You need to book Circle Oak Ranch for your wedding. NEED TO! My husband and I were married there last weekend and Jennifer and her husband Ron, who own and live at the venue, made the day perfect. Jennifer acts as the coordinator, and Ron makes the place look perfect and amazing. My husband and I had gone to a few venues before deciding to make the trek out to Circle Oak Ranch (it is far from Old Town Temecula) And once we pulled up, Jennifer and Ron made us feel like nothing but family. They walked us around the beautiful grounds, showed us the amazing oak tree that we would be married under, the beautiful cocktail hour area with brand new bathrooms and a fountain, and then they finally took us to the reception area that is under some amazing oak trees! They also recently built a new bar there... anyway, we looked at each other and said, "we have to get married here!" I even cried on our way home because I was so excited about it. Since then, the planning process has been super easy with Jennifer at the helm! She even understood that we had guests who may or may not come, my husband is in the military, and she made accommodations for all of it. I was also missing table numbers from what I brought to the venue and she took care of it. She took care of everything. Also, the vendors that come with the packages are amazing as well! If you choose this venue I highly recommend that you hire the student first school buses to bring your guests to the venue! We did it and it went off without a hitch, the guests all got on the buses at Pechanga and it was perfect. I love Ron and Jennifer and am so thankful that we were married there. The guests raved about the venue too! Oh, and one more thing, they even take you in their truck to the top of their property where there's a spectacular view and your photog can take your photo up there. This venue is inconvenient for guests to get to and extremely far and the middle of no where. There is no internet service. Other than that the venue wasn't bad. Also where you parked had gravel and ruined my heels. Pretty grounds and nice bathrooms. read more

My wife and I got married here and can't say enough good things about the venue and Jennifer. We had Jennifer as our wedding coordinator, and she was amazing. I don't think we ever had to wait more than a few hours to get a response to any of our questions, and she had everything planned out. Jennifer made our lives so much easier and ran everything perfectly. The venue itself was absolutely stunning. From the oak tree you get married under, to the cocktail area, to the market lights over the reception area, our guests were constantly complimenting the venue. What an honor it was to work alongside Ron and Jennifer who always had our best interests in mind. Every single detail was to perfection, and they made it completely stress free! I don't have enough wonderful words to say about this venue and the people who run it. My daughter's wedding was perfect even during this pandemic. Yes we had to reduce our numbers and we had a dinning instead of a reception (no dancing), but these people bent over backwards to give my daughter and her husband a beautiful and memorable day. Special kudos to Kendra who probably put in at least 30,000 steps running back-and-forth from the bridal suite to the groom's room, and for fulfilling every last minute request at the snap of a finger. Both she and Jennifer managed to keep everybody calm even when there was a glitch with live streaming. DJ Stephanie kept things moving along and entertained everyone with the newlywed game, trivia games, a surprise video from many of the guests who couldn't be there. Background music was delightful and the food was delicious. Circle Oak Ranch is the gem of Fallbrook! First of all they have an amazing oak tree that you can get married under that is huge. It provides tons of shade and feels almost like you are in a fairytale! The cocktail area is gorgeous and the did I mention the bathrooms?! I know its a weird thing to mention but this place is in a rural area and I seriously did not expect the bathrooms to be so luxurious! So nice for your guests! The reception is a stunning paved area that has this gorgeous canopy of trees complete with lighting. And... the owner Jennifer is so kind and accommodating to her couples. Circle Oaks​ Ranch is one of my favorite wedding venues! As a wedding photographer​,​ I have worked at a lot​ of venues and never have I met owners as nice, or hardworking as Jennifer and Ron! They are constantly reinvesting into their Ranch, and even though​ it's perfect already - they continue​ to add new improvements​ and renovations​ to it! That is a sign of venue owners who truly care and want the best for their couples. The giant Oak tree at the Ceremony site provides nice shade and great photo opportunities for more than just the ceremony. The cocktail patio, finished with gorgeous pavers, is the perfect place to enjoy the expanse of the grassy fields and surrounding trees before you head up to the reception space - which feels magical under the twinkle​ lights and tree branches. They even provide a S'mores​ station! Ummm, yes please! And let's not forget the absolutely breathtaking hilltop location! Swoon! We recently hosted my daughter's wedding at Circle Oak Ranch in Fallbrook and it could not have been a more magical day! Jennifer & Ron own and operate their venue and it's abundantly clear from your first meeting with them that they care about helping you host the very best day possible as much as they care about their home and property. They have so many classy upgrades to a rustic setting that you enjoy the best of both worlds. The ceremony under the massive oak tree sets the tone for the rest of the celebration and each facet gets better and better. Cocktail hour on the large open patio was ideal! And the reception under the lit trees brought all our guests together for more fun than we imagined. Everyone raved about the ranch over and over! We did not want it to end! We got married November 2019 and Jennifer and the staff at Circle Oak Ranch were absolutely amazing!!! They made wedding planning so simple and stress free. They help you with all of the minor details for the day of that you wouldn't typically think of. They are extremely organized and always there to answer any question you may have. They have two options to choose from for food and you can taste test both places. We went with Anne Taylor and it was amazing!! Jennifer and the staff set up the tasting for you so you don't even have to stress about that. They give you the menu and you choose your items you want to try. They also have a DJ that is included! The day of my wedding I did not have to stress about anything! Everything went absolutely perfect without any bumps! I recently had my wedding here and LOVED it!! Jennifer and Ron own the property and they put a lot of work into every detail, turning it into an amazing venue. They are both incredibly kind and helpful, making sure the wedding went off without a hitch. They even have a golf cart to help drive guests around who have issues walking (great for our older guests and took the stress off from having to worry about transportation for them). I also worked with Jennifer and her assistant, Jessica, as my day-of coordinators and they were very professional and responded quickly to my emails/calls with any questions I had before the big day. As much as I'd love to keep this place a secret, if you're looking for an amazing outdoor wedding venue, this is it. There are separate areas for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception and the place is absolutely beautiful (not just in pictures)! Since its outside, it was amazing to see the place when the sun went down with the market lighting and stars - really created a romantic vibe. Also, there is no cell signal for guests on the property so it allows everyone to just enjoy the event. Highly recommend this venue! read more

