I would also like to recognize Dr. Gupta, who is always amazing, caring, and knowledgeable. They had a new management company take them over a couple/few years ago and they have ran it into the ground. I have been going there for over 30years and the facilitie's' were always packed. Now, they are empty. They are worried about making money and patients can suffer. You are just a number! I have an HMO and ONLY have an office visit co-pay. I have been getting botox injections every 3 months for migraines, and starting 2 years ago they figured out the patients weren't paying their Co-pays and took OVER two (2) years to 'rewrite the process.' Mind you this is the clinics fault as I have been billed for years a co-pay for biopsy's, and have to send a message every time to get it corrected. If the patients aren't being billed, of course they don't know to pay. It is a billing department procedure and issue, but you as the patient can't get the care you deserve because they can't get their issues figured out. So, I became the squeeky wheel. I was told multiple times I would receive calls back within 48hrs and did not receive calls back after multiole calls. No one calls back in the business office even though they repeatedly say they will. I couldn't get my injections for 6 months because there was 'no process.' Now the process is the nursing staff has to send a referral to the business office and they have to review it and collect any co-pays owed before anything can be done or medication by the nursing staff ordered (HMO remember, no co-pay). When advised of having an HMO, they didn't care. I was told it still have to be reviewed and I should push my appointment out. When told of my Doctors last day is next week, they didn't care. Said it still needed to be reviewed and would give no time of how long this would take. **** DON'T GO HERE**THEY DON'T CARE****

While the doctors are excellent, you cannot get in to see them because you have to go through their call center that puts you on hold and then reroutes you to another department and puts you on hold only to be told you can't get an appointment for three months with your primary. You can no longer book through your primary and if you need a specialist uou have to go through your primary even if you have a PPO, which means you could literally be waiting for care for months. I know people who have said that their parents passed away because they couldn't get care in time. This place is a shitshow. I hope they get hit with multiple lawsuits. I'm given my prescription in a white paper bag as usual and head home. Upon arriving at home I see my medication is taped up in an additional white paper bag inside of the packaging. I've never received it this way before in the 8 years I've been taking it.. and you know why ? BECAUSE HE HANDED ME A DIFFERENT BIRTH CONTROL! I understand that maybe this is what my insurance is now covering, whatever. They are similar but this brand has a higher anxiety side effect (I have an anxiety condition!) higher rates or headaches and migraines which I already struggle with wearing contacts and long hours on screens for work, it also has a higher risk of weight gain. This last time, everything was sent again, yet I still received no response. I've called numerous times, left multiple voicemail messages, and no one returns my calls.
