Gas here was higher than average for the area stations but I had to stop because I was on fumes. To say the pumps are sketchy is putting it mildly at best. They look about a decade out of date and don't have card readers or security tape on them, and when I slid my card it told me to inside to see the cashier. I am now monitoring my card to make sure it didn't get skimmed when I tried to slide it. read more

Most pumps don't accept your credit card so you have to go inside and wait in line to get gas. The car wash NEVER has soap. Usually nice people working there, but management is horrible. Can't wait for the QT on WF and Higley to open! read more

How far the slowest people I have ever had the opportunity to work with. Not just slow but the fact that there's normally two or three people in the back and none of them come out to help on the register when there's like 10 people deep it's painful every time I stop here. Stood at the pump this morning for like three minutes while it said One Moment Please... finally called the assistant. He said they are working on it and I could move to another pump or be patient. It wouldn't let me cancel so I waited another five minutes before moving to a different pump which worked fine. Checked the other one while pumping and still said One Moment Please.... Went inside to buy a drink and told the worker that they should put a sign on the pump with the problem so people aren't wasting time on a busy morning before work. He said "all the pumps are broken" like that's better or an excuse not to have a sign. The pump I moved to was fine so he was totally clueless. This place is run by a couple of less than intelligent or considerate Individuals, at least this morning it was. Late to work and frustrated. read more

Two island pumps were not working no big deal drove into car was and inserted my card to find out the buttons removed on the $7 and $9 wash only the $12 wash was offered. Seriously my car looked worse after driving thru the wash. Large white water spots all over a blue truck. $2 for a 5 minute vacum. I was in a hurry and didn't have time to drive around to look for another car wash. read more

I would give zero stars if possible, I guess since the staff was so friendly they can have one star. This complaint is not about the staff.. My card kept saying please see cashier, and I am disabled. I pressed the help button and they told me to try ZIP Codes other than my own, and that the machine is spastic. I made my way inside and a very friendly cashier stood with me in the heat for an additional so long as I tried all sorts of ZIP Codes. There are seven pending charges on my credit card now, and I was not able to get the card to work. I asked if there was a manager that I can speak to or a higher up, and I was met with a blank stare. I asked if it is a franchise business or what, and she told me that it has been purchased by some strange company, and I did not get a phone number that I can call and make a complaint. She says the machines have been like this forever. read more

Really like this place, and it lives up to its name. It's right on the corner of Higley and Ray, making it quite convenient to the Lyon's Gate neighborhood. I'd venture to say someone in my family is their almost daily. read more

Went here for a car wash. Waited in line. Got to the payment terminal. Inserted my credit card as instructed. The card reader did not work. Pressed the "Help" button repeatedly; but, no answer on the other end. Had to drive through the wash (with no wash). Drove to the front of the store. Walked in. Told the clerk. He looked at me and said, "the card reader is out of order." I looked at him and asked, don't you think you should go put a sign on the car wash entrance so that people don't sit in line for 15 minutes, only to be greeted with a non-functional payment terminal?" He replied, "good idea." I then wanted to pay for the car wash with my card. He said that I "...had to buy something and request cash back!" Are you kidding me??!! How in the hell are these types of people hired for jobs? Did they pass the third grade? Terrible customer service! I will never use their store again!! They are staffed by a bunch of sub-morons!
