Looking back, I wish I had asked to speak with a manager before the service continued. For a salon charging this price point, I expected a much more respectful and customer-centered experience. Clients should not leave feeling upset, uncomfortable, or regretful after paying over $300. I hope management takes feedback like this seriously and provides better training on communication, professionalism, and how to handle client concerns during a service. Based on this experience, I would not return.

Because my hair is so stubbornly straight, the curls didn't hold perfectly the first time around. But the founder is absolutely amazing--she was incredibly sweet and offered me a second session completely free of charge! I came back a week later so she could assess my hair and redo the process to make sure it turned out exactly how I wanted. In total, the process took about 5-6 hours, and the cost was $500 for the root lift and perm. It was totally worth it for the level of care, patience, and dedication they showed.
