    My San Diego Padres WINNING!!

After spending more time at Circa, one thing became clear: the hospitality is the culture. From Tatianna at check-in to our incredible servers, Landon, at 8 East, Cora at Saginaw's Delicatessen and the smash burger at Victory every interaction was genuine, warm, and personal. The food was fresh and outstanding and the chemistry and teamwork between the front and back of house was on point. In a world of kiosks, apps, and automation, Circa reminds you that the greatest luxury is still being genuinely cared for by people. Thank DeVonia Herron- the CASINO HOST with the MOST! Bravo, Derek Stevens. You've built more than a resort, you've built a culture. We'll definitely be back.

Came into Circa for the first time. They card EVERYONE that wants to go into the casino. Tons of huge screens to watch the game. We watched the Brazil VS Japan that was on earlier today. People were doing the same. Pretty nice casino. I didn't see the slot I like playing though.

We stayed at Circa on Fremont Street in Downtown Las Vegas because of a summer promotion that included $200 food/beverage credit and complimentary daybed at Stadium Swim with no minimums. Checking in was a smooth process after a short wait. Portfolio was provided via email upon checking out. There was a small discrepancy which was resolved quickly. Our hotel room was fantastic. Large, clean, newish, good ambiance. Comfortable bed, soft towels, and good water pressure in the shower. We had to use our room key to fetch a specific elevator - which I felt was more expedient compared to the usual elevator experience. Thankfully, our room did not face Stadium Swim because the music thumping could be easily felt in the higher floors. We liked that there were a bunch of eating establishments on the property to choose from. On the main floor, we thought the sports bar and the mega bar was impressive. Table minimums were high compared to the other Fremont Street casinos. There were plenty of slot machines on both floors. We didn't play much of either but I did win $. Dealers wore nice work uniforms. And, it didn't reek of smoke. Stadium Swim is impressive for those who want to relax and watch sports. We walked through but it's not our thing. Location of Circa is great. They have a nearby pay parking garage. It's walking distance to practically every Downtown casinos. Unfortunately, the constant, loud music blaring everywhere from morning to night was headache-inducing. Having to show our ID upon every arrival was a bit annoying (but understandable for enforcing the 21 and over policy) and could be an improved experience if they were friendlier at least to their hotel guests. I'm sure checking people's ID at the door effectively deters negative elements from entering so I get it.

This casino in downtown is one of my favorites for the expansive Sports Book. It's a great area to hangout, watch a game, gamble, and/or have a bite. Every time I have been here service has been prompt and pretty friendly. It's a 21+ place that ID's at the door. Parking is expensive, so I recommend parking down the street somewhere else and walking up to this casino. Overall, a fun time in a bustling location.

This is our go to place when we stay in Vegas. Love the 21 and over age requirement. The staff are all great. The pools and pool area are awesome. The rates are reasonable for what you get. The rooms are always clean and comfortable.

I can't see enough about this place! This is by far my favorite and only place I love to stay at while I'm in Vegas. The strip or downtown nothing beats Circa! You know you've been there a lot when the bartenders know you by name they see you and remember you and say hello and give you the best service! Shout out to Scott, and my girl Lina! The best bartender in server there!

Circa was cool to hang out for a bit. When we went up on the escalator we found an area with and abundance of large screens showing different sports.

Recently stayed at Circa as part of their all in summer inclusive deal. Two nights for $400 with $200 in drinks and food credit. Situated on Fremont street there isn't much to walk around and do unless gambling at old casinos is your thing. Besides Circa most hotels in this area are a little run down. Circa provided that remodeled and modern feel although the hotel was a bit small compared to the larger casinos on the main strip. All the restaurants were decent, with 8 East being my favorite. They had great Asian food with good spice level and speedy service. The deli was also a good spot. The stadiumswim was a great spot for watching sports game but definitely turned into more of a day pool party than I expected during the major sports events like the semifinals of the World Cup. The drinks were a scary $49 for a not so great slushie and the daybed (included in the inclusive summer deal) had stains visible as well as wet trash/napkins on the floor. I also watched the baseball all star game from the sportsbook. Circa states it's the largest sportsbook and it does have very comfortable reclining chairs just like a movie theatre. You can order food from the burger and bbq restaurants. The best part of this whole stay was the location of our room. We had views of the stadiumswim and arguably it was better watching the sports events from our room than melting outside in the sun with all the crazy drunk adults ( we saw multiple people have to be escorted out by security). Check in was not busy at all although I asked the receptionist about using my drink credit for nonalcoholic drinks and she was unsure and rather than directing me to someone who could actually answer my question just guessed an answer and pushed me along. I checked with the concierge the next day and indeed you could use your drink credit for nonalcoholic drinks alcoholic drinks too ( so thanks to concierge for being helpful and knowledgeable). Overall, I prefer staying at the big casinos on the main strip to Circa but if you're looking for a downtown stay or place to watch sports then go to Circa.

Top notch as always. Wouldn't stay anywhere else. Accommodating and love 21 and older policy with no children running around casino. Restaurants are solid and regular spots are an Uber ride away. Casino host Devonia is a treasure and always takes care of when in town.

