UPDATE: got nails done on Friday, chipped one on Saturday, two on Sunday and one on Monday. Absolute crap job. She put them on super thin. Today they left my and my daughters hands in a bowl of acetone!!!! After sitting in it for 20-25 minutes with nobody checking on us we wiped the melted goop off our fingernails and sat the bowls aside. Our hands were SO DRY from this. Finally, when I was halfway through with my pedicure, a girl showed up to do my nails. She actually did a good job on my nails, but at the end didn't put any lotion on my hands and arms... And remember... my hands were very dry from sitting in toxic acetone. She definitely had time to put lotion on my hands and arms since she didn't have to remove my previous nails since I did that while my hands were sitting in that bowl of acetone. [[HIGHLIGHT]]My pet peeve is being sat in a chair just so I won't leave instead of just being honest and telling me that they're running behind and it will be a while before I get service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Hana that did my pedicure was very good. I'm giving three stars because: 1. Having to take off my own nails 2. The whole practice of sitting people's hands in a bowl of acetone instead of individually, wrapping them to takeoff nails and minimizing the time and amount of my skin comes in contact with acetone. 3. I always get acrylics and they are very quick to honor my request. They do very good work. It's very high-quality. I've been there several times now and they've always been very positive very welcoming. They always make sure I have something to drink and even offer me a second drink. If I need it they don't try to pass me with water. They offer me alcohol but I don't drink so they always get me the Diet Coke that I ask for, and remember me which is a big thing because I get really busy especially on the weekend so a good tip is to go during the week but they get pretty busy in the afternoon so it's best to go during the morning if you can then you can have them all to yourself. read more

I requested someone that could give a deep massage during my pedicure. It is hard to find nail salons that take you seriously with this request. They assigned Hana to give me a pedicure and she was phenomenal. Her attention to detail was impeccable. She would check in with me to see if everything was okay during the pedicure. The rest of the decor is blinged out and you can't help but feel the upscale vibes this place gives out. But don't worry! The prices are on par with other nail salons, at least for the dipping manicure which is what I get. They also offer waxing and eyelash extensions. The gentleman at the front is really nice and welcoming. He goes around to check on you and is just a super cool guy. My nail tech today was Julia and she was friendly and efficient. I had been searching for a local nail place for a while now. I finally decided to take the plunge and try Citrus Nail Bar. They were flexible and allowed me to come in before work on a Friday without an appointment at 9:30am. I get there and I fill out a paper of what I want. I love this because then there is no guessing with the prices when you finish. Then I picked my color and sat down at the massage chair. I had two ladies work on my nails- one for my pedicure and one for my dip manicure. I felt like a queen haha. They were so sweet and worked very hard. They checked up on me to make sure I was alright and offered me a drink. I was out of there in about an hour! That was awesome for me since I had to head to work. Overall, I was impressed with their work. The lady who did my dip was AMAZING. I was a little worried since I was at an awkward angle sitting in the massage chair, but she some how shaped them perfectly and spread the dip very precisely. Cons: It was a little pricey, but I feel like every place is these days. I paid $83 total with tip. I got dip + manicure and a basic pedicure. They also have fancy manicures and pedicures with fruit and what not. I'd like to try that one day when I'm feeling like splurging even more. I highly recommend them if you're willing to spend the money. I will definitely be returning here... just maybe once a month! read more

I was treating my daughter-in-law to a mani/pedi and this Nail Salon had been recommended, the bill was $211.00. Jennifer did my nails and Lynn did my pedicure, during the entire time I was there they kept up a lively conversation entirety in Vietnamese, even when addressing me they only made motions or tapped my hand or foot. I thought this was very rude. The two male technicians working on my daughter-in-law spoke to her, and in English. I had asked Lynn to trim my nails, but they remain beyond the length of my toes. As she was ready to apply polish I again asked her to please trim the nails, one broke while trimming it. About a third of the side of the nail broke, she then applied the polish without saying or doing anything about the obviously broken and damaged nail. The technician doing my daughter-in-law's pedicure said something to Lynn in Vietnamese, I don't know what. I was very angry when I left the Citrus Nail Salon. I will find another salon to repair the broken nail. Needless to say, we won't be back! read more
