CTI was called by AAA for a tow. I waited over 3 hours for the truck to arrive. I understood the weather was an issue. Once the guy got here, he would not tow my car. He made some excuse that he needed different equipment or would damage my driveway. After calling yet another company and waiting another 2.5 hours, I got a tow using the same equipment CTI had. Website and all advertisements for this tow company clearly say they offer service 24 hours a day, yet when I called at 3:30pm on a Thursday afternoon I was told they couldn't give me a tow until the next day. Hell, it even says "24/7" for their hours on this here Yelp page!!!!! Lame. Seems a bit like false advertisement. If this bs is a reflection of the company as a whole, I'd look elsewhere. My motorcycle broke down and I needed a tow. Citizen's Towing showed up promptly and towed my motorcycle home. The driver accidentally ratchet strapped through the wiring harness and damaged the turn signal wires. Doug, the owner, was more than willing to cover the repair cost and provide towing to the shop of my choice for the repair. During the second tow the new driver damaged my handgrips when improperly fastening my motorcycle to the tow vehicle. Again, Doug was more than willing to cover the repair. During the ride back I noticed my handlebars were uneven. With further inspection I saw that not only had the tow driver damaged the grips, he had also bent the handlebars when ratcheting them down for the tow. I told Doug about this as soon as I arrived home from picking up the motorcycle. He responded that he was not going to fix everything that went wrong with my bike from this point forward, as if I were making up repairs for Citizen's Towing to cover. I told him that this was directly related to the damage caused by his driver. Doug then hung up on me. While I can understand his frustration at the growing bill his driver's caused it was completely unprofessional of him to simply dismiss me by hanging up in the middle of a conversation and refuse to fix the damage his company caused to my motorcycle read more

It's not often that a tow service is so remarkable it inspires a yelp review. During the maiden voyage of my '85 Toyota Dolphin RV, one of the back tires blew and exploded through the wheel well (YIKES, right!?!). Fernando came to save the day with his humor, easy going personality, and mad skills. He got my RV up on the bed of his tow truck like it was nothing! He just kept positioning wood blocks under the tires bit by bit to help get her up without a scratch-- and let me tell you, it is logistically HARD because of the length and low height off the ground to do that without scraping the underside. I was half way through replacing my flat tire when I realized it was rusted on solid. Nothing I tried worked to get it lose. I called Citizens at 9:30 at night and they got there promptly. Jason tried a couple of things and was able to get it lose pretty quickly. He finished changing the tire for me and gave me some good tips--including where to buy a better jack since mine was pretty much a toy. (And really Toyota? These guys are a joke. I had a trailer stolen and the police had them come pick it up. I was notified and call them. I was told it would cost $150 gate fee to get it and them around $450 for the tow and storage fees. I was in Texas and could not come for about a week and they were going to add a stupid amount of storage fees. I said it is more then the trailer is worth so they told me they can always just sell it if I do not want to come pick it up. I agreed. Months later I get a collection letter with a $2,396 bill. That is like 4 times the value of the trailer and I need even knew I owed anything because they sold and kept the money. Someone stooled my trailer, I cannot get it, they sell it and keep money and then want to charge me $2,396 for a $00 trailer I never authorize anyone to pick up. Nice business model read more

I have AAA, and this company is who they have been sending out whenever I have made a call ( and trust me it's been over 8 times in the last year alone! Idk whats going on anymore LOL ). Much speeder than most so they can be there to rape you while your fresh! Their flat rate to tow my vehicle from the intersection of State Hgwys 102 & 113 just south of Knights Landing, $307. Before the week was over they had already sent lien paperwork which means for that to have reached my post office mail box in Robbins, CA on the day it did. I felt my tire go flat while driving on the freeway at 10PM. Not only did I not know how to change a tire, but I was in a dangerous spot on the freeway. I Yelped towing companies and basically just called whoever would answer since it was kind of late. The Citizens Towing operator answered right away and was kind and helpful. She dispatched a tow for me and Fernando called me right away to get my exact location. He was prompt, friendly and moved my car for me so he could change the tire, as opposed to tow, which made it much more convenient for me (and cheaper). He was super fast at changing the tire and I felt bad that I didn't have any small bills for a tip...so I thought I'd shout out to Fernando and say thanks!
