Difficult to get in and out of if you are traveling north on Higley and its a bit dirty. What I do like is that you can throttle the gas pumps so if you ride a motorcycle its a good place to fill up. read more

By far the worst Circle K in the East Valley. I avoid this gas station even though it's been the closest gas station for 20-plus years. Trash cans are always full, windshield washer fluid is always out, and bathrooms are disgusting if they are even open. Once they went to the automated cashier and the people behind the counter just look at you while doing nothing. The parking lot always has trash and is always dirty. During the school year they do nothing about having 100 kids loitering while waiting for their parents to pick them up( they also just sit under the shade and block pumps while waiting) I have been looking so forward to the new QT opening soon. Once that is complete, I will never have to stop at this location again. I think every employee at Circle K should attend the QT customer service program. Do you know who has clean bathrooms at all times? QT. Do you know who has a clean parking lot at all times and has water in their windshield buckets at all times? QT. Do you know who always greets you and has an actual person check you out? QT. This is an inconvenience store! read more

Personally not a fan of a fully automated store, this location does not let you check out unless you use their "smart checkout" for a while their employees would accommodate my request to check out with a human. This morning the very rude and short tempered employee basically without words relocated my items without words, wouldn't have a conversation and when I attempted to explain my preference as their customer she was completely dismissive. I love my technology but not when it comes to certain aspects and for me this is one. I should be able to choose the other checkout option visible within the space with the on-site employee. This is the only location of circle k that is so rude and dismissive. Not everyone is okay with this type of checkout service. Lost my gas and convenience purchase due to employee and how she handles the simplest situation with such rudeness. If you don't like your job get a new one don't be angry and rude!!! read more

Came to get gas and stopped for a polar pop. My first impression was this circle K looks extremely clean and organized. But unfortunately the customer service doesn't match the environment. A man with longer gray hair was super nice and smiley but unfortunately we got in the wrong line. I didn't get her name but an older Caucasian woman with a short haircut and brown hair is the line my boyfriend stood in. She didn't say hi to him when he was next, and he advised her to add on a polar pop bc I was still walking over to the line. She didn't acknowledge him at all not even when he told her to add my drink so he repeated it again and she said "I heard you" with a nasty attitude. The lady is racist and it shows, please talk to your employee because this kind of attitude is bad for business. read more

The staff are friendly. The soda machine is disgusting! The ice handle that you put your cup up to is filthy with caked on sludge mold looking stuff. I am surprised nobody hasnt gotten sick from using it. It makes me question whether the soda is safe to drink. read more

No hotdogs on the rollers.... FAIL. Circle K has few expectations but gas, coffee, and hotdogs are a must for a five star rating.

This Circle K I'm guessing is one of the 1st in Gilbert judging by how the building looks. Friendly people and good coffee.

This place has the best Diet Dr Pepper polar pop 44 oz sodas. Better than any other Circle K in the country.

A review about a circle k? Sounds kinda weird, I know...but every time I go in this particular Circle K I am impressed with how clean it is. Usually convenience stores are kind of gross, but not this one. The employees are always working (not just standing around) at cleaning the store or helping at the register. They always say hi and are very friendly. So glad this store is the one close to my house! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I don't like how the employees stand out front for a smoke on their break...wish they would take it around the side so I don't get hit by it on the way in. read more
