My original message already made that clear. Because I did not reply again to restate the same confirmation, billing continued. I had already paid a $60 early cancellation fee, and later was charged an additional $99 to an account I did not authorize for continued billing. These charges occurred after my cancellation request. I would advise others to keep written records and closely monitor billing if they attempt to cancel.

It turned what should have been a supportive space into something awkward. Pole is vulnerable by nature, and it's on the studio to set boundaries so everyone feels safe and respected. Also, the music was so loud during warm up I could not hear a word the instructor said. It was difficult to follow Along when I could not hear a word she was saying.

Instructions and demos were fantastic and it was very helpful. They even took photos and sent them to us - super high quality effort and care here! Some things to note: I took the free intro class and I appreciate their desire to get aerial yoga to a wider population but it was a bit salesy. There was probably 5 minutes of class scheduled and styles before class started and then ended with maybe 5 minutes of promotions. They weren't pushy but it was a good chunk of time. Here's the biggest takeaway - Aerial yoga is NOT for you if you get nauseous or sea sick easily. I got a bit uncomfortable but was able to push through. My partner had to respectfully leave as the first Savasana in the silk dangling there already made him sick - and left him sick for 2 hours after. It's not the studio's fault - but just a note to everyone. Secondly - you do have to have some mobility already for this. It's tough flipping from your back to your stomach inside the silk - it's tough to pull your own weight up and down to leverage yourself. So if you have little strength or mobility - this should not be your method to go get it. There's plenty of other yoga and Pilates (not on silk and in the air) classes that i haven't tried so this is just a review for the intro class. In short - awesome care and service - super clean and cool but just know it's not for everyone!

My guests were scared when he entered as he was wearing a scary mask and carrying an axe. They did not want to be on the dance floor with him. The performer was also doing some odd things like displaying images of Santa, and then he came out wearing a Panda mask. The performer was also bothering some of my guests who were sitting down, so that was disappointing feedback to hear from my guests. I unfortunately got a lot of feedback from my guests that they didn't like the robot and that they wouldn't book it for their wedding. It was easy to book the robot, and interactions via email were smooth. One good thing was the performer started a limbo game on the dance floor, so that was good engagement with the guests. The classes are organized, well structured, and taught by knowledgeable and kind staff. Our daughter is currently in the Mighty Mites class with Keira, Kylee, and Nikki. Even at this young age, they emphasize proper form and execution, while keeping the class fun and enjoyable. Our daughter has taken private lessons with Kelly and Cassidy. They have both been challenging and preparing her for the transition to the Junior Academy (in a couple months). We are always met by friendly staff at the front desk (most recently it was Mackenzie) and never feel rushed when we ask a question. The floor supervisor, Vivian, regularly checks in to see how things are going whenever we see her. Overall, it's been an extremely positive experience here!
