When I arrived to pick up my order, the drive thru was kind of crowded but I didn't have a long wait. Told them the name on my order and also ordered a cherry sunrise freeze. I am a sucker for all things cherry so I wasn't about to pass up the chance to try this drink. Highly recommend. Pro tip- happier hour is from 2-5 so their drinks are $1. You're welcome! Service was cool and my food was prepared just how I requested it. I messed around and let my pizza get cold but still very much enjoyable and hit the spot indeed! This location is in a very busy , congested area. My only complaint. Welcome back , Mexican pizza!!! They never should have taken you off the menu!

    My first time going to Whataburger, the food and service were amazing.   Upon entering, the place…read morewas clean and super busy.   The gentleman that took my order greeted me as I entered and told me he'd be right with me.  I glanced at the menu, and it looked pretty basic for a hamburger place, but after trying the food... it was amazing.  This isn't the basic fast food chain I grew up going to like McD, Burger King,  or Jack in the Box.     We ordered: 1. Patty melt meal with large onion rings and large chocolate milk shake-  Words can't describe how good this was.  It was meaty and cheesy.  The double patty matched the amount of bread.  It was a perfect ratio, and the Texas toast just tied everything together.  The chocolate milkshake was easily one of the best I've ever had. It was thick, almost like a frosty, but tasted was better.  I was surprised at how big a large milkshake was compared to anywhere else.  The onion rings tasted like the kind you'd get at a diner. 2.  Bacon and cheese whataburger with a double patty large french fries and large sweet tea and lemonade - This was amazing. The veggies were fresh and crisp.   It was almost like the perfect salad.  This was equally cheesy and meaty in each bite.  French fries were addictive and went well with the spicy ketchup.  The sweet lemonade was super sweet but balanced perfectly with the lemonade. 3. Small strawberry shake -  for a small, this was comparable to a large shake you'd get anywhere else.  This tasted like fresh strawberry shake,  not the generic nestle quik or canned strawberries you'd have somewhere else.      Honestly, the whole experience start to finish was amazing.  The gentleman who helped me was super nice and helpful in figuring out what to order.  My drinks came out fast before my food.  I went to my truck to bring the drinks to my husband.   This way, it would be easier when the food comes out.   Right when I was about to walk back in,  someone came out with my order.  He told me no point of you going back in just to get your food.  He told me there were napkins, 2 ketchup, and 2 spicy ketchup.  I was like, "Thank you so much. You didn't have to."   Then he asked me if I wanted anything else or any other sauces.  I told him, "No, thank you and went back to the truck.  Never has anyone done that before with any fast food order I've ever made.  I'm not sure if that's how they normally do thinks but I truly appreciate how they went above and beyond.     On a side note,  I thought that it is really smart how they place the french fries and onion rings in a square container.  I've always hated how the container just spills or fries and stuff always falls in the bag.      I don't know why this place has so many bad reviews.   I highly recommend this place and can only hope that the quality of food and service is the same at any of their other locations.

I do not believe that they were having a good night, but when do they have a good night? The young lady [saying that to show grace I was not given], behind the counter was beyond unreasonably nasty. She was angry there were customers. And made it obvious to each interaction she had. The order was much later than expected.... The shake was made at the time I was made to stand and wait .... And of course was completely melted by the time I received my food. To be fair this was better than the cups she slammed on the counter and told the young man to make his drinks himself. To say I was glad to leave is an understatement. But I do have a concern: what if I was unable to make it to the inside of the store as commanded. Possible because of an injury, age or something else potentially personal. Leading to the reason why a mobile order and a drive through? Would one have to be exposed to this horrible treatment? Just a thought for consideration of our challenged customers. I will have you know that I waited at the speaker for 5 and a half minutes, with cars stacking behind me, before I said "hello" into the speaker. To be then told "I was about to tell you to wait a few minutes. When she came back to get my order and mentioned it was a mobile order I was informed I would have to come into the store. Look it was not just me that this happened too. In fact I said only one thing beyond speaking into the speaker: when I received my food, "may I have a bag that is not ripped" and then "thank you." I also was not the only person who had to ask for a bag. We all would have been better off following the guy who walked in, looked around and then walked out. But we had all paid in advanced. The last thing I would like to point out is when the young lady screamed "pull my drawer" at a person I am guessing was/is a manager. We all showed a great deal of constraint for not applauding her desire to leave. Suffice to say I am good on drama for at least a few days this week.
