They make their doors (at least they made the one I ordered) individually, in the DFW area, to your specifications. Cons: (1) it was NOT cheap, but I believe in paying for quality, and I'm happy with what I got; (2) the estimate included a screen door, which they didn't put on, and it took a couple of phone calls to get them to come out and do it; (3) this is another one of those companies where you have to chase down people to get a response. I would happily use these guys again, and in fact I am just now trying to get in touch with them to put in a custom window. I love it when you find people you can trust to do good work. He provided meaningful information and was candid with his recommendation as to what motor I needed. I elected to get the door with insulation. He gave me an estimate for the parts and labor, and I had the work done a few days ago. I contacted Aldo with additional questions, and he quickly responded. The technician installed doors with insulation, and a chain motor. To my surprise, the chain motor is very quiet for a chain drive, especially in contrast to the old door and motor. The work was professionally done, and we are very satisfied with the new door and motor. Both Aldo and the technician were very professional and responsive to questions. The first stop was the Better Business Bureau website database. After entering my keywords AND that I was only looking for a company that was a BBB member; the single result was Joe's Window Cleaning. I checked out their website and noted a number of very positive customer comments. I immediately called to schedule an appointment for an estimate. They were on another job and we scheduled it for 5:00. He arrived on time and I immediately sensed his commitment to his work. It turned out that he did a neighbors house across the street a couple of weeks before. My wife was stunned at how clean their front windows were. Joe and I walked around the house, and I showed him the windows and glass doors needing cleaning, and what I wanted power washed. He went to his truck to formalize a proposal, and returned in 10-minutes. My opinion is that the costs quoted were more than fair; especially since it was below the amount I budgeted for the job. We scheduled the work for the following Friday. The day after our first meeting, he texted me to let me know he was available that day due to a schedule revision. I accepted and they arrived at 8:00 a.m. as promised. By the way, they wear booties for the inside work. I left the garage back door open so that they could get water and soft drinks out of our fridge. Later, I remembered that I'd forgotten, the five garage door windows, I mentioned this to him. Done at no extra charge! He power washed the front walk, the driveway, and a stone walkway from the driveway through the backyard to our deck. He also power washed the deck. Colin was the tech that called and came out. You'd be hard pressed to find a nicer, more polite young man. I retired from law enforcement, so I may have a jaded lens through which I view the world. But young men like Colin will go a long way in restoring my faith in humanity. He found a clog about where I told him it would be. But frankly, it was simply a joy to meet someone this pleasant. These folks are nice and the prices are pretty reasonable. I was certainly expecting worse. And he didn't try to upsell a lot of nonsense like a guy from a company named after a founding father of our country once did. If you've got toilets not flushing, these folks will brighten your day. When I called, you can't leave a message because they're voice mailbox is always full. If you try to contact them online, there's an error that won't let you do that either. I got ahold of someone on 1/12/26 and they said it was scheduled for 1/16/25 between 8-9am. I called back and asked if we could get it installed sooner because no one could be there that day. They said they would find out and call me back. I never heard back from them so I figured they would come out on the regular scheduled day. Around noon on 1/16/25 I called and asked when they were coming because I took the day off in order to be there. The installer texted me and said it was rescheduled for 1/19/26 because he was told 1/16/26 was cancelled by the customer. I told him I never cancelled anything. Someone was supposed to contact me but never did! The installer said he would see what he could do and he would call me back. He never did!! I never heard a word from anyone all weekend. I called them at 10am on 1/19/26 to find out when it was going to be installed. They said between 11am and noon. I won't hold my breath. I have dealt with lots of contractors and vendors over the years because we have several rentals, but this lack of customer service is pretty bad. This will be the last time we use them or refer anyone to them.
