Nice location I had a large catering order. Each persons meal was individually labeled and accurate. The food is consistently good and everyone enjoyed the lunch

Not the best BBQ, but somewhat acceptable for a chain. I've been carrying around a gift card in my bag for about 4 years after receiving it as a gift. No City in AZ, so waiting to use it elsewhere. Remembered I had it and made a stop. My BIG mistake was looking at the board and seeing the nacho option: bad move. This is not the place for it. Chips - Ice cold from a bag Pork - Ice cold Cheese - Didn't see much of it, not sure if there was actual cheese on it or just some squirt of cheese sauce? Overall the nachos should be a hard pass and taken off the menu. Will come back again at some point when in town to finish off the remaining balance on the gift card. Next time will go the sandwich route.

    At drive-thru grabbing a Lolo's barbecue sandwich

I went through the drive-thru. The person that waited on me was nice. They got my order out very quickly! I just ordered a sandwich, the Lolo. No sides. No drink. They supplied the sandwich, knife, fork, three barbecue sauces, and a napkin. When I got the sandwich in my vehicle I stopped and opened it up and added barbecue and found that the sandwich was barely lukewarm. The meat had good flavor and the barbecue sauce was good I just would have liked the meat to be hot. This was my second time stopping here and probably will not give it another shot I wasn't too crazy about it last time either.

This is a pretty decent fast food bbq joint. Their pulled pork was pretty dry but the brisket was good! The mac and cheese was a little bland but some salt helped. Coleslaw was good. All of the employees were super nice regardless of how busy it is in there.

Drive thru BBQ....out the window quicker than a Wendy's...what could go wrong?-the brisket. Just poor dry quality for upwards of an expensive price. The ribs were just a hair shy of mediocre. Pulled away with 42.00 dollars of disappointment. Only positive was speed and just a hint of smoke.

$8.99 for this "sandwich". This is disgraceful to charge someone $9.00 for this.

The staff was nice. But to get home and open the bag and see I was charged $8.99 for this "sandwich" is disgraceful. The employees should be embarrassed with themselves. The "Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich" was inedible.

I love City BBQ but the ribs are always kind of tough every time I get them at this location. Blue Ash is always good.

Shawna was a big help and the ribs and brisket are as good as ever. Don't forget to add barbecue sauce to the mac and cheese!

However, a handful of months ago, I got the chance to try it again, and I'm pretty impressed! I came here to see the new Halloween movie with my mom last October/early November. She comes here a lot to get a drink and eat something before seeing movies with her husband, so she was happy to have me try some things here that she likes before our movie started. We sat at the bar because we were just looking to eat quickly and have a drink. I ordered the hot spinach artichoke dip and a Moscow mule. She ordered a spinach flatbread and a Moscow mule as well. I feel like I do really need to stress how wonderful their mule is, it is amazing. It just tastes so great and has a great alcohol to rest-of-drink ratio. I've had mules at other, supposedly better restaurants, and those are all nothing compared to Chatter's Moscow mule. The bar tender was very friendly and he explained to us how they make the mule and how it stands out from other places, and I believe he said it was the difference between fresh lime juice and house-made sugar syrup in theirs compared to other places that just use bottled stuff or some other sort of sugar, I'm not sure, but the mule is great! I enjoyed the food as well. The spinach artichoke dip was very tasty, and I tried my mom's flatbread as well and it was also good. They let me take a second mule to go into the movie, and I just had a great, buzzy time watching some good ol' Michael Myers. Try the Moscow mule, you won't regret it.

This place has tons of parking which is free. The pricing for mini golf was really good better than anywhere else - unlimited and two different 18-hole courses (I will say the courses itself could use an upgrade - new paint or adding some objects to the course to make the established holes a bit more challenging. We paid 9 dollars per person. The driving range was also pretty cheap for buckets of balls - it would be a fun afternoon to bring the dads for driving range, the kids for mini golf and the moms can eat food and hang or enjoy the range as well. The food looked good, but we did not partake - the drinks were decently well priced - a can of beer 3.50 - a sway was 6 bucks. They have free concerts every now and then at their art installation, which is pretty cool, I also think it's cool how they do 5 buck Mondays. The staff was nice enough, my only complaint is the grass was a little overgrown, so we got ate up with chiggers and skeeters.

Unfortunately, our most recent visit was a pretty big disappointment. We went to celebrate a birthday, and normally Jags has always made those occasions feel special. This time, there was zero recognition, which was really surprising and took away from what should have been a memorable celebration. Unfortunately, the service that day was also very poor. We're usually quick to recommend Jags because of how consistently great our experiences have been, so it was especially disappointing to leave feeling this way. Hopefully this was just an off night because we really do love Jags and would hate for one bad experience to change our opinion of a place we've driven two hours to visit so many times. We'll definitely think twice before making that drive again, though.
