The technician who worked on my nails was very sweet and kind. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was very poor. I was extremely unhappy with how my nails turned out and felt embarrassed enough that I had to book an early-morning appointment elsewhere to have them fixed. I felt bad speaking up at the time and leaving a negative review, but I don't believe the technician had the skill level needed for the service I received. I truly wish this experience had been better because the atmosphere and staff were lovely, but after this visit, I won't be returning.
