Well, we were scooting down the road, when the tire starting going flat. I decided to ride to this store to buy a portable bicycle pump. When I arrived, I asked if they could help me pump my tire up so I could get home (planning on buying the pump after). The man sized me up asked if I bought the bike or the trailer there. I said no (they were a gift). He said "well since you chose to spend money somewhere else, I can't help you" and refused to pump up my tire. He then turned his back and went back to doing whatever he was doing. I left without purchasing the pump. He lost at least $50 that day by being rude. I just spent $1,400 on a mountain bike last year, and $800 on a cruiser bike- of course I didn't go here to buy them. I hope they have improved their customer service since then. It was a while ago, but I think it should still be said, as I still feel the sting of his incorrect perception of me.

I can't imagine any of the individuals I worked with treating me the way that one of lower star reviewers experienced. The prices were fair and competitive to the other shops around the area. It took about a week to have a full tune up done (as well as a few other fixes I requested) in the middle of July. I can't see any reason at all not to recommend this place for repairs. Very impressed!

Unless you're absolutely sure of what you're buying, MACKITE will make it hard to return something you decide against. The details: I ordered a 6m wing, inflated it on the wood floor in my livingroom, and realized it was too heavy. I packaged it neatly in its original box with all labels attached and got in touch with MacKite. My options: store credit though they did not have what I was looking for, or taking a 15% haircut plus paying shipping back--and not their commercial shipping cost, but the over-the-counter cost of walking in to UPS. All told, I spent $575 on the wrong wing and my mistakes (wrong wing, wrong company!) cost me $250.

I have been a customer of Mac Kites for over 10 years. They used to have great customer service but…read morenot anymore. I can rarely get anyone on the phone to ask questions now. When I had an issue with a wing board that totally de-laminated after minimal use they said there was nothing they could do. There are a lot of other companies out there who still care about their customers so I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I went alone, a little nervous as I did not know anyone. They have regular roller skates or inline skates to rent or you can bring your own. Everyone was so friendly, the rink was clean, lockers for your shoes at .50 cents . They had a practice area which I took advantage before hitting the big rink. The music was a blend of old school and new music which was awesome! The other skaters were so friendly! I would definitely recommend this roller rink but only if you want to have a good time!!

They recently have gotten new carpet, so I would disregard the previous reviews stating the carpet smelled bad. There is always something fun happening at Jumpin' Jupiter. It is also really cool how they have hoverboard night, and people can bring their hoverboards on the rink! The staff are always friendly and I feel like the pricing is fair. There is also an arcade and food/snacks. A great place for a fun night out or even a birthday party!
