OMG !!! It's probably been over 20 years since I had anything from Taco Bell. When I heard that the Mexican pizza was making a comeback , I HAD to get my hands on one! ASAP!! I ordered through their app... which was the only way to get the Mexican pizza before it officially hits the menu. Downloading the app was super easy. Placing my order was easy too. When I arrived to pick up my order, the drive thru was kind of crowded but I didn't have a long wait. Told them the name on my order and also ordered a cherry sunrise freeze. I am a sucker for all things cherry so I wasn't about to pass up the chance to try this drink. Highly recommend. Pro tip- happier hour is from 2-5 so their drinks are $1. You're welcome! Service was cool and my food was prepared just how I requested it. I messed around and let my pizza get cold but still very much enjoyable and hit the spot indeed! I DETEST crunching on lettuce!! Is it MY FAULT for not checking the bag. I was the only one in line. They didn't get my order confused! It was 10:44 a.m. First, I had to figure out how to order. Rude LIARS!!!! Tell me how YOU forget our order (we had multiple) and when we ask for our order you say you aren't selling Baja blast....when we just got one from another order in our group. Oh my, how Taco Bell never tends to disappoint me in my time of late night hunger. The most I get is a Nacho Bell Grande with extra beef and jalapeño peppers added on which always hits the spot on my craving. This location is never busy during the late night hours so that's good with me because I don't have to wait lol. Customer service is always on point with no complaints. FYI. Our family stopped by Taco Bell today around 6:30 pm and last Saturday about the same time. Last weekend we were told they were shut down for 20 minutes. We came back 30 minutes later and again was told it would be another 20 minutes. Today we were told it would again be 20 minutes and no thank you. Before that they are always running out of different food and would say they could substitute but not put it the bag. It's just not worth the time or hassle to deal with this place as the customer service and food has drastically gone down hill. read more

Occasionally we'll have a hankering for Taco Bell, but I really dislike coming to this location. 1) The entrance is super confusing. I have seen many near accidents trying to turn into this shopping center. 2) There is always a wait... morning, noon, late night... Even if you're the only car in line. They will make sure to take their time. 3)You better make sure you check your order before you leave, because it seems like every other time we go, our order is incorrect. 4) The people working the window are short and rude. It's like it's an inconvenience to request some hot sauce. Ughh.. just writing this review will make me reconsider a taco bell run anytime soon. read more

I do not recommend this location. They used to be excellent but have changed management and are no longer good. The lady overcharged me for my combo and i tried to tell her and she kept arguing with me that the supreme combo price was for classic as well which was like $2 more. Came through the drive thru today and the staff was SO polite. I had to wait 2-3 minutes for my food, and they gave me a free taco coupon for the "inconvenience". I didn't even feel like it was a long wait. The bag of food was sealed, and the sauces were in their own separate bag WITH A PEPPERMINT AND HAND WIPE INCLUDED. I went thru the drive thru and paid for my order with cash. Total was 13.07 and I gave the girl 20.07. Simple math says my change should have been 7.00. She gave me two ones and 2.75 in quarters. I had to give it back to her and she actually had to get someone to help her count out the correct change. Why couldn't she give me either a five and two ones or simply count out 7 ones? This is an update to my previous review. Stopped by here this morning on the way to work to grab one of their AM crunchwraps, which I am not ashamed to say I love. The store is supposed to open at 7. I got there around 7:15. They said I would need to wait 10 minutes as their grill wasn't warmed up and ready yet. I decided to wait, but wasn't apologized to or given any sort of acknowledgement. Avoid this location at all cost. It's fast food and I get it, good employees are hard to find, but this was just crazy. After waiting 20+ minutes in a drive through line when there were only 3 cars, we finally got to the window and the cashier told us to "pull forward because they have to keep their drive time down" I stated that there was no one behind us and that there's no reason to pull forward to which he responded "no one cares you can pull forward or ill call the cops on you" I asked him if he was management because I couldn't imagine some one in a leadership position being that foul, and he sated "no I ain't a manager but I can handle my self so what's up" I replied that I'm not moving up so either hand me the food or a refund or call the cops. He then walked away and got the actual manager who then handed me my food 30 seconds later, I asked the cashier his name and he stated "that would he none of your buisness" the food turned out good and the order was accurate but the customer service was absolutely abysmal. I specifically asked for no tomato's. Got tomato's okay I can pick them off. But seriously where's the rest of my food ??? I also asked for sauce to go with the 6 tacos for my kids, got no sauce and the nacho fries were cold! Would have taken it back but would hate to load the kids back up. The workers at this Taco Bell care about nothing but themselves. Turned away our car more than a half hour before they were supposed to close, and there were 5 cars behind us. This location lost a good bit of money because they just decided to close up when they felt like it. I will not be visiting this location anymore due to the attitudes I have received from employees in the past, and this episode being the last straw. Not to mention, when they do take your order it takes a very long time to even get it, and they rarely get it right. I would recommend visiting the location off of Deerfoot Parkway. read more

