I didn't actually buy my dress from this shop due to a very limited budget, but I did get to have a wonderful experience trying on dresses. It was a breeze setting up an appointment and when I arrived I had the whole place to myself! I was allowed to walk around and grab any and all dresses I wanted to try on and was guided through the whole process as far as the different dress styles and colors. The gal helping me change into the dresses was a ninja with how fast she clipped me in and was able to change me from one dress to the next. The whole store is also absolutely adorable with rustic, vintage feels. The dresses are also not overpriced at all for the quality and cost less than many other bridal shops. It was the most amazing place and I have the best experience! I had tried two different David's bridal prior to coming here and it felt like I was in a department store looking for jeans, not a wedding dress. The owner and stylist were soooo amazing! I loved the open space, the room my family, friends and I could go in and how I didn't feel rushed. I felt beautiful in the dresses we chose and the stylist pulled one she thought I would love and it ended up being the one! I said yes! I would recommend this place 100 times. I would give this place 10 stars if I could! I had the absolute best bridal dress shopping experience I could ask for. Janet was so warm, genuine, and personable. I was impressed by her within the first 5 minutes of meeting her. She gave me the freedom to grab whatever dresses I liked and was so knowledgeable and helpful to me. She helped me not only find the perfect wedding dress, but allowed a space for me to have a joyful and intimate experience with my Mom and best friend in the process. So disappointed with this bridal shop. My daughter flew in from out of state for a bridal appointment at The Bridal Shoppe of Wylie. I scheduled an appointment and paid for a toast to the bride as an add-on to make her bridal appointment special and memorable. I received both a confirmation text and email for our appointment on the day prior. We arrived early to our appointment and found that the front door was locked. We waited 30 minutes, checked the door multiple times but no one ever showed. We were totally ghosted/stood up. I made every attempt possible to reach a staff member via email, text and voicemail. It's been 4 days and I've yet to receive any correspondence from the bridal shop. If this was an appointment for a final fitting or dress pick up, I can only imagine the stress and/or heartbreak that would come for others. Thankfully that was not our situation but I am still very disappointed I did not get to share this experience with my daughter due to the Bridal Shoppe's lack of punctuality and professionalism. read more

I had the best experience here! I tend to get overwelmed pretty easily when it comes to shopping for clothes and the consultants never once rushed me or made me feel like I HAD to find my dress immediately. I tired on many desses and ended up choosing the 2nd dress I tried on. while my mom , sister, and 11 month old niece were waiting for me to come out with dresses on, they were treated to mimosas and pastries. Went in February looking for a wedding dress, and the 2 girls at the counter barely acknowledged us. We started looking at the dresses and they kept staring at us with rude faces, when I saw a dress I liked I asked if I could try it on and the girl made a face and said they couldn't for today and left, so I asked when I could go and she reluctantly looked on the calendar to tell me. So I told her I was going to keep looking at dresses to see what I liked when I found one I asked her if I could know how much it cost, all she said was an estimate of what all dresses cost, so I asked if I could know how much that specific dress cost. She proceeded to stare at me and say the dress I wanted cost $3,000 and if I couldn't afford to buy it I could go on a plan for payments. It was extremely rude for her to assume that just because I am young I didn't have money to pay. I walked in that shop ready to pay whatever the price for a dress. We immediately left and went to Bridal Concept by Dina Hawidi instead where we got much more amazing service and weren't stared at with ugly faces. read more

Wylie bridal shoppe is the place to go!! I suggest it to all my newly engaged girlfriends. Mandi is the sweetest, and easy to work with also. She provided sweets, and champagne for all of my guest I brought with me. She also lets you do a payment plan on the dress, which I thought was awesome! It was difficult to find for all of my guest because some had arrived before me, and I told them it's the "pink door" (as mandi told me) and no one saw it. I can't explain how perfect my experience at The Bridal Shoppe Wylie was! From the moment me and my group walked in the door we all felt a part of the family. The staff is so sweet, welcoming, and is truly devoted to making your entire experience the best it can be. I had a big group go with me to find my dress, around 11 adults and a couple of kiddos and everyone was welcomed! They provided mimosas and water for everyone in my group and it felt like a celebration! One of the coolest things about the experience is that you and your group are the only ones in the shop while you are looking at and trying on dresses. This made me feel like it was all about me and finding MY dress and that I was not just another bride in the store. I did not feel rushed and the stylist was so focused on finding MY dress in MY style. I ended up picking the first dress I tried. They had an amazing selection of a variety of styles. My amazing experience doesn't stop there. The lady who did my alterations (the shop's person) was so sweet and did a flawless job!!!! She meets you at the shop to do your alterations and she even gave me a sweet surprise on our last alteration meeting. (I won't say what it is so I don't ruin it for future brides). This is the most wonderful bridal shop I have ever visited. The three things that make this place great are as follows: (1) it is approachable, (2) it has wonderful dresses for very fair prices, and (3) the service is impeccable. Most other bridal shop's seemed stuffy and snooty. This one was warm and friendly and extremely well curated. There are just enough samples to give you the feeling of choice while at the same time, it doesn't make you feel so overwhelmed. I would recommend this place over and over again.