The perfect day at the perfect venue. If you are looking for a fantastic, outdoor, relaxed country vibe, this is the place. Far enough away but still close enough to enjoy Temecula. Jennifer and Ron are fantastic, enthusiastic, helpful hosts who make sure every detail is taken care of. From the beginning Jennifer makes you feel like you have known her for years and helps walk you through the process. They are extremely accommodating with your requests and make the entire process go so smoothly. We even had my daughter's dog in the wedding and it was no problem, even welcome! I loved that! Their preferred vendors are amazing. The open house they hold is a must so you can see the layout and sample the menu's available. I was on the east coast for school when my then fiance and now husband and I were planning our wedding. We looked at venues all over Southern California when he (Husband) found this venue randomly through Google and booked a viewing immediately. He fell in love with the property and we booked it the same week (I booked it unseen, as I was still on the east coast and was unable to come back for a viewing). I was slightly nervous about the situation (just because I hadn't seen the property), but my nerves were immediately alleviated as I talked to more and more vendors who RAVED about the owners Ron and Jennifer (including vendors I didn't hire). When I finally got to meet the owners and view the property, I knew that we had made the right decision. Fast forward to 4 months later and our wedding turned out better than we could have ever expected. I didn't have to worry about anything because Jennifer was the BEST day-of-coordinator that we could have ever asked for. She took great care of our families, bridal party, and us and I felt like she was more of a friend than a traditional coordinator. As a budget conscious bride who doesn't exactly love weddings (I didn't read one bride magazine and I stopped pinteresting after one week), I loved that the Rustic Romance package included everything we needed and there were no hidden charges. They hung our chandelier, brought our heat lamps, cut the cake, provided golf carts, and took us up to the picturesque hillside for pictures at no additional cost. Our guests all had a great time (which was our main goal) and they have been raving about the venue ever since. I would definitely recommend to any couple, especially those who 1) Don't want their wedding to be a big hassle and want to enjoy the day along with guests and 2) Want to get married outside and have a big "backyard" party afterwards. Jennifer is one of the most pleasant people to deal with, and is an amazing coordinator. Very organized and very easy to work with. The ceremony in front of the huge oak is unreal. The grounds offer a very nice cocktail deck, with a walkway that winds down to the oak which makes for a beautiful entrance. The reception area is also beautiful, overlooking the property. We got married at Circle Oak Ranch is past September and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The owners, Ron and Jennifer, were the absolute best to work with and somehow made us feel as if our wedding was the only wedding they had going on all season! I never felt like just another bride to them. Jennifer made everything easy for me and was quick to respond to my emails and answer all my questions. You can tell that Ron and Jennifer take pride in their business and making each couple feel like their a priority. Their property is unmatched with the ceremony being under a huge Oak Tree, then an easy transition to cocktail hour in the middle of the property and then up to the reception area which is under more beautiful trees. They also have a location up a hill they take the bride and groom to for photos where you get a beautiful view of the hills. Since this is a private property located between residences, the only people at your wedding are your guests. You don't have to worry about anyone random watching your wedding or being in the way for any reason. This review is way over due and I can only attribute the delay to the fact that I just don't know where to begin. Circle Oak Ranch is the epitome of a well run business, but more than that as a wedding venue, it is apparent that it is also a labor of love. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and you can tell the owners take pride in making the improvements necessary in keeping it that way. From the moment my fiancé and I saw it we knew this was the place we wanted to celebrate our wedding. I could go on and on about the the ranch itself, but it is the owners, Jennifer and Ron that truly make it special. From the moment I met Jennifer I honestly knew that we were in good hands. Not only is she one of the nicest people you'll meet, she was so organized and was quick to respond if I had any questions or concerns. The few times when I went to meet with her she greeted me and my friends like we were family and on the day of the wedding I knew I truly had nothing to worry about. Even when there was a last minute change with one of my vendors I knew everything would be fine. From coordinating with the outside vendors to setting up all the decorations to making sure everyone was where they were supposed to be on the actual day, everything was done with such precision and I can truly say that it could not have been more perfect. When we were in search of a wedding venue, we were not finding any place that gave us "the feels" until we came to tour Circle Oak Ranch. We were blown away from the moment we turned into the property. It is so peaceful, unique, beautiful, and private. Circle Oak Ranch is a beautiful mix of modern and rustic. We LOVED that we were able to bring in our own vendors. This was super important for us because we wanted to make our wedding personalized and special to us. Jennifer and Ron are AMAZING. They really take care of their property, and they are so easy to work with, plus they are SO NICE. They allowed us to come multiple times to the venue to show family, and do walk throughs. We hired Jennifer as our day of coordinator and that was one of the best decisions we made. She is so organized, calm, hard working, and sweet. She knows the property like the back of her hand (since they lives there) and she has seen so many weddings happen there. She was able to work with us and all our venders to come up with the perfect timeline for the day. We have had so many compliments on how beautiful our venue was and how the whole day just flowed so well! They also have 360 views of the valley, that are unreal... the pictures/videos come out amazing (your photographer will thank you).
