I had two separate orders and paid cash for both. I paid for the first received my change, paid for the second I get the sodas (which always taste weird but by the looks of the machine I see why) I asked Sienna where's my change she says you paid $12.41 which was the total I said No. I gave you $20.50 so I knew I was supposed to get $8.09 back she calls over a manager our food is ready so I guess sienna explains to her that I want my change. The manager is at the window her name is Sophia she ask for my receipt I give it to her she counts the drawer down. I get it but she could've asked them to make our food fresh since it sat there while she counted the drawer so it's getting cold due to an error. So she finished counting the drawer apologized, gave us the food and a complimentary cheesecake jar for the troubles.
