Unfortunately, I cannot in good conscience recommend this tree company…read more While the price was good and they came and removed the tree very quickly. The problem is that they run through a call service. The number the arborist/estimator contacts you from is a no response text. My husband and I weren't happy with the total outcome of the job and wanted someone to come and look at it. Called twice was told the first time the arborist would be there the next day to look at it. He never showed or called. Called again days later. This time the call service told my husband the arborist would call him back to discuss what we felt wasn't done. Never heard from them again. Except via email to repost the invoice to get paid. Won't be using them again. After posting this review on Google reviews they contacted us multiple times. My husband had already spent two full days cleaning up their mess. They should have contacted us back when we had called repeatedly not when they saw the review. That is not how it should work!

I had them redo the proposal with a discount and taking out a trimming for a shrub ($300) once I paid the deposit I didnt hear from them and I had to contact them. This was a really, really good experience…read more I noticed that a tree was uprooted and had a real concern that it would fall on a busy street. I reached out to a few companies. Sven was the first to respond. He offered to come out immediately after normal work hours for a free quote. He thoroughly inspected the tree and assured me that it wasn't in imminent danger of falling over. That night he sent over a quote that was substantially lower than I had feared it would. He scheduled the job for the weekend, showed up on time, and just worked solidly until the job was done. Pretty much a flawless transaction. We'll use him again for sure.

He gave us the lowest price for an actual professional trim (vs someone just coming in with a ladder) and I trusted him to not damage our roof. Please see before and after pictures of the trim. That said, I have to say I'm unhappy with the logistics. It was difficult to schedule with Tree Lion. They forgot to put me in their schedule and rescheduled last minute. They also were the only contractor who did not come do a site survey before giving me a quote, which led to a logistical issue of where to stage the bucket lift and needing to drive the large truck in between our fence posts. I did explicitly say we were planning on replacing the fence, so I am not particularly upset, but I have to mention on this review that he bent our fence post with the truck and did not mention it to us. Imo, just a few avoidable logistical issues. Great tree service? Yes, absolutely. Good work and good value. Professional conduct? I'm sorry to say could be better.

This season, they came and did our neighbors lawn and we figured that they didn't have enough time, so my Husband called to leave a message to find out when we were scheduled. We received no call, but an email stating that we had been terminated. They did something wrong and we were terminated after 14 years. Fine, even though we did nothing wrong, it is their perogative, but be professional enough and not cowardly and call the customer you have had for 14 years to tell them what the reason for termination is and don't wait until the cutting season starts and make us reach out before you terminate. It's bad form for a company to be vindictive in that way. We have called to talk to them several times, with no reply. If they will do this to a customer of 14 years, they will definitely do it to a new person.

I can't say enough good things about Greenview Tree Services! Just a few days before Father's Day,…read morewe had a dead street tree fall into our yard, and I knew I needed help fast. After receiving some ridiculous high bids from other companies, Greenview came to the rescue with a fair and reasonable price for cutting, removal, and stump grinding for both the fallen tree and another dead tree still standing. They were incredibly responsive--after I sent some photos, we quickly agreed on terms, and they provided same-day service! The crew arrived right on time with modern equipment and worked swiftly and precisely, making sure to clean up as they went along. I was impressed by their professionalism! To top it off, the owner was on-site at the end to grind the stumps and ensure everything was completed to perfection. My yard is safe and beautiful just in time for the holiday weekend, giving me the peace of mind I needed. I highly recommend Greenview Tree Services! You won't be disappointed!

They came out and completed the work at a reasonable time frame and we're very friendly answering questions and taking additional requests.
