Initially, he was pretty booked and told me if I needed it done ASAP, he would refer me to his friend who does it. I didn't mind waiting until he was available. We set up an appointment date through messaging. He showed up right on time and got to work. Two hours or so later, my gutters were good to go. One section of my gutter was way higher than the others, so his buddy returned a few days later to finish that part. The payment wasn't collected until the job was 100% done. That was very honest and fair. The cost was reasonable and worth it to me. Josh was personable and super friendly. I enjoyed chatting with him. The Gutter Cleaning went very well. Left a message for Josh to just start as I wasn't there when he arrived. He did that and was up on the roof having done some work shortly. (Security cams showed this.) He showed up promptly and did a thorough job. He works quiety on the roof with little noise inside the house from walking around up there. After completion he blew the sidewalks and washed gutter trim as necessary to remove any mud from the cleaning. He has cleaned the gutters before a couple of times, and so will continue using the service. read more

I contacted Josh through Yelp! and promptly received a quote and an appointment for gutter cleaning. Lord knows it was necessary since it hadn't been done in the 5 years we've lived here. Add to that, jacked up gutter screens and hunks of mortar left behind by the guys who repaired the roof tiles a couple of months ago. In other words, it was kind of a big job. Josh and his assistant showed up at the promised time and quickly took care of business. They removed the crappy damaged gutter screens and cleaned out all the muck and rubble in the gutters. Sacramento Gutter Cleaning did a great job cleaning out my downspout. I contacted them on a Monday afternoon and they were able to schedule me in for Tuesday the next morning. Josh showed up exactly when he said he would and got to work. Pulled the downspout, cleared the clog, and cleaned out that section of gutter. They cleaned up after themselves and that's it.
