We greeted the cashier when we walked in and were completely ignored. Thinking maybe he didn't hear us, we said hello again at checkout and got the same response. No acknowledgment, no thank you, nothing. Meanwhile, he was friendly and chatty with a customer who came in after us. Almost every interaction feels uncomfortable because there is always an attitude, eye-rolling, or rude facial expressions when I ask simple questions or try to get help. As a customer, it honestly feels disrespectful and unnecessary. What upset me the most was seeing how my grandmother, who is in her 60s, was treated. She left crying after feeling yelled at by staff. No customer, especially an older person coming in for healthcare-related needs should leave feeling humiliated or afraid to ask questions. I understand pharmacies can be busy and stressful, but that does not excuse disrespectful behavior toward patients. I genuinely hope management or HR looks into how customers are being treated here because this has been an ongoing issue and the experience has been unacceptable.
