They are almost always a few cents higher, but that never bothers me. When I pulled into the lot I saw a gentlemen at 5 AM sweeping up the lot. That to me means a lot in itself. The pump worked great, but did take a little getting use to since it was a high tech touch screen... never seen one before. It had current weather on it with audio, was pretty cool. I did not need anything inside so I cannot comment on merchandise, or customer service. When I finished up at the pump I needed a receipt and there was no issue with it printing out and I was on my way. Shell has continued the tradition of being a solid fuel stop for me.

Only issue I have is the restroom, they really need to check them at least every 30 minutes maybe…read moreevery hour, they have enough staff. So I was sticky and even worse, I was on the way to our daughter's baby shower and had to go back home to change. I was very upset and told the worker behind the register that they needed to fix it because it's spraying everywhere. I told her I was pissed, because I was. But I wasn't rude to her. I was very surprised that she didn't even have the common courtesy of saying something. No apology, no "thank you for letting me know." Nothing. I felt like it didn't matter that a customer had an issue. It's rude and dismissive and I hope that you can provide more more training for your staff for courteous customer service.