This Taco Bell is one of the better locations I've ever visited. I work not too far away, so I visit frequently. The interior is very clean and my order has always been right (dine in and drive thru) which is saying a lot because I tend to order one of this and one of that. The food is also very good. A lot of Taco Bell locations will skimp on the sauce or give you a taco shell that tastes like it should have been thrown away a year ago. Not here. However, like Amber G mentioned, it's very difficult to exit, especially if you are trying to turn left. There's only one light for everything in the vicinity and that small area was just not built for the amount of traffic that passes through. I always make sure to go before noon or after 1 to avoid that. read more

I have visited this location several times in the drive-thru. There have been times I got the wrong bag or items, understandable considering they are always so busy. I called and without hesitation they have always made things right! . One this day my girlfriend and I decided to dine-in before our road trip. Glad we did. The cashier Winona B. Made our day, she's a little old black lady that has such a happy spirit and so glad to be there. She was energetic and taking pride in her job while trying to please the customers! . Other than the location in Oneonta, AL, this one is my favorite. They are always efficient, and other than last night when they forgot my cinnamon twists, they've never messed up my order. Stopped here during our travels. Food was good but customer service nearly had me leaving without ordering. The guy at the front was so rude to the couple in front off me that I wanted to leave but not knowing when food would be available again at the next nearest exit made me stay. His name was listed as E### K. It was his tone and demeanor that was off putting. Basically he was informing them that they didn't have to wait I him to do his job when they were ready to order they could (he was wiping down trays). The lady got so nervous that her and her friend just left. When I went up to the counter, he was still just staring at the couple that had recently left and then he turned and just stared at me. Never greeted me or anything so I finally just gave my order. To say the least I informed my husband not to order anything at this location and just got my food and left. Multiple visits to this location by my wife and I have never been overly disappointing. We've encountered various errors in preparation, I.e. , not enough cheese, beef, or beans, or item count wasnt right. But these are rare. Sure, when the drive thru is packed, we have to wait, but inevitable at a good and popular spot like this one. No it's not fine dining, and the ground beef needs the grease drained better, but it's tasty and available for after hours weekend meals. We like it there. 'Nuff said. Cheap and good. read more

Absolutely horrible, the front line cashier looked at me like something was wrong for a solid 5 minutes. I stood in awkward silence for an extra 5 minutes waiting for her to clear up what she had to. A line formed behind me so I finally asked if I could order. She said, "whenever you're ready". Take into consideration that when I walked in she looked at me, that was it. No greeting, no recommendations on what I should order, just a blank stare. While this was happening she was aimlessly straightening things that needed no attention, (moving trays, checking receipt paper, moving things under the counter). She saw the line forming and said not a word. Turns out her register froze, and rather than inform me of her technical mishap, or telling a supervisor, she let me wait. She eventually took my order on drive thru, something she should have done the instant she saw there was an issue with her register. I don't expect much out of the fast food industry, I did my stent and I understand it's a dull job that not many people jump to apply for. However there is a certain level of compassion and initiative that is expected in a customer service position. There was ZERO consideration, no sense of urgency, she was clearly completely disconnected from her position. Someone who acts like this in a customer service position needs to revaluate their life choices. If I could give a 0/5, I would this place needs to clean house. read more

The sign said drive thru open so I proceeded to place my order of 2 12 taco variety packs, 1 pack of soft tacos and one pack of crunchy, the drive thru attendant seemed confused by this order. Upon confirmation that I was in fact ordering 24 tacos someone in the background said "Are you kidding me?" Went through the drive through at this Taco Bell two weeks ago on a Sunday night and had terrible service. We were in line for 45 minutes. They said they were short handed. Thing is, this has happened to us before at this same Taco Bell on a Sunday night. Seems like they could be better prepared when they know they're going to be busier than usual. I sent an email about the poor service to the corporate office and never heard back from them. It will be a very long time before I return to this Taco Bell, if ever. read more

Terrible service. As I was ordering the cashier cut me off a good 4 times, as we get up to the window she was extremely rude, and inpatient by saying "13.05" mind you I had my money ready in hand and she had my two drinks in her hands. I asked for mild and extra hot sauce and she gave 2 or 3 packets and shut the window and walked away, had to honk my horn to get someone's attention to get more hot sauce. The manager comes and I tell her what happened and she overly exaggerates and grabs a huge hand full of hot sauce and rudely says "is this enough for you" and I kindly said "yea, that's plenty thank you." My order was messed up and my child walked back in went to go fix it and they sat there and argued back and forth about whether or not my order was right. Finally, they gave me the right order but my burrito was the size of a taquito. Anyways very very disappointed and I will never go back. read more
