The technician who worked on my nails was very sweet and kind. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was very poor. I was extremely unhappy with how my nails turned out and felt embarrassed enough that I had to book an early-morning appointment elsewhere to have them fixed. I felt bad speaking up at the time and leaving a negative review, but I don't believe the technician had the skill level needed for the service I received. I truly wish this experience had been better because the atmosphere and staff were lovely, but after this visit, I won't be returning. The front desks excuse was that they had someone new up in front. I wasn't sure why they had someone brand new doing a shift by themselves. The pricing wasn't the issue, more so how it was handled and the consistent wrong answers. No manager was brought in and the front desk acted like it wasn't her issue, nor was an apology given. She wasn't the one who assisted, but she decided to give me a response in place of someone else. In addition, I had to reschedule my Saturday appointment for Sunday, called to make another appointment and walked in today apparently not having an appointment in their system. My friend experienced hostile comments from the women doing her pedicure, instating that her feet were in the condition they were due to her paying for regular polish, trying to not only upsell her into gel, but the work had already been done. The comment was unnecessary.

Then, walking away I noticed just the next day that there were some tiny bubbles and spots on my nails - that looked almost dirty. She was fast, detailed, professional, and her prices are very reasonable. Something I detest from other nail salons is the forced conversation, but Quin simply focused on her work while I watched NCIS on her television. Will I be back? It was clean, my gel pedi was well done and she is FAST - bonus for having Greys Anatomy on for us to get sucked in to. There were nail spots closer to my work that have gotten bad feedback from my coworkers so I am excited for this little find. Will be back.
