Super nice, normal and friendly staff who will do everything possible to ensure you have an ultimate experience. (No snobs on staff.) Today I drove 20 minutes from HP to go to this store specifically. (The Downtown and Northpark location are no where close in giving a great experience! Those employees are aloof, or on busy days - frazzled and can barely deal with 2 customers at the same time.) I was greated by a nice lady as I walked in who answered 2 questions I had. A few minutes later I passed her again and she offered to alert the cologne staff I was headed that way. Awesome VIP service to a unknown customer! (Nafise - you are fabulous!) At the cologne area, Geraldyne took 45 minutes to help me evaluate Tom Ford colognes. It was so fun - and there was a vendor rep who joined us and helped. I had a blast!!! So, they gave me 3 sample tubes of the Tom Fords I likes most. But then they pulled out 14 other samples of high end men's colognes!! They even included the #1 winner of the best cologne in the world too (it won the world wide FIFI cologne competition). Then I got to chat for 30 minutes with Nafise on my way out. Turns out she is on the management team and awesome to know. Personally, I've not had such a great Neimans experience in decades. I'll NEVER go to Northpark or Downtown again. My home is Neiman-Marcus at Willow Bend!

Avoid this Neiman Marcus at all costs!! And definitely do not go and expect them to uphold the high…read more standard that Neiman's typically delivers. They will follow you around glaring, and treat you as if you're seconds away from committing armed robbery. Then, when it is time to check out be prepared to spend 15 minutes wandering around looking for the same employees that were just stalking behind you you're entire shopping experience. I finally got to the point where I just left and I will NEVER come back. Drive to Dallas or Fort Worth because this is truly ridiculous.

I was also surprised to see that there is a wedding dress section into the left. I had no idea that anthropology sold wedding dresses. I looked through them and they were Pretty reasonably priced with a lot of different styles. When I checked out at the register, the employee was very nice. Didn't have to wait in line to check out and it was a very fast process. Was able to grab some sale items for winter. The dressing rooms were also very clean and well maintained. Super convenient place to go shopping since it's a mall there's a lot of weather different stores and restaurants. Parking is easy.

If I had been able to view things as they were rung up, this wouldn't have happened. She then tells me that she can only give me a store credit. I just paid for them, I said. She said there was nothing that she could do. We bought a lot of items. Then she tells me that they are a no-bag store. So we had to manage carrying all of our items out to the car. I know none of these things are her fault. This is how the store has set itself up. This was not good customer service, as basically, I was told tough cookies. I gave the credit to my daughter, as I will not be returning.

Out for dinner - We grabbed our check, settled up, and jumped in the car. We arrived at Famous Footwear at 8:52 PM. They had no customers when I entered the door, asking if I was "too late to shop quickly?". The young man and young lady that were working were clearly setting all things right and tidy to close. They could have (understandably) said "yes ma'am...We're about to close." But, they said "Welcome in. You can shop. We're open." I thanked them and promised to hurry. They reassured me that I was welcome to shop until I found what I needed. I didn't finish until 9:15. The two were quick to answer questions and super polite. I was prepared to grab the first black shoe that would serve my purpose, but found a more ideal white shoe, because of their graciousness. They saved my shoe image for Sunday! I give these two clerks (I wish I had gotten their names!) two thumbs up and FIVE STARS! They were just...WOW!

It's either high end Gucci shoes/boots or Flip flops & I love them equally. The quality of the leather & craftsmanship is like no other. When it comes to the shoes, it's best to go into the store & purchase as you can try them on & make sure they fit, they are European sizes & run a little small. However you can order online, as this location is meh. With the move & everything I haven't had a chance to wear my new Brixton Babies yet. Denise went above and beyond with her exceptional customer service--she was honest, friendly, and genuinely made our visit memorable. Without us even asking, she adjusted shirt prices, which showed how much she truly cared. Small gestures like that make a big difference. We'll definitely be visiting again because of her!
