular menu. I ordered GF pancakes with raspberries and diced potatoes. The server indicated the pancakes are cooked on the same griddle. I asked if they could wipe it down and she said yes. She also indicated all the breakfast potatoes are GF. I also ordered a chai which was really good.

Always a good classic place for brunch before walking around the river. Plenty of space, no waiting, and huge portions. Usually leftovers for another meal or perhaps two. Fresh ingredients and tasty. The meditation omelet was perfect, light, and fulfilling served with diced potatoes crispy outside and tender inside. I had the Pancake, which satisfied my sweet tooth. Refreshing and indulging Berry smoothly. The servers could be a bit more friendly, I get the feeling they have a sense of entitlement like they are doing me a favor when I'm a paying customer. Well. . . Good servers are hard to come by. Will keep coming back for the food and the walk after indulging myself.

This was our first time eating at Brunch Cafe! There was plenty of parking and many tables inside the restaurant. The decor was warm and inviting. I ordered a vegetable omelette with pancakes. Cheese was extra, but I did add cheddar to my omelette. The cheese should have been free like other brunch places. It was a cold day and this was perfect comfort food. I had a nice breakfast. I came here with my friends, but I will bring my family next time.

It's been a VERY long time since I'd been to Brunch Cafe. Last time I remember waiting over an hour for a table so I was pleasantly surprised when we were seated right away this morning. The hostess and our waitress were both very helpful and attentive. Everything on the menu looked great but I ended up trying the sweet potato skillet. The sweet potato tots were perfectly crisp and the apple and gouda paired so well together! I swapped my side for fruit which was a mix of pineapple, honey dew, cantaloupe, and grapes which were all very fresh and high quality. My aunt ordered the potato crusted omelet which was so creative and looked great too! The other members at my table opting for pancakes as their side but asked them to-go and they came in to-go boxes which was perfect! Overall very happy with my visit!

Right when you walked in, you were greeted with the friendly staff right away. I noticed the cleanliness of this place right away as well. I got seated first while waiting for my friend and the waitress came by right away to greet me and grabbed water first. My friend and I ordered and shared two entrees. We got the caliente omelette and the country fried steak. And she ordered pancakes with a side of bacon and fruits for her daughters. They brought out the food really fast and service was amazing. Our waitress knew that we were sharing the entrees so she gave us our own sides of salsa and sour cream and made sure we had 2 plates. I will definitely recommend and be back at this spot again.

Ordered a vegetarian Omelette on 10/23/24 at 9:34 am. Half way through eating my omelette, I bit into a penny mixed with my omelette.

Penny in the middle of my vegetarian omelette. Complaint filed with the Kane County Health Department.

There is ample lighting and the staff is welcoming and friendly. The food is BBQ and they have a little bit of everything to offer. That is great, but makes it hard to choose what you want! We certainly had that problem but ultimately were very happy with our meals. They pretty much cover all the bases as far as BBQ and the sides. The flavors were very tasty! These days the price hikes are expected, nothing new, and the day Nobel started to impose a penalty for paying via credit card (which initially they were ALSO taxing, and at a rate no less that was higher than Geneva's local tax percentage) was when I started only paying with cash. Hey, I like(d) their food and love(d) their employees, I'm willing to pay out the nose and jump through hoops for the experience. I'll admit, I went from eating there almost every day during Covid to maybe once a month, but when my family asks me where we should go out, Nobel is ALWAYS the first that comes to mind. Within the past week I've visiting Nobel for the last time. Prices notably up again, check. Many new employees, slower service, and uh oh, what's this, the food quality is in the toilet? Couple that with another service by Kelli and her terrible attitude, and things aren't looking great. Portions. Like everywhere else, as I said, at Nobel the prices are up and portions are down. My wife's favorite though, their lobster roll (formerly one of the best I've ever had in the United States, and I travel along the east coast quite a bit), has taken a hit harder than anything else on their menu from what I can ascertain. $31 now, which isn't new, it's been $31 since the beginning of 2026 from what I can remember, but $31 and it's probably 30% smaller than it used to be. For $31 you get a lobster roll that literally looks like a piece of Texas toast folded in half now, a 30% smaller portion of lobster, and if by some off chance you order the side salad, the side salad is also smaller. I can go on about all of the other cuts that are evident, but the $31 lobster roll is about the best display of the dismal direction Nobel House is headed. Sad... Nobel House, you'll be missed.

I got it with bacon as my meat and dipped it in the chipotle vinaigrette on the side as I ate it. It was awesome! I really loved that instead of black beans, there were refried beans in it, as they added a great creaminess to the meal. The fruit bowl was also impressive to me, as it was full of diverse fresh fruit. It was better than the normal assorted melons I am used to at restaurants. I got an iced salted caramel latte to go before leaving since we had a long car ride ahead of us. It was on the sweet side, with little espresso flavor coming through, but I enjoyed it nonetheless.