Legacy Customer service Young girl answering phone needs to go back to school. She cannot answer questions. She refers me to return to website and book there. I am handicapped and asked if July 4 celebration allows handicapped access to sit down. No answer . Said tables have seats and go to reserve a table . I will pay $175 for admission not sure if according to her I can sit. Guess I will spend my $$ and time elsewhere and remember this customer service

    Ask the Community - Circa

Do they have a coffee maker and/or refrigerator in the standard room?

Mini fridge yes, coffee maker no

What time is check in and check out?

Check in 3pm. Check out 11am

    Do you offer couple massages?

Yes. Just book in the spa

Are PPV UFC shown anywhere at the resort?

I watched it from the pool!

Pool is open to public? Just pay a admission? Do they have lockers or shower for people who aren't hotel guests?

Yes, the public is invited for $30 admission. You can not bring anything in to the pool area to eat or drink, and bags are inspected. You must buy everything from them ~ And bring a fat wallet, as even water is extremely expensive. They do have…

    Coffee shop in the hotel?

The coffee "shop" would be Saginaw's Deli. It has sit down dining. Open 24/7. Jack Pots is a small grab to go coffee place with a few seats/tables that has coffee and some snacks. It's also on the second floor of the casino.

We're planning on staying there this September to get married. Do you offer a limo service? If not any suggestions?

I would contact the concierge. They are very helpful snd accommodating.

    Does Vegas Vickie's take reservations?

    Not sure

Do you have to pay to use the pool if you are a guest/staying at the hotel?

No. If you are a guest it's free unless you want a cabana etc

    Menu for the club restaurant?

If you google Legacy Club menu, you will see images of the current menu. Not so sure they post it on their website.

Can family's with kids tour the hotel?

No one under 21. I will say, we enjoyed our visit there

Does it costs to book seats at the Sportsbook?

    Nope

How much is a cabana on a Saturday?

They start at $1000 & go up from there. It also depends on which weekend it is. You need to call to get details.

Do you have to be a guest at circa to use their pool? Can I pay for a chair or cabana as a non guest?

You don't have to be a guest. General admission is $20, cabanas are between 1k and 3k depending on the day.

Called right now and asked how much the overnight parking is? She told me there is a 4 hour cap and it's $25. So I asked so is the overnight parking fee $25?She said yes in your case it would $25. Does she know what she's talking about or not?

It's $4 per hour, unless you're a Maverick or Legend status and then it's free. What she meant is there's a $4 per hour charge CAPPED at $25. In other words, if you stay parked for 15 hours, it's still capped off at $25 total, and not $60.

Why do you charge 15 bucks for valet and 4 bucks an hour to self park.?

That's the BIG CONTROVERSY with the place as of now! I just left Vegas today & walked The Circa right beforehand. My suggestion would be to go park elsewhere like at The Golden Nugget then walk over to The Circa.

This had been our 5 star company, but sadly NOT on our last previous visit in 2022. Yes, it has taken me 4+ years to come back.... Quality/Quantity - Overall 3 stars. Good, our last time was in the Palace Tower and it looked beautiful. See pictures. Sadly, on the first day/night, we discovered "cheeto" looking crumbs in the bed, so we called housekeeping and had our sheets changed. They were nice and apologetic on the phone and helped us with no problems. What, also no free coffee or water bottles??? Disappointing, especially since the lines in the morning for coffee are ridiculously long. And $21 for 4 KCups from the mini bar is steep. Mini bars are back...? See pictures. Very disappointed with the options of full breakfasts here. Room safe. Our room had an okay/good view, see pictures. But our favorite tower is the Augustus or Octavius Tower with a view of the nightly Bellagio fountain show. Atmosphere - Casino/resort atmosphere is 4 stars. I have been coming here for over 22+ years, so I am very familiar with the casino and resort. Some of the restaurants on the property are: Amalfi, Peter Luger Steak House, Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen & Pub & Grill, Brasserie B Parisian Steakhouse, Beijing Noodle No9, Stanton Social Italian, Bacchanal Buffet, Dominique Ansel, Nobu, Restaurant Guy Savoy, Pronto by Giada, Starbucks, Cafe Americano, etc. Some restaurants that got replaced are: Brioche by Guy Savoy, Caesars Eats, Mr Chow, Old Homestead Steakhouse, etc. See separate Yelp reviews for the above restaurants that my family and I tried. Shared problem with management daily for 3 days straight and sadly, it was NEVER fixed. Basically, the problem was that my spouse's name could not be added to my room and therefore was not able to charge anything to the room without me there... Early check in = no problem (see Rio yelp). Late check out = NO unless you pay... Price - $217 a room per night, total cost was over $1300 just for the two rooms. Can you imagine our room charges... Owner Suggestion - Congrats on your success since 1966. I see that Eldorado Resorts from Reno bought you in 2020. My suggestion is that you TRAIN your team to LISTEN to our simple issues so they can be corrected, then double check that it IS corrected. 3 days of getting into the long lobby line to correct an issue that you claim was corrected, only to be called by my wife again the next morning complaining that she can NOT charge to our room!!! This includes talking to someone that said they were a manager...
