The vehicles are neatly arranged by make, and you need to bring a toolbar. The have wheelbarrows for those who need alot, or heavy items. Also some whole vehicles for sell as well. The computer pretty much points you to where you need to go, and if they have it. The staff is very helpful and friendly, even to noobs who never even changed a tire. Failed to fix noise issue in warrantied vehicle after 5 attempts. Each time mechanics left huge…read moregrease marks on my leather seats (never corrected), white residue all over my rear and front seats, scratched the exterior of my vehicle, and stained the headliner with greasy fingerprints. The office also "test drove" my vehicle each time and burned my own fuel each time for days without consideration of compensation. Multiple times I came back with at least 1/4 or more of a tank gone. All for nothing to be resolved. After using my own time to bring my vehicle in and be without one for 5 separate occasions I'm at a loss as what to do. I contacted the customer advocacy group and asked they reach out to solve this. The service director has yet to reply back to his internal counterpart for multiple business days. Regardless, he has been less than helpful in getting this resolved.

Then Micheal stepped in saying he was going to make it right with me and sold me a 2016 Mazda 6 which I had to give up 3500$ more plus trade in the ford i had just bought. I was so desperate i felt like i had to go along so i had a vehicle for work. But my heart was broken. Within a month the Mazda 6 was leaking gas causing me to get carbon monoxide poisoning from driving a car leaking gas and i was unaware. He assured me it was a good car with no problems. Now the mazda is in the shop im out like 15,000$ im recovering from being poisoned and feel like im in a nightmare. Within nearly 6 mths they sold me 2 bad cars and were driving them both because their personal items were in the cars and the computers. Should they be driving the cars theyre supposed to be selling in the lot for personal use?! They have their own mechanics and shop so they had to be aware of the issues but decided to hurt a single mother anyway for the almighty dollar. I cannot stand that this can happen to people I am going to find resolve for myself in this matter but ive list so much because of it. Buying a car should be a happy time and no one should pay that much money and end up on the side of the road broke down n sick after not even half a year.

They only put brake pads on it and when i was driving the car out of their lot the check engine light on and their shady mechanic deleted it and it came back again and the car keeps stalling. I also discovered that the vehicle needs a new catalytic converter. I kept having the same issue over and over. Brakes wobbling and car stalling putting my life at risk And Raul refused to fix the car he even asked me to pay him in order to fix it and asked me to leave his shop because I was complaining about it and told him that since he doesn't want to take it back, fix it, or give me another car. I will sue him. Raul and Tara, this story would be on the news. I have also reported you to the BBB and other consumer agencies. I will let the whole city know about your shady business practices.
