We had them re-roof our house 11 years ago and have never once had a problem with their work or the materials. We have called them subsequently for issues with an outbuilding and they've come out quickly dealt with the problem and the cost of the repairs was reasonable. One time they came out they didn't even charge us. The staff both on the phone and in person are polite and helpful. There's not much more you can ask for an a company and it work like this, trust is everything as I know nothing about roofing It's an excellent company and I'm glad to give them my business

I didn't realize that chimney repairs weren't covered under the HOA, so when the ARS employees came and noticed an exposed opening at the top of the room, they repaired it with some stucco, which was about 2-3 hrs of work. My HOA then told me I was billed for around $1,000. I was shocked that the small exposed area costed so much, and it was also then that our HOA manager told us it was our responsibility to pay. Had I known this before, I would have tried to repair it with contractors elsewhere. I'm not saying they did a bad job, I just had no idea a roughly 1ftx1ft area of repair was going to be $1,000, and that we had to cover it. It was my ignorance as the HOA manager then pulled up the HOA handbook to say that only roofing , and not chimney repairs, were covered. I felt pretty stupid, but I figured (again my ignorance) that if my HOA elected to assist in scheduling ARS to come take a look, that it would at least be partially paid for. I tried to at least ask my HOA manager to reach out to ARS to get an itemized bill to detail what exactly costed $1,000 for the few hrs of work, and they agreed, but I never heard back from them. Next thing I know, I see the $1,000 cost added to my monthly HOA fees, with a $20 late fee added on top of it. Like I said, at the end of the day it was probably my fault, and I will make sure what the HOA covers next time. I just wish my HOA manager actually followed through on my request before simply adding the bill to my monthly fees. They said they would be talking to ARS the day they agreed too. I assume they probably thought I was being unreasonable. I'm honestly not the kind of person to complain or write these kinds of reviews, but I guess I'll just be more aware next time. It's better to not authorize people to work on your house when it is through the HOA. The fees increase almost every year, but people in HOAs just have to realize the policies and not necessarily believe the HOA is looking out for your best interest financially. Just how things go I suppose.

I was quoted a $790 permit fee by George from APG Electric. He claimed that the fee covered logistics, site schematics, and electric plans. He mentioned that if I want to cut cost, we could explore pulling the permit myself. Wanting to explore that option- I did my homework and learned that in addition to the $178 permit fee I also need some techinical paperwork to submit. I asked George about possibly getting the technical paperwork from them; he declined. He also mentioned that I am probably better off working with a different installer. Before I even had the chance to respond or discuss further, I got a notification from Qmerit telling me my project has been reassigned. I find this extremely unprofessional. I was simply exploring reasonable ways to lower my cost- something that George himself suggested. Instead of working with me, APG Electric backed out without a warning, leaving me to start over. I added a couple of more stars to acknowledge the effort George put into the project (i.e. load calculations), which didn't go unnoticed; I do believe George approached the work with good intent. I could not bring myself to go above 3 stars as the delay on my project (due to reassignment initiated by APG Electric) has caused quite a bit of added stress. TL;DR: APG Electric assessed my EV charger install through Qmerit and quoted a $790 permit fee. When I explored pulling the permit myself to save money (as they suggested), they reassigned my project without notice. Totally unprofessional and dismissive.

I called Todd and told him about the situation and what was needed. He told me not to worry just let him know when we would like to have the bumper repaired. We had a trip coming up for the week of new years and had planned to taking our other car on that trip. I Asked him if he could have it fixed that week and he said that wouldn't be a problem at all. To make things even more convenient I was having the vehicle serviced at the dealership and Todd had it picked up from the dealership. That was so appreciated. I had told Todd that we needed the vehicle back by the following Friday or Monday. I had expected to be picking up the vehicle Monday since it was a holiday week and also usually when you give a shop the option of keeping it longer then that is usually when you get it back. Fast forward to the following Friday and we were on our way back into town. I reached out to check on the vehicle and was very pleased to hear it was being detailed and would be done later that day right about the same time we were rolling back into town. We went straight there to pick it up when we got back into town. When we walked in to the showroom Anthony greeted us as we walked in and had the paperwork ready for us. We were very pleased with the final Bill. We didn't want to run this through our insurance and we speechless with the price we were charged. We expected it would have been much more. The vehicle was pulled up and ready for us. When we went out to the vehicle again I was very impressed with the quality of the repair. I have worked in the automotive industry for 20+ years and this was the first time I have ever had to have any paint work done. I had been dreading the day I ever needed paint because I have a very critical eye. The car was very clean and I couldn't tell that the bumper had been painted. It looked great! Thank you very much to the crew at Dibbles Fixed Auto. They took a stressful situation and turned into a very easy process.

As soon as I walked in, the experience went downhill. The employee who was at the counter seemed uninterested, didn't even greet and barely said much. He asked that I fill out an extensive form and provide insurance information, etc, When I asked if it was possible to just get a general quote without that information, he went into an office, and a younger gal came out and immediately started raising her voice at me. She told me they couldn't provide any estimate without extensive personal information, including my insurance details, but the way she communicated this was shockingly unprofessional. She spoke to me harshly and loud, in front of another customer, who looked just as surprised as I was. I was so taken aback that I simply walked out. I honestly had to laugh it off because I couldn't believe how poorly I had been treated. Based on this customer service experience alone, I would not recommend this place. I found another local shop where the customer service was exceptional.
