When he got there and explained to the guy at the window he was waiting, the guy was like "nah, it just went off" and argued with my husband denying he waited 5 minutes to order. Basically calling my husband a liar. They exchanged choice words and my husband drove off. It is 100% apparent that the guy at the window was ready to get off work and thought ignoring my husband at the speaker would mean less work for him before closing at 11:45pm. Guess he got what he wanted. Hopefully he gets docked the hour of pay he didn't work. Who knows how many customers he's ignored and how many orders Sonic has lost because of lazy employees. I'd check the orders after 10pm and see if there is a pattern. Just saying.

The owner came by to say hello and check on us, which made the experience welcoming.
