This was our first time here. I'll preface this by saying the food was good. There is however a pandemic going on and mandates in place. If serving food you must be wearing masks and gloves period. It's not an option you can choose to follow or choose not to follow. That being said we went there today and nobody was wearing gloves and masks were worn as chin warmers. Unacceptable and shows a complete lack of concern for employees and customers. My husband ordered a hungry man and was told they have no hero's so she'll put it on a roll but charged the same amount when it was less than it should have been. He spoke to the man cooking asking why everyone wasn't gloves and masked and his response was ridiculous. " oh we didn't realize we should be doing it" so while the food was good we won't be back. read more

Lazy baker! I only go here in a pinch since it's around the corner, not making that mistake again. The laziness of the baker makes me think where else are the cutting corners. Some might say what's the big deal, the issue is when you toast the bagel, the small side burns before the fatter side. Not getting my money anymore. read more

Came into Cino's this morning on my way to work, and thank god. I've been looking for a great bagel next to Long Beach and have been yet to find a really good one. It's always the same..very doughy and dense. I hate that. Cino's is light and fluffy, the bagel was like butter. I got a bacon egg and cheese..the egg was fluffy and delicious! (Only small complaint I have is I asked for it with salt pep ketch, and didn't get that)..but the sandwich made up for it. The coffee was delicious and I got a couple of their chocolate covered pretzels..which I promise you are a must to try. The guy who helped me out in the front I believe was named Lorenzo, beyond friendly and attentive. Made my morning. Recommend Cino's for sure!!! read more

Great local bagel place. Bagels are always fresh and flavorful and they have a great selection. Breakfast sandwiches are a hit with my daughter. She always gets the bacon egg and cheese. The staff is welcoming and friendly! Love the easy parking lot in the back too so we're not fighting for a spot. They also have great combos for bagels & cream cheese - I usually grab one if I'm going to brunch somewhere. This is our new Sunday bagel place and we couldn't be happier! read more

I never usually leave reviews but I'm shocked for everyone saying " wow a Must try" because.. I ordered through dd and even with a little discount.. $20 for some mushy chicken salad that I ordered on a sesame bagel, which they messed up on and gave it to me on a plain bagel, and iced tea. The small amount chicken salad was mushy and nasty and couldn't even get the bagel right for $20 dollars and change (Which prob would've been even more if I didn't use the discount). Coming from brooklyn where they have great bagels we stop here every monday and friday on our way to babysit. Very friendly staff and the bagels are very good. I've gotten delivery twice and both times were late. The first time it took over 2 hours and the second time it took an extra 15 minutes from their estimate. They also got my order wrong the 2nd time I ordered. Considering it was an easy order- 6 bagels and 2 cream cheese spreads, it should've been correct. I ordered a BLT on a roll. It was fantastic. It came with a choice of macaroni salad, potato salad or coleslaw. The man serving me was kind and to the point. Something a queens guy appreciates. I waited no more than 10 min and had my meal. One of the best BLT around to be honest. Altogether for a BLT, side of macaroni salad and an iced tea it was $9. Great pricing! I see some comments of rudeness etc. I didn't feel that at all. Maybe people are just sensitive or haven't worked in the food industry before so they wouldn't understand. I live in California and needed rainbow bagels for my daughter's 2nd party her theme was Trolls. NOBODY on the West Cost has them. I found Cino's Hot Bagels by using the hashtag #rainbowbagel. They were so helpful from my first minute speaking to Joe. His entire family was nice. He took my order and shipped them for them to be delivered in enough time during the holiday rush. Can I just say the pictures don't do the bagels any justice. They were absolutely beautiful. And soooo freaking good. The bagels where a hit at the party. I don't know what we would have done. This place completely downgraded from what it used to be. I remember having scrumptious and soft delicious bagels that melt-in-your-mouth however today was not the case unfortunately I received an everything hard bagel with some ridges on the side which required for me to chew through the hard bagel perhaps the bagels weren't fresh which is normal since today is Monday but you would think that they're made freshly on premises. yet the issue that arose was I ordered an egg and cheese on a roll the roll was nice and fresh however the egg and cheese ratio to the role was not proportionate. Furthermore the ice coffee machine was not fresh coffee and tasted very grainy. now I understand when they get busy it's hard to serve the customers but for some going out for a bagel is it treat and in doing so you would like to enjoy this precious time spent with your family and enjoy the bagel what really irked me the most was the lady said a small orange juice is provided with my order. But that was that it was just left at that she didn't provide me with the orange juice until I asked for it I feel like for excellent customer service you either direct me to where I can get this orange juice or you bring it to my table I should not have to ask for it overall I hope that there customer service and bagels improve as there is great potential to succeed and prosper in this area read more

I came in on a Sunday morning and the place was pretty crowded, which made me happy to see because I know the owner is a local guy who tries hard to promote his business. That being said, I wish there was another counter person or two, because I waited 10-15 minutes for one bagel. I got an egg bagel with egg salad. It was delicious. I have only heard good things about the food here and my first experience here reflects that. I'd recommend it. It hurt me to pay almost $12 for just egg salad on an egg bagel with a large iced tea. I know I can get it cheaper at other places. At other places near by where prices are similar, the meal comes with a side salad and pickle. Overall, I think they're a local place and worth the try, but they're not above average. I commend them for the good effort though! read more

Love this place. Bagels are great, everything is always fresh. They have Boars Head cold cuts. Their chicken salad is hands down the best I ever had. Everyone who works there is super friendly and very quick in the morning, no waiting in lines which is nice. Only negative would be the cole slaw, mac salad and potato salad. The bagels were chewy and were very good and tasted like what a bagel should be. The cream cheese was excellent especially the vegetable cream cheese.The muffins were good.Service was very good and was responsive.The price to value ratio here is about average for this type of store except for the sodas which were overpriced.All in all this was a very good experience and I look forward to returning in the near future. read more

I used to really like this place, but it's gone downhill. The staff is unfriendly almost rude. They act like they're doing you a favor waiting on you. They stopped making regular sized rainbow bagels, and only make mini, but they still charge the same price as regular size. They never get the order straight anymore either.
