My new stop once a week to put gas. It's in a great location and the oldet lady inside is always welcoming.

So I stopped here to pick up a few energy drinks. When I went to pay I placed the two drinks up on the counter. There is a left terminal and right terminal for payment which is odd because the counter in there is not very big. So I chose the left terminal because that was the only one that was noticeable. This other employee walks up and starts talking to the lady behind the counter. Clearly drawing her attention away from the customer. While having my card inserted, I hear "over here hun," but I assumed she was talking to the employee that interrupted her. So after inserting my pin, the lady says "over here hun!" And I look up and I say oh sorry. So right away I'm like I'm checking my account because I know they probably charged me twice. Sure enough I had one charge for $22 and change, and another for the correct amount for my two drinks. Idk something shady might be happening at this gas station. Be careful, go somewhere else. My bank could only offer me a credit and cancel my card so I'm waiting for my new one now. read more

Their air pump says it costs $1.50 but my credit card was charged $2.00. And it wasn't long enough to inflate my tires so had to pay twice. Even more disturbing is that the car wash damaged my paint on the left side. I thought it was dirt at first but it won't come off: it it looks like the brushes of the car wash scraped it. I love this Circle K! I come here almost everyday but I HATE coming on Monday and Tuesday nights the guy that works those nights is RUDE! And he's always on his phone with someone or paying more attention to his phone than the customers in the store. Scott, Marie, and Brandi are the best!!!! read more

The most rude lady at the register. Didn't believe I had the money to be able to pay for my scratchers, made me cash out serval times. I still had $400 cash to spend on scratcher but left cause I refuse to give that lady any more money. So rude. read more

Asked that the change to be put in a disinfecting wipe, which I was holding in my hand...provided by me, the female clerk put the change in the counter and said "I put it there for you"...RUDE RUDE. Very rude lady working there. I asked if I can break a $100 bill and before I can finish, she said "Nope" "Nope, we don't" as soon as she saw my bill. Then she had the nerve to say I'm still waiting on someone else before you. Why do they hire rude people to interact with others. Never going back. read more

This place is a joke. My mom is a senior citizen and went to use the restroom because she desperately needed to go after a long drive. Unfortunately a disgruntled employee named Rosa crudely smirked at my Mom after she explained she really had to go and told my mom she needed to clean the bathroom (which would take 30 min) and wouldn't let my mom go while we were filling up with gas. I was ripped off for $20.00 because the attendant put the wrong pump and a customer starting pumping the gas before I realized she had made a mistake. Then she started yelling at me when I asked for a refund or to have the money put to the right pump. She said she couldn't do that and that I would have to wait for the customer to pay for the gas (which they didn't). Then she offered no help in resolving the issue and told me to leave without my $20.00. I'm glad I was in a hurry and only put $20.00 out instead of $40.00. Then it seems impossible to get any help from the corporation that franchises this rip off. I intend to pursue all available means to get my $20.00 back, and I hope they realize it is going to cost more than $20.00 of their corporate salaries to satisfy my attention requirements. Their complaint department is a joke, leave a message, I'll see how many messages I can leave before they respond. So far, two today, no response. read more

Bathroom closed to paying customers and credit card reader outside not working. Prices were 10 cents above average in area so I expected quality which was not there. They also don't stock diet Dr. Pepper which is a bummer. read more

Came in to buy cigarettes which I do quite often. Was overcharged for them and clerk argued with me about the price. She called me a lier when I told her they were a different price the day before. She said the price went up awhile ago and that she had worked for circle k a long time. When she counted back my change she was short $4. She counted back $10 when it actually was $14. Why is she employed there??? Very rude customer service! I won't be back and my roommate has also stopped going there. Shame on you for hiring someone like that. read more

At 5:30 in the morning I do not care for the fact of the employee stands in the doorway of this small little convenience store when I stopped to get my gas and blow smoke in my face because he takes his cigarette break right there, all holding the door.
