The door was locked but I could see employees walking around nearby inside. I (and my 3 year old grandson) knocked on the door in an attempt to ask why the door was locked. The employees looked at me but ignored me. I then went with my grandson to the food pick up window and asked why the door was locked. I was told they were short staffed and noone could come in. I asked couldn't my grandson come in to play in the play area and was told no. So, we went back to the car and ate in the car. I ordered a fish filet for me and French fries for my grandson. The fish filet was stale and tasteless. My grandson's french fries were the same. I took 3/4 of my fish filet and 3/4 of the fries home and gave it to my bird colony outside. I was telling my daughter later about it and she said many of the employees there are drug addicts or not reputable people. I can spend the same money at a grocery freezer and get a better product. It's a gamble with odds against you.
