Honey ginger Salmon Bites
Barry S.

I ordered the salmon bites to go and they were really good! They came with fries and honey ginger sauce. The service was great and the inside was nice. I ordered mid day before the crowd. I definitely recommend them

I did not like the way I was checked by security at the entry. Also, in my opinion it's honestly not worth a $20 entry fee. The venue was honestly dead, although my team stay lit no matter what ( and dats fact)! The music is straight throwback, which has pros and cons. The food was disgusting (get chicken fingers if you decide to get anything, playing it safe isn't even safe). The best thing about this place was honestly the venue spacing and straight shots & beer. Also, I really enjoyed the Photo Booth 360

Boneless Wing, Philly Cheesesteak Eggrolls

Ordered takeout from Cities. I've heard mixed reviews about their food, but I decided to give it a shot. My order was very good. I had boneless wings, fries and cheesesteak egg rolls. The boneless wings were white meat and cooked through. Well seasoned. Fries were ok I was expecting more. The egg rolls were very good. The salmon bites are popular but I didn't try those. I would go back to Cities next time I'm in the mood for bar/club food.

I visited the establishment on 4/13/21 which was a Tuesday. Arrived around 845 pm. Restaurant wasn't busy probably had about 8 tables sitted in the entire establishment. I ordered my cocktail to start. It took them 35 minutes to make and bring to me. Very disappointed in their service Quality as food took about 45 minutes. Again this was a Tuesday and a very slow night. I did reach out privately to ask why the service was slow and lackluster. The manager did reach back and apologized and stated they were understaffed. So if they are still understaffed understand the service may not be up to par. I ordered fries and chicken wings for my meal. Now the food did taste great and my server was good and apologetic. I know it was not her fault. Now to the manager's credit, they did let me have a drink on.the house to make it right. This was my 1st visit so my 1st impression... I see potential but until they get staff up and training , they will leave a lot to be desired. My advice to everyone is go.during weekdays to see how you like it prior to weekend because I fear the weekend you will be waiting all day for food and drinks. The food quality is there just a matter of service and ticket times.

Place is huge and beautiful! Didn't get food or anything cause I heard a lady complaining about her wings. But the drinks weren't the best I got a Jack and coke and just got some Jack with this little bottle filled with coke flavoring I guess. I'll give it another but wasn't to happy with a nasty drink. Place is lit and the DJ can really read the room! More on the grown and sexy side too. Enjoy hope to see you there !

Had a great time! Went in a Thursday night and wasn't too crowded which is good for social distancing. Great margaritas and food.

Lemon pepper 6 Wings and fries

New spot for brunch especially on Sunday's! Such a vibe! I highly recommend! The atmosphere is good and the drinks and hookah is fair.

And not only that, but the flavors were so delicious and creamy. I've tasted my fair share of DF ice cream; this is the best I've maybe ever had. My friend could not tell a difference in her scoops either. Staff was super nice & were more than happy to entertain multiple samples. Prices were great for being allergy friendly. The shop is a little small so summer nights might have long lines, but we went on a rainy day in March. Can't wait to try the whole menu!

The ambiance was clean and orderly. Upon entering, you grab a serving tray lined with parchment and some tongs. The items are in a glass enclosed display that you have to open and place your selections on your tray for purchase. I settled on the pistachio cream filled pecan pastry, the almond twist, and strawberry shortcake. The beverage menu was extensive: matcha, flavored teas, cocoa, espresso/coffee, and more. We were greeted by pleasant staff at checkout and our orders placed in a parchment type bag for take out. They also have seating inside. The pastries were just sweet enough without being overly sweet, which I like. The pistachio cream was a perfect compliment to the pecan encrusted pastry. The almond twist was both flaky and crunchy with the sliced almonds on top, and the strawberry shortcake had layers of real strawberries, whipped topping and yellow cake that was moist. All were fresh. All in all, a great place to stop by for a morning pastry treat and tea/coffee while in the area,

Calming spot to grab a treat, get some work done/journal, or catch up with friends in an aesthetic and modern cafe. Ordered the paradise tea with mango and avocado. I loved the textures and layers of flavors. The drink was filling and lasted me a while, not watery but refreshing. The mango tasted fresh and avocado creamy. I haven't tried the pastries at this location, but have at their other Richmond cafe. Great cakes and buns made fresh in-house. Easy to find parking at the lot outside. Service is pretty quick.

There is good signage. It's now a take out only establishment since Covid. Two table are available for outdoor seating. Most customers took their orders and walked away. I visited them on a Sunday afternoon just after St. John's let out. It's just one block away and the church Patrick Henry gave a speech. There were a lot of church goers enjoying the business. Proper has a menu in the window to guide customers on choices of savory, or sweet. I wanted one of each. The man at the window was great in providing recommendations. I ordered the steak and cheese as well as the Banoffee. The preparation is already done and the man with assistant moved quickly to complete my order. I enjoyed my treats at their outdoor table and also enjoyed conversation with locals. I started with the steak & cheese which was loaded with meat and cheese. DELICIOUS! Then onto the Banoffee which smelled heavenly of cocoa. Another home run! I love bananas and if you do too this will be enjoyable. So glad I found them open on my visit. There hours are very good, but I have missed them in the Summer before on vacation. Just go, no brainer.
