I got my milkshake from the little station inside the store. I went to thank the workers and (with a good attitude) mentioned that I noticed it has been a bit since the ice cream was available. And politely asked what happened. It was a group of three. Two teenage boys and one adult female. One of the boys started saying really strange things. I couldn't understand all the gibberish but I caught things like "because the 6 7" "chevrons in Texas" and I'm not sure what else. I was confused and asked what he was talking about. I assumed he'd stop being weird if he saw I didn't vibe with what he was doing. He doubled down and kept talking about random things. I told him that he was being weird and I left. But like. Why are you trolling one of your customers like this is roblox. It was SOOOO strange and bizarre. And I'm nice to these people! I even gave the boys some of my extra star bursts one night. I saw the kiosk and I also saw the register, so I thought kiosks ordering was optional?!? I don't have an issue with the kiosks I have an issue with the staff/customer service. We were a little annoyed that workers actually looked at us and kept working. First world problems, but still! While there are signs, they are not at eye level. It's not rocket science, I figured it out. The young lady begrudgingly took my order (overcharged me, might I add). I called her on it, but decided to let it slide. The inside is modern and well maintained. The food was fine. Hopefully, this was an off day. It takes two seconds to be kind.

The place was really quiet, and a bit dark-- the outside sign said they opened at 1pm, but they were clearly open at just after 12:00pm. One orders at the counter, and they bring you the food. I ordered the "tender bowl" with the mildest sauce and with salad as the base rather than rice. My dining partner had a chicken wrap and fries. I was a little sad that, when I asked if I could have "half-rice and half salad", the cashier said no... didn't seem like an unreasonable ask, but whatever. Food came out in maybe 10 minutes. The bowl was a lot of food-- I was glad I didn't have a fully rice one, or else I wouldn't have been able to finish it. The food came with a small sauce, but it had dairy, so I asked for an alternative, and they provided one with mayo & hot-sauce that was quite tasty. Quality was good. The tenders tasted fresh, and the batter wasn't overwhelming as is often the case. The arugula was good. The salad base was fine. And again, a lot of food. The chicken wrap my dining partner has was also quite good, and the fries came with a very spicy seasoning that tasted yummy. Establishment was clean-- I used the restroom too and it was fine. Price was quite fair for the quantity and quality of food we got. Overall, a good option for chicken, and a not-overwhelming lunch at a decent price, in the Brier Creek area.
