I noticed a leak after a big storm and they came out the next day. The appointment window was 12-3. They called to say they were on their way & they were 30 minutes away (arrived at 12:45pm-ish). Elizar introduced himself and shook my hand. He explained what he was going to do. He showed me a picture of what needed to be fixed (something simple). He said no charge! WOW! I was very impressed by the overall workmanship and customer service provided by Sacramento Roofing Inc. We were placed in a need to prematurely replace our roof due to a AAA letter of non renewal on our homeowners insurance. Due to this we were placed in a bit of a time constraint to have our roof replaced. We did have two other bids, one being from a company that did a roof inspection for us. Honestly, we were leaning towards the other bid due to the work they had done. However, Michael Hendricks professionalism, and attention to detail, as well as coming in with a fair priced competitive bid swayed us to go with Sacramento Roofing Inc. Michael assured us that they could meet the time line and gave a detailed estimate on all work to be done as discussed. The tear off crew came in early and made short work of the whole roof tear off and removal of all debris. They took the time to tarp around our entire house to capture as much of the debris as possible. Jose was very helpful throughout the tear off making sure everything was well organized, quick, and clean up done after completion. David and E came in next to complete all installation and repairs. They were always very professional, respectful, and very hard working which impressed us as well as a neighbor who even mentioned how cordial and nice they were to them. Their work was done professionally, and thorough, and the end result showed their excellent workmanship. They were very pleasant to talk with and were very receptive of any questions or concerns along the way. We are extremely happy with the finished project of both our home roof, and our pool shed roof replacement as well. I hired these guys for some major repairs to my roof. Not only was Jose awesome in finding everything specifically that was wrong with my roof and what was the likely causes of the problems, the quote they gave me for the total cost was extremely reasonable. I had an active leak in the hallway. Called another company, but they could not come out til the next day. As the rainfall increased the leak was getting worse. I called back and asked if they could come out and tarp the roof until they could come out the next day. Unfortunately, they could not and suggested I look elsewhere. After listening to 3 other roofing company quotes Mike H. came out and went through our roof inspection prior to giving me a quote. He told me what they could do, what he recommended. I showed him an area that didn't leak but I had questions about. Wasn't something he hadn't seen before and it would be delt with. I had a drip from my roof onto my bathroom exhaust fan and it went into the bathroom. I looked up in my attic and could see where it was coming from. I called a little later in the day to really get someone out there, but Mike told me he could have someone out between 8 and 12 next day. This was fine by me because I had a way of keeping the water out of the bathroom that would be fine until then. When Yrving got here I told him my story and he said he found the culprit.
