We ordered potatoes today. Both were fresh and hot and loaded with yummy toppings. There was a special egg salad sandwich, which I had never had before. Loved the egg salad and the toasted bread. Delish! MacArthur store was pretty vacant at 11:00am. Place was clean, and greeted by the manager. Will see ya next time!! read more

Pretty cool local place to visit for out of towners. The menu is cold and hior sandwiches with many stuffed potato choices. The homemade tuna saad sandwich was mouth watering and had a a perfect combo on the sin dried tomato bread. read more

They have a pretty good menu. I think it would be option if they had a gluten free bread option-(I asked if the honey potato was gluten free and the girl said "uh I don't know").The kid menu was good as my kids finished all of their meals(pizza bread bites and turkey melt). read more

I lovef their giant baked potato! They no longer serve it, so I no longer eat there! Atmosphere is good , but the food is not good!

Staff are friendly and kind and the location is great because its down the street from the job. I love potato spuds packed with sour cream, chives, bacon, cheese, butter and salt & pepper! You know, the works. Everything is cool with this location except the fact that they leave the potatoes in the burner the entire day. So you get a burnt potato that taste ok but you can't eat the skin and I love the skin, it's the healthiest part of the spud. Unfortunately, I've even asked to please not serve me a burnt potato and they still do it every time. Wish the cooks in the back would keep there eyes on the burner, rotate the spuds, pull them out when they are done and rotate all spuds. This is the only location that has this issue. Other than that they are awesome! read more

You probably don't need a backstory, but whatever, you're getting one anyway. We were driving home from a Tulsa road-trip. As we were nearing home, we suddenly had a crying baby to deal with, and the realization that there was no prepared food waiting for us at home. So I had the bright idea of calling ahead and ordering in advance so that I could run in, pay for the sandwich, and run out just as fast so that we could get the crying baby to... Not do the crying baby thing... So we ordered a 12-inch California Club on Everything Wheat. And a few minutes later when the food should have been ready, or near ready, we happened to pull into the parking lot, and I ran in and paid for the sandwich. And then I waited. And waited. And waited. I've never had to wait around that long for a single sandwich from City Bites (CB). I would know because I've eaten a lot of CB sandwiches over the years. The dude (taller, glasses) making the sandwiches took his sweet time doing... Something. He was making sandwiches (I think), but I don't know for whom, since I was the only one in the restaurant. In fact, someone else walked in after me, ordered​ a salad (and after waiting a long time for his salad), asked about his salad, got said salad and walked​ out the door before another employee even noticed that I was still waiting on my sandwich. I'm always left unsure of how long I'm supposed to wait before I start acting like one those pissy customers giving attitude to food-service staff. Maybe my staring did the trick, because some other girl stepped in to finish making my sandwich since the taller, glasses, slow as molasses guy wasn't going to do it. So I ended up having to wait way longer than I've ever had to wait for one stupid sandwich from CB. Then I ran out, but by this point, the baby was less crying, and more screaming himself hoarse. We live just a few minutes away, but that delay resulted in an additional 30 minute process of getting super-angry baby calmed down after we got home. So thanks, CB (especially you, the useless guy at the front) for messing up something that was supposed to simplify my life, rather than complicate it. "But, at least you had a decent sandwich after everything calmed down, right?" you ask. Mother of Pearl, no. That sandwich was disgusting. The Everything Wheat was Everything Burned (burnt? I'm never sure which one I'm supposed to use; I'm Canadian, you see), and (figuratively) colored the entire sandwich with its burned (burnt), horrible quality. It was an absolute waste of $12 and change. Seriously, that bread should have been tossed as soon as someone picked it up. The underside was so dark, and it was so crusty/hard that it could have been used as melee weapon to take out some walkers on The Walking Dead. Also, when did a foot-long from CB become $12+? That's more than $1 an inch. What the ever loving f***? It better be a fantastic sandwich at that price-point. Well, I say it better be, but it clearly wasn't. This one location managed to kill my 10+ year love affair with City Bites in one fell swoop. I'm a fickle person. One especially terrible experience is all it takes for me to start spouting things like, "You are now my enemy." And for ruining my afternoon on multiple counts, you, the weird combined CB + bank location, are now my enemy. P. S. I was so offended by my experience that I reached out to their customer service to let them know about it. I didn't get a response (even a generic one where they acted apologetic would have been nice). So... Yeah... So much for the once local restaurant chain that used to care about its customers. read more

Walking taco meets actually getting full. Ha. Had the Baja tacos. They were what I would call walking style. Little soft tortillas to eat on the go. Only these were overflowing with a great mix of chicken, bacon, lettuce, avocado, and Chipotle sauce. The service was great, the people were very friendly, the food was good, the prices were decent, and the place was clean. What more could you want? Two thumbs up for this place. read more

All City Bites are unique, especially this one. It is in the lobby of a bank. There is not a drive thru but easy in and out access for a call-in order to go. The california club on everything wheat is my favorite sandwich. I also like the loaded baked potatoes. They are huge potatoes that are baked with oil and sea salt on them and topped with mounds of great toppings. read more

Well, this certainly is an interesting location for a City Bites. I'm always thankful for a City Bites, so I'll take it wherever it is, but I did kind of wonder what the bank employees thought of the loud, rude, young little lacrosse players who were just finishing up as I was ordering. They must have enjoyed their sandwiches, if their satisfied burps were any indication of a pleasant lunch. I wonder how much the bank employees and customers can hear, or if people become hungry when they come in to get into their safety deposit boxes or get rolls of coins or whatever you still have to do in person at a bank. In any case, there's a City Bites. It is exactly what you would expect from a City Bites, except these employees don't have to walk far to deposit their checks. I had a half Cali Club on wheat, no sprouts (my usual), and since it was lunch and dinner for me before an Elite event, I got chips, a drink, and a cookie too. The sandwich was good, as always. Though I had thought I'd be happy to dine in for once, it was way too cold in there to sit. I never understand how or why businesses keep it so freezing. It has to be expensive to keep it that cold? I ventured onto the patio, but it wasn't much warmer outside. I ended up only eating half of my half and took it home - it was just too cold inside or out to be comfortable. Amazing surprise! Never been to a City Bites and decided to give it a try and love it! The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming and helpful with our order, the restaurant was quiet and very clean - and the food tasted just like homemade. I had a pot roast baked potato and it was enormous and delicious! If you have not visited a City Bites I suggest you give it a try - we enjoyed our visit! read more

So I've watched a couple of their employees, who only seem to be teenage kids, wear plastic gloves to make sandwiches and then proceed to use the register or iPad without taking off the gloves handling non-food stuff and then go right back into making sandwiches with the same gloves. I normally like city bites but my sandwich today was not edible. Italian slathered in enough mayo for 3 sandwiches. That and the Italian sauce they used had totally soaked thru the wrapper in a few minutes (to go order). Wet bread... Awful. Not up to their normal standards for sure. Just met the three nicest kids! I say kids but young adults is more like it; Chaz, Lacrista, and Brianna... I have been to every city bites in Oklahoma City because they have the tastiest and freshest subs around. This particular location is absolutely the best! They have the highest quality and they make them with care. They are not as chincy on their meats they always put plenty and they just really seem to care about what they do. read more
