I came in to get some gas and a drink. I put the pump in my car and as I approached the store the girl is locking up to go use the restroom ( this happens 90% of the time I come here. ) I pumped 12 gallons of gas and the girl never came out of the restroom. Gas is gas but, come on guys you never have paper in the gas pumps for receipts...easiest job in the world and it's a struggle for you.

says "open 24 hours" but is apparently closed from 3am to whenever the guy during that shift wants to open up again? he is on his break for over an hour, is rude and dude came yelling through the door saying he's closed when his break timer says he would be back at 4 am... yet still closed and told me to go away.. read more

Friendly staff here, with plenty of snacks & drinks. No coffee or hot food like a normal Circle K. Great mechanics here to fix all your vehicle repair problems. This is one of those ..."in & out gas stations", which is great for when you're On the Go! read more

If you own this location please sell it to someone who gives a crap. The neighborhood is sick of this pieceof garbage. There is never anyone working inside. Morning, afternoon, night we can't get inside to buy and pay for things. Yesterday the damn pumps wouldn't pump gas and the whole lot of people are yelling and pissed trying to get to work. The credit card reader is always down, and your vape carts are always discolored from being improperly stored. This station needs to be moved to east LA where it belongs. I used to like to go to the circle k here on santamargurita the people the used to work the were great they were so friendly. Now for a few moths now it has changed the people are rude the service is terrible I went there today as soon as I approached door the attendant ran and locked the door twice this has happened. I purchased a gallon of gas on Nov 02, 2024 at 9:00am. To my greatest surprise, not even a drop of gas got into my fuel tank. My Guage is digital which made me detect this anomaly. Obviously the first gallon from every purchase is stolen. I spoke to the manager about it, she insulted me and called the police to complain. I redirected my complaint to the number on the shop but all to no avail. They are stealing from innocent people! The manager is Maria. She lacks manners of approach and very troublesome. I am so mad! My mother in law who is in her 80s, went here today and while waiting in line politely asked another customer in line to put his mask on(it was around his neck). The guy proceeded to yell at her calling her names and telling her to mind her own business. The cashier did absolutely nothing! At the very least tell the customer to knock it off and not yell at her. Thank goodness my mother in law is not a timid old lady, she told the jerk exactly what she thought of him. I really am disappointed in the cashier allowing this behavior. She frequents this store as it is near her home, she hardly gets out due to covid and has to deal w that bs?! Ridiculous read more

I have been using this store to load a prepaid debit card to purchase items online securely. Lately Ive been going at night and when I did the night employee kept telling me the system was down so I couldnt load the card. After day 5 he tells me he wasnt trained to make those transactions. He was trained to lie about it so give him a raise and make him manager. Jag off. read more

This is my go to gas station and to date it's been a fine experience. I have not lived here long so I have never set foot within the store area of this location. However, my many pump visits have resulted in my satisfaction on every occurrence. Gas pumps are available and are in working order. My credit card never has an issue when used. The receipt always prints out for me after I have completed the transaction. In my opinion this is what one would want and expect from this experience. I am not sure how it would be better. Again, I have never been in the store so I have no idea of the cleanliness, bathrooms, selection, helpfulness of the staff, etc. At some point I will that could raise or lower my rating.
