They are open 24/7, which is appreciated, and I have found they are a convenient location for easy to find items and also getting gas on the way to work. Been going to this store for years and never had this problem until today. I went in at 10 am and wanted to pick up some Monster energy drinks for their sale price of 4 for $8. I have been buying them at that price for a couple weeks, so when I saw the signs still up I thought they were still on sale. The rep at the store refused to do anything about the signs or the price. She stated "We cannot honor the signage price because that is not the price of the drinks." When I walked into the store she was sitting on her phone behind the counter with no customers in the store, except me. At no time did she feel the need to correct the problem or honor the pricing that was clearly throughout the entire store. With the amount of bums and fights they have at this store, it is not worth it to have to deal with that and the store reps being rude and clearly violating weights and measures laws. Lost a customer and I will be telling everyone to avoid that store like a plague. read more

When i went to this store i was told to wait because a employee was stocking some product. After about another 5 minutes he finally came to the register and asked what it was that he could help. I asked for two passes for the bus. I pulled out a 20 dollar bill and was told that it was "too big". He asked if i had a debit or credit card, which i don't. After an incredibly long sigh he and said "fine only this time will I let you use cash" I am confused aboutb why american cash is a problem to buy items in american stores. read more

Cashier refused to sell me a lighter on the grounds that everyone has to provide ID when there is no law requiring such. I was Denied as my fiance dident have her ID, and the cashier would not alow me to purchase it in a separate transaction, even though she had sold me smokes in the transaction immediately prior while my girl was getting her own things. Was a joke tonight understand the mask controversy but with 10 people in line the clerk fellt it her need to follow 3 customers to the beer cooler rather than ring up a line to the back of the store and to pull a case off beer out of my hands due to not wearing a mask when entered. I also had headphones in so until she grabbed the case out of my hands I was absolutely clueless to her then she told me and two other patrons to leave stir immediately although she herself was not wearing a mask properly it was only one her mouth so obviously the circle k on thunderbird and 23 ave is more concerned about policeing a mask policy and kicking customers out rather than actually ringing up 1to 10 customers actually in like to buy products. I'm giving this non American business a negative star!! This "convenience store" is not convenient! I don't live in the area and as I pumped over $$$68 bucks into my tank I realize the urge to use the restroom before my 35 minute drive home. I go into the store to ask if I may use their restroom which is not too much to ask after spending a good amount of money on gas by choosing Circle k for my stop before heading home instead of QT or many otber choices. Big mistake because the employee behind the counter rudely said no they dont have a restroom and I'm thinking to myself not even for paying customers! Where does she go when she has use the restroom!?? So fine, I finished pumping my gas . . select yes for my reciept but prompts for me to walk back in and collect it from cashier. I went back to the same girl so that I could get my reciept for gas and I could be on my way to find a restroom in this unknown area and the employee pointed at another cashier. She could not be bothered by me as she stated " she can help you I'm on my way out". If I could've given back the gas I had pumped into my truck in lack of support for this local, unfriendly, not convenient store I would have. NEVER going here again the employees clearly think they own the place. Management needs to step in and teach their staff basic customer service skills and a little humanity. The cashier was tiresome and rude. I'm sorry not everyone is peppy and wants to talk about the Kardashians all the time. I went in after a bad day for cigarettes and a Dr pepper. She asked how I was I said "I'm alright" She rang the Dr pepper and before asking if I needed anything else just told me the price even though I had my ID out. I asked for my cigarettes got a new total and then asked if she could break a twenty. Here's where the attitude kicks in when she responded that she can only break it if I pay with it. Her tone was obnoxious and pretentious I asked why I can't give her an extra $20 and she can give me 2 $10s and here is where she plays me for stupid. "I can only keep $35 in my register at a time". Seriously? At 4:30 pm with a long line of cars out front on the street, plenty of traffic in and out of the lot and you mean to tell me you're only keeping 35 in change? (Which would include the $10 roll of quarters) what a joke. You work in customer service. It's your job to be nice to people and SERVE despite their attitude and to be frank I wasn't even rude to her. I was quiet and to the point. Someone got a little butthurt that I didn't ask about her day. Boo freaking hoo. As your customer I have no obligation to give a shit about you or your day.
